基于大规模定制的EWMAQ控制图应用研究

对于目前的制造型企业而言,质量问题是企业在社会上发展,保持竞争力的重要影响因素。大规模定制（MC）又是现今社会较为先进的生产模式,并且大规模定制下的质量控制是其近些年研究的难点。但目前的常规控制图并不完全适用于大规模定制生产。本文旨在针对大规模定制生产模式的特点,提出以下这种应用Q统计量及指数加权移动平均控制图的联合统计制程管制的方法来监测大规模定制下产品生产过程质量的,取长补短地解决我们在目前更为先进的生产模式下监测过程质量时所研究的问题。     

Dimensions of variability in embedded operating systems

Design, implementation, and re-engineering of operating systems are still an ambitious undertaking. Despite, or even because, of the long history of theory and practice in this field, adapting existing systems to environments of different conditions and requirements as originally specified or assumed, in terms of functional and/or non-functional respects, is anything but simple. Especially this is true for the embedded systems domain which, on the one hand, calls for highly specialized and application-aware system abstractions and, on the other hand, cares a great deal for easily reusable implementations of these abstractions. The latter aspect becomes more and more important as embedded systems technology is faced with an innovation cycle decreasing in length. Software for embedded systems needs to be designed for variability, and this is in particular true for the operating systems of this domain. The paper discusses dimensions of variability that need to be considered in the development of embedded operating systems and presents approaches that aid construction and maintenance of evolutionary operating systems. 基于J2EE框架集成高校管理信息系统

本文从高校管理的业务入手,把高校管理业务划分为十大部分,根据其业务特点,详细地阐述了高校管理业务信息化的技术要求。从J2EE的概念、模型、结构、优势四大方面论述了J2EE框架完全满足高校管理信息化的技术要求。并简要地给出了J2EE应用系统的几个开发阶段。     

基于虚拟现实技术的个性化定制研究

随着经济的发展和技术的进步,个性化定制的经济模式越来越受企业重视,然而就目前来说,个性化定制还不是很成熟,存在着一定的问题。虚拟现实技术开创了人机交互技术新领域,为设计探索提供了新方式。本文在现有的个性化定制模式基础上,结合虚拟现实技术,探讨了基于虚拟现实技术的个性化定制,包括用户个性需求收集、需求转化、虚拟设计、原型测试、迭代设计和虚拟制造一系列环节,希望通过虚拟现实技术来解决个性化定制过程中出现的互动性差、实时性不强、效率低以及成本高等方面的问题。

论文在介绍大规模定制战略及知识管理概念的基础上,具体分析大规模定制战略实施中知识管理的作用。最后通过构建一个产品-顾客知识管理系统,分析了企业如何借助知识管理这个新兴的技术来实现企业的大规模定制战略。     

The problem of cultural fit—what can we learn from borrowing the German Dual System?

Culture impedes educational transactions between developed countries, and is often an area of tension when developing countries try to borrow models, or have models imposed upon them. This article uses the German Dual System as a case for examining issues surrounding the adaptation of borrowed models. Since attempts at borrowing models can fail for cultural as well as non‐cultural reasons, a contention here is that culture needs to be unpacked and laid bare, to avoid it becoming the too easy answer for failure. Borrowed models have a greater chance of taking hold, if the conditions that forged them are understood, and if conditions of the receiving country are likewise internalized. Limits imposed by culture have to be recognized. Four approaches to cultural borrowing that conceivably can reduce the tensions are proposed namely, partial borrowing, pilot borrowing, customization and conceptual borrowing.

基于定制-NETDEA模型的大规模定制质量链协同效度及其实证研究

针对大规模定制质量链的定义、特点以及过程协同,在传统DEA模型理论基础上构建了定制-NETDEA模型,应用该模型测定了大规模定制质量链协同效度,最后进行实证研究并得出结论。
