体验式教师教育模式探析

体验式教师教育模式强调"以教育实践和教育研究为主线贯穿始终",具体为学生首先要在体验中积累经验,然后在教师的指导下进行课堂讨论,再进一步研究、探索。体验式教师教育模式包括四个要素:教育观念的体验,教育思维方式的体验,教育教学的方法、技术和艺术的体验,教师的教育风格类型的体验。     

四种英国产香烟烟气中自由基的ESR分析研究

研究了用电子自旋顺磁共振(ESR)法对香烟烟气中的自由基进行分析的样品处理方法及ESR检测方法.对四种英国产香烟样品中的粒相及气相自由基进行了分析检测并对检测结果进行了讨论.结论:大多数英国产的检测样品香烟中,含有1.5～3倍于国产对照香烟样品的气相自由基;而国产对照样品香烟的粒相自由基的含量水平则处于较高水平.实验结果还显示:同品牌的Sobranie香烟中,不同型号样品中粒相自由基含量与焦油含量具有负相关性,但不同品牌则不同;对于检测样品而言,气相自由基的含量与焦油含量有正相关性.

Association of Estrogen Receptor-α Gene &; Metallothionein-1 Gene Polymorphisms in Type 2 Diabetic Women of Andhra Pradesh

Type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) is a multifactorial disease where both genetic and environmental factors contribute to its pathogenesis. Estrogen plays an important role in type 2 DM pathogenesis. A number of polymorphisms have been reported in the estrogen receptor (ESR1), including the XbaI and PvuII restriction enzyme polymorphisms of ESR1,which may be involved in disease pathogenesis. Metallothioneins (MT) act as potent antioxidants against various oxidative damages. Very few studies have indicated the association between Estrogen Receptor-α, MT1 gene polymorphisms with type2 DM. A total of 100 type 2 diabetic women and 100 age, sex matched controls were recruited. Using the PCR based RFLP method, the PvuII and XbaI polymorphisms of ESR1 and in MT1A (rs8052394 and rs11076161) gene polymorphisms were analysed. The genotype distribution and frequency of mutated allele showed no significant differences between diabetic and non-diabetic groups in PvuII (χ2 = 2.443; P = 0.1181) or XbaI (χ2 = 1.789; P = 0.1812) and rs8052394 (χ2 = 1.154; P = 0.2840) or rs11076161 (χ2 = 0.4141; P = 0.5199), polymorphisms. This is the first Indian study to conclude that ESR1 and MT1 gene polymorphisms are not associated with increased susceptibility to type 2 diabetes in Indian women.     

Verification of automatic analysers Roller 20PN and iSED for measuring erythrocyte sedimentation rate

IntroductionAutomated erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) analysers are based on different methodology than Westergren method. It is questionable whether ESR values obtained from those analysers are comparable with determined values with Westergren method. The aim was verification of the precision, method comparison and accuracy of automated ESR analysers: Roller 20PN (Alifax S.p.A., Polverara, Italy) and iSED (Alcor Scientific, Smithfield, USA).Materials and methodsBlood samples (N = 752 for Roller 20PN and N = 213 for iSED) were sampled into K₂EDTA (Kima, Italy) tubes for automated and 3.8% Na-citrate tubes (Kima, Italy) for Westergren method. The data was divided into three groups according to the ESR values obtained with the Westergren method: Group Low (L) (ESR ≤ 20 mm), Group Medium (M) (ESR 21-60 mm), and Group High (H) (ESR ≥ 61 mm). Method agreement was assessed by Bland-Altman analysis and Passing-Bablok regression.ResultsAnalyser iSED has shown better comparability with Westergren method (bias 0.0 (95%Cl -1.4 to 1.5) range than Roller 20 PN (bias = - 6.4 (95%Cl - 7.1 to -5.7) in the whole measuring. For Roller 20 PN, Passing-Bablok regression has shown constant and proportional difference for Groups L and M, and for iSED only for Group H. Roller 20 PN had lower sensitivity (0.51 (95%Cl: 0.45-0.57) than iSED (0.72 (95%Cl: 0.59-0.80) while they had comparable specificity (> 0.90) and accuracy (≥ 0.80) in comparison with the Westergren method.ConclusionBoth analysers are not comparable with the Westergren method and should not be used interchangeably.     

Precil XC-20型自动血沉仪的应用评价与血沉测定的方法进展

目的:比较Precil XC-20型自动血沉仪测定结果与传统魏氏法的相关性和线性.方法:分别用自动血沉仪法和传统魏氏法测定50例临床病人1h血沉.结果:经统计学处理,两种方法的测定结果相关系数0.84,在正常参考值范围内,二者测定结果一致,但当血沉＞10mm/h后,手工法测定均值高于仪器法,P＜0.01,而且随着测定值增加,二者之间差异越明显.结论:自动血沉仪法对正常标本测定结果与手工法接近,而在血沉升高的标本则手工法结果更可靠.     

木蝴蝶提取物抗氧化及降低香烟自由基的研究

采用光敏化合物微生物法对木蝴蝶提取物的抗氧化性能进行了研究,用ESR检测了木蝴蝶提取物对香烟烟气自由基的清除效果.结果表明:木蝴蝶提取物对单线态1O2自由基和混合氧自由基的清除率分别为17.6-67.9%和11.8-53.6%,对香烟烟气气相、粒相自由基的清除率分别为29.2%和12.4%.木蝴蝶提取物有较强的抗氧化性能,对香烟烟气自由基有一定的清除作用.

本文研究了在压缩八面体场中(D_4h群)Cu~(2+)的△值和ESR参数的关系,并作了Cu~(2+)的计算机模拟ESR波谱.     

断层泥ESR测年在南方地区地震地质调查中的应用——以萧山-球川断裂(富阳-盐官段)为例

由于南方地区断裂活动性弱且风化作用强烈,断层泥ESR测年在城市断层活动性调查中具有很好的应用前景。在杭州地区断裂活动性研究中,利用ESR方法直接测定断层泥年龄,来判断萧山—球川断裂的活动性。通过对断层泥ESR数据的分析,认为萧山—球川断裂富阳—盐官段最后一次强烈活动的时代可能发生于中更新世晚期,并以孝丰—三门湾断裂为界,具有很好的分段性。孝丰—三门湾断裂带以南段落的活动性可能比以北段落较强。
