休闲体育呼唤体育院校开设瑜伽课程

瑜伽起源印度,一度风靡西方,是一种早已被公认的最安全、最富有成效的休闲体育方式之一。近年来随着国人休闲体育意识的逐步提高,选择瑜伽做为休闲健身方式的人数与日俱增,瑜伽运动方兴未艾。为了更好地发展我国的休闲体育,更好地服务于热爱瑜伽休闲的人群,体育院校开设瑜伽课程既有现实意义,又有战略意义。     

气动机械手控制实验系统设计

利用TMS320VC5509A和EP2C8Q208设计实现了一个气动机械手实验控制系统,通过DSP C和FPGA Verilog HDL语言编程取代了体积庞大的PLC控制系统,实现了20路电磁换向阀控制。16路10 bit DAC精确控制比例阀电压从而控制气动机械手指的动作力度,利用8路10 bit ADC采集指端触感压力传感器压力信号并且完成波形显示,提供机械手指的握力反馈信息,提高了机械手的控制精度和控制速度。     

Doing an effective job? Measuring the impact of casework

This article describes an initiative to evaluate the impact of educational psychologists’ (EPs’) casework. Previous studies have often focussed on evaluating processes or reducing outcomes to measurable units. The authors argue that qualitative research methods can be used to illuminate EP effectiveness. They describe a real world and proportionate methodology, crucially aimed at supporting self‐reflection and development. An evaluation of this initiative showed that it can demonstrate EP impact and has validity for individual and service improvement. Implications, including the need to face up to less than positive feedback, are discussed.     

EP-based adaptive tracker with observer and fault estimator for nonlinear time-varying sampled-data systems against actuator failures

An evolutionary programming-based adaptive observer is presented in this paper to improve the performance of state estimation of nonlinear time-varying sampled-data systems. Also, this paper presents a novel state-space adaptive tracker together with the proposed observer and estimation schemes for nonlinear time-varying sampled-data systems having actuator failures. For the class of slowly varying nonlinear time-varying systems, the proposed methodology is able to achieve the desired fault detection and performance recovery for the originally well-designed systems, as long as the controller having the high-gain property. For practical implementation, we utilize the advantages of digital redesign methodology to convert a well-designed high-gain analog controller/observer into its corresponding low-gain digital controller/observer. Illustrative examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. The developed digitally redesigned adaptive tracker with the proposed observer and estimator is suitable for implementation by using microprocessors.

μC／OS-Ⅱ操作系统在EP7312上移植的实现

嵌入式实时操作系统在嵌入式领域得到广泛的应用,它不仅使系统的实时性得到保证,并且使系统更加稳固和可靠。使一款实时操作系统能在不同的处理器芯片上运行需要进行移植,论文主要讨论如何将μC／OS操作系统移植到处理器EP7312上的相关问题。     

School staff perceptions of well-being and experience of an intervention to promote well-being

An intervention was carried out with primary school staff to promote well-being with weekly sessions of a project which became known as Chill and Chat. Data were gathered via questionnaires completed before and after the project and from three focus groups (before, during and after the intervention), and were analysed using thematic analysis. Results suggested that well-being was seen as important; however, colleagues with poor mental well-being were “pathologised”, with “learning” to cope and maintaining positive well-being perceived as the sole responsibility of the staff member. Staff perceived the informality of provision to promote well-being as important and valued time to develop better relationships with colleagues rather than just “working relationships”. Staff also reported perceptions of greater classroom efficacy, increased job satisfaction and feeling calmer. Implications for educational psychologist (EP) practice in helping school staff reflect on their well-being and actions to work as a team to promote well-being in school are discussed.

平衡体育运动、生态环境、社会文化之间的关系是促使奥运会举办成功的主要因素，本文以可持续发展的视角从国际奥委会与环境保护、奥运城市的环保责任和近几届奥运会环保工作回顾与启示等方面，探讨国际奥委会环保政策对评估申奥城市工作的影响，并对北京申办２００８年奥运会的环保工作进行分析。     

电子纸与电子纸显示终端

具有2200多年的纸遇到了科学技术的挑战,电子纸出现了。电子纸技术和电子纸显示器构成的终端方兴未艾。图书馆需要调整资源和技术去适应这种应用,去更好地为各种终端和多种格式进行服务。图书馆也需要提倡环保,为绿色环保奉献一份力量。
