散手教学中恐惧心理的产生及预防

通过对温州医学院散手俱乐部70名学生进行调查，结果表明：产生恐惧心理的主要有自信心不足、怕输、怕受伤、对器械担忧和教师态度等五方面因素，对此，提出了预防产生恐惧心理的方法和作用。     

系统脱敏法在运动员赛前焦虑状态调节训练中的应用

采用文献资料研究和个案调查方法,对运动员产生焦虑状态的因素、焦虑与运动成绩的关系等方面进行分析,并提出运用生物反馈训练中的系统脱敏法进行调节训练,为教练员在体育竞赛和教学训练中,提供一种行之有效的调节运动员赛前焦虑状态的方法。     

Sixteen Things I've Learned to Know for Now in Twenty-Five Years of College Counseling

Abstract

The author reflects on his twenty-five years as a college counselor. Cornerstones of the counseling relationship and process are considered-listening and speaking; technique and intuition; the languages of silence and of the body. Contemporary and timeless issues are discussed including: Grief; Confidentiality; Vision and Supervision; Psychiatry, Psychoses and Psyche; Spirits and Spirit; Bouquets of Self-esteem; Politics and the Political; Culture and Multiculture; The Body and the Invisible; God, the Good and the Ungodly; and Counseling for a Lifetime. Issues are considered within the context of the author's college counseling center experience, as well as his work as a poet and traveler in Ecuador.

Although there is a plethora of data and applied research findings on learning disabled children in the literature, there still remains a paucity of information about learning disabled college students (adults) in that same literature. This article reviews the existing literature on programmatic approaches to assisting learning disabled college students, describes the general demography of the learning disabled adult student, and outlines a model program based on that demography for effectively assisting this population. A unique program variable, that of a mental health counseling component, is described in some detail.     

Verbal Aggression in Romantic Relationships: The Influence of Family History,Destructive Beliefs About Conflict,and Conflict Goals

This article aimed to achieve two complimentary goals. First, this study examined verbal aggression in romantic relationships as a function of exposure to family verbal aggression in childhood and beliefs about the destructive nature of conflict. Second, this study considered the influence of conflict goals on the use of verbal aggression in romantic relationships. As predicted, history of family verbal aggression was negatively associated with destructive beliefs about conflict, and destructive beliefs about conflict partially mediated the association between history of family verbal aggression and verbal aggression in current romantic relationships. In addition, destructive beliefs about conflict were negatively associated with verbal aggression in current romantic relationships at high levels of importance of revenge-motivated goals; destructive beliefs about conflict were not significantly associated with verbal aggression in current romantic relationships at moderate or low levels of revenge-motivated goals.
