以课堂交互软件促进大学教学质量——学习者采纳意愿及应用效果

PowerPoint用于课堂教学,已经成为大学教学中的常规活动。然而,电子演示文稿在大学课堂中的应用还存在信息单向流动、交互少等问题。基于PowerPoint的课堂互动软件提供了一种经济、方便的解决方案。教师和学习者对这种解决方案的接受度如何？Microsoft Interactive Classroom和UW Classroom Presenter两种课程交互软件在课堂教学中的试验显示：教师和学生在首次接触此类软件后均表现出较高的采纳倾向;课堂交互软件有助于学习者个性需求表达和满足,可以提高学习者的课堂参与度。但是当前已有的课堂交互类软件在功能完备性、实用性以及灵活性上尚不能有效满足教师和学生的需求。     

Exploring the Effects of Financial Aid on the Gap in Student Dropout Risks by Income Level

Using national survey data and discrete-time logit modeling, this research seeks to understand whether student aid mediates the relationship between parental income and student dropout behavior. Our analysis confirms that there is a gap in dropout rates for low-income students compared with their upper income peers, and suggests that some types of aid are associated with lower risks of dropout. Thus, we examine the interaction between financial aid type and parental income to explore whether, and if so how, different types of aid may reduce the dropout gap by income level group. We find that the receipt of a Pell grant is related to narrowing the dropout gap between students from low- and middle-income groups, although overall the interaction between Pell grant and income is not significant. Loans and work-study aid both have similar effects on student dropout across all income groups. Methodologically, our results demonstrate the need to model dropout behavior temporally and to avoid main-effect bias by incorporating interaction effects.

《孽子》是白先勇的惟一一部长篇小说,展现了在莲花池边的男性同性恋王国中生活的一群被家庭放逐被社会抛弃的野性少年的心路历程;同时掀开他们狂放患纵的表象,露出的是一块块被侮辱被蹂躏的浓血进流的疮疤,反映了以父权为代表的中国社会对同性恋的态度．表达了对人性尊严的呼唤与探索。论文就试图从“灵与肉”“父与子”“情与孽”这三方面人手,浅析台湾作家白先勇的长篇小说《孽子》的思想文化意蕴。

基于语言学视角下骂詈言语行为的动机与功能浅析

骂詈是一种特殊的言语行为,它的产生和其它事物的产生过程一样,有着纷繁复杂的动机,或憎恨、或泄愤、或取乐、或出自关心和亲昵,有些甚至是出自于个体的言语习惯。骂詈语作为人类语言的一种,有其独特的功能,满足个体的需要和社会的需要。     

Chronic undernutrition,short-term hunger,and student functioning in rural northwest China

Chronic undernutrition and hunger remain significant problems for children, in global perspective, and may have important implications for children's ability to function effectively at school. In this paper, we capitalize on a longitudinal data set of children in 100 villages in Gansu Province to estimate differences in achievement, behavior, and long-term persistence associated with chronic undernourishment and short term hunger. We show that chronic undernourishment and short-term hunger relate to children's school functioning in distinct ways: chronically undernourished children have poorer literacy acquisition and subsequent school persistence, while children who report subjective hunger have more behavioral problems.     

浅谈麦当劳在中国的广告创意

麦当劳作为世界餐饮业的巨子,其业务已经遍及世界各地。从刚进入中国市场到其业务发展到全国各地,麦当劳必有其独特的成功之道。广告创意对企业的经济效益、社会效益、竞争力、企业品牌形象等起着积极的作用,从现代广告创意的历程来看,只有具有独特主题、明确目的、消费者心理需求广告创意才能更好的被消费者所认同、接受。     

工作嵌入与离职倾向的关系研究——以工作满意度为中介变量

本文运用问卷调查法收集数据,运用相关分析探讨工作嵌入、工作满意度以及离职倾向三者之间的关系。结果发现,工作嵌入对工作满意度具有显著的正向影响,工作嵌入、工作满意度对离职倾向具有显著的负向影响,且工作满意度在工作嵌入与离职倾向的关系中发挥中介作用。     

浅论苏轼“以才学为诗”

宋代诗人喜欢"以才学为诗"。苏轼尤甚。苏轼之所以喜好"以才学为诗",自有其不便言说的独特的创伤初衷,这就是:(1)要抒胸中"忧愁不平气",(2)作家(诗人)与学者兼于一身特殊身份所使然,(3)强烈开宗立派意识所驱使。由此形成了苏轼独特的文本类型,即:(1)用典使事型,(2)多次韵型,(3)艺术鉴赏型,(4)因物寓理型。同时,苏轼在"以才学为诗"的实际操作中,自有其一套与之相适应的审美特征:一是经史百家学问穿插互用;二是以才学寓托诗人心志和寻求精神之"适";三是凭才学拓展诗歌题材。此外,苏轼"以才学为诗"具有极其重要的创作意义。
