本文从介绍美国住房抵押贷款证券化模式入手,对我国的住房抵押贷款证券化模式作一些尝试性的分析。并结合我国的实际情况设计了政府型住房抵押贷款证券化模式,分析了该模式的特点和存在的问题,得出结论:在相关条件成熟后,应以政府型住房抵押贷款证券化模式推广该业务,并就完善住房抵押贷款证券化业务提出几点个人建议。     

北京区（县）体育社会组织的现状调查与分析

体育社会组织是群众体育发展的结构性支撑,在中国体育社会组织整体架构中,区（县）级体育社会组织是组织群众体育活动开展的重要平台。运用社会调查法、文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对北京市区（县）体育社会组织的基本情况进行调查,认为北京市体育社会化改革取得了长足进展,但真正实现政社分离还任重道远;体育社会组织对政府的依赖性较强,市场开发能力、向社会争取资源的能力有待提高,政府购买服务的制度尚需进一步完善。从体育社会组织加强自身能力建设,体育总会发挥相应作用、做好服务,以及政府切实做好培育与扶持工作三方面提出改善建议     

Supporting emotion regulation in individuals with ASD,ADHD and bipolar disorder through trauma-informed instruction and self-regulation strategies

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, students have endured drastic changes in educational routines. Such disruptions can be especially challenging for students who struggle with executive functioning, self-regulation and emotion regulation, such as students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and bipolar disorder. Using a framework of trauma-informed instruction, the authors supported classroom teachers in implementing sensory spaces for students with ASD, ADHD and bipolar disorder. The project included professional development and funding for teachers to develop, procure and offer sensory tools and strategies to assist students in recognising and managing emotions. The authors collected data on the effectiveness of the sensory supports, combining teacher surveys and student behaviour data. Results indicated increased teacher knowledge on trauma-informed instruction and use of sensory supports to promote executive functioning and self-regulation and decreased target behaviours in students based on structured observation and anecdotal teacher feedback.

液压支架泄漏故障分析及工作性能的改善

通过对液压系统各单元分析后认为,将高压平面截止阀改装成一个控制兼检测的多功能液控阀组,能大大降低窜液故障的发生,提高干线液压系统的抗干扰能力,保持系统压力与流量的恒定,最终实现支架性能的稳定与可靠.     

Early Childhood Intervention in China from the Families’ Perspective

Research highlights the importance of early childhood intervention (ECI) for children with disabilities, and there is an increasing interest in China with respect to research on ECI. However, little research exists exploring the experience of families of young children with disabilities receiving ECI services and supports in China. The purpose of this study was to understand the ECI experiences of families of such children. A qualitative research design was used, and data were collected through interviews with six families in southwest China. This study indicated that, although China has made some progress in ECI for young children with disabilities, progress in this area is still at an early stage of development. Many issues still need to be addressed, including knowledge about typical and atypical development, early identification, professional development, increased government investment, and better implementation of existing laws.     

Researcher Development of Doctoral Students: Supports and Barriers Across Time

We used content analysis to analyze 42 counseling doctoral students' reports of supports and barriers influencing their researcher development across 3 years. In line with social cognitive career theory, the students named cognitive-person, environmental, and social-context influences. Analyses indicated no differences in frequencies of supports and barriers across time but significant differences by cohort.     

Homophobic and transphobic bullying: barriers and supports to school intervention

This study explores the perceived barriers and supports identified by school staff in tackling homophobic and transphobic bullying, using Bronfenbrenner’s ecological model as a framework. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with participants from five separate second-level/high schools (two designated disadvantaged schools, and three non-disadvantaged schools), within an area of Dublin, Ireland. Thematic analysis was used to analyse the resulting data. Findings indicated that the main barriers in tackling homophobic and transphobic bullying included students’ perceived discomfort in discussing their sexuality with teachers, teachers’ discomfort in discussing issues (including an associated lack of training), a lack of priority given to these types of bullying, and parental views on homosexuality. Perceived supports included consistency in dealing with these types of bullying, appropriate training, and support from management. Relationships were also evidenced between some perceived barriers and supports, with the absence of these factors being perceived as a barrier, while their presence was perceived as a support. Findings are considered within the context of previous research. The strengths and limitations of the study are discussed, as are its practice implications, and implications for possible future research.
