基于关联开放数据的数字文化资源语义融合方法研究——欧洲数字图书馆案例分析

[目的/意义] 通过对国内外数字文化资源语义融合相关研究成果的总结和Europeana案例分析,为国内数字文化资源整合的研究与实践提供参考和借鉴。[方法/过程] 选取目前发展较为成熟的数字文化资源整合项目Europeana作为案例,分别从资源内容描述规则、语义知识本体模型设计、元数据语义化操作和关联数据的发布与访问4个方面对其数字文化资源语义融合的实现方法进行分析。[结果/结论] 研究发现,构建聚合式元数据模型、建立细粒度语义概念模型、创建开放的语义关联数据网络、提供泛在化关联数据应用服务是实现数字文化资源语义融合的关键。     

发育过程中小鼠心、肝对热休克反应的组织化学研究

本文取孕16天、18天母鼠新生1天、7天1、4天乳鼠做热休克处理,用酶组织化学方法探讨热应激处理对小鼠心、肝组织中酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、ATP酶的影响。     

烟草感染赤星病后几种酶的动态及其作用

对11个烤烟品种接种赤星病病原菌后,定期测定叶片的过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、硝酸还原酶(NR)和抗坏血酸氧化酶活性,观察其变化规律．结果表明,相对抗赤星病强的品种,PPO活性上升;POD同工酶活性变幅大而快,接种初期活性稍有下降,然后增强,其中以阴极端2,4同工酶带增加较快,180 h由弱酶带变为强带;NR活性变化不大;抗坏血酸氧化酶活性提高．相反,抗赤星病弱的品种,PPO活性下降;POD同工酶变化不大,呈下降趋势;NR活性变幅大;抗坏血酸氧化酶在接种初期活性下降,84 h后回升．通过对不同品种的烟株接种赤星病菌后几种酶活性的测定,探察到一些抗病机理,也为进一步寻找筛选抗烟草赤星病的生化指标提供了参考．

中国古代药水去污的科学原理--剖析中国古代的书画清洗

本文对古代药水去污的科学原理及清洗方法的科学性进行了讨论,通过对皂角、枇杷籽成分的分析,发现皂角、枇杷籽水溶液是一种多功能的生物清洗液,其含有的天然表面活性剂属于非离子表面活性剂,不仅具有润湿性、对污垢的悬浮作用、低发泡、容易冲洗等有效清除污垢的功能,还具有良好的消毒性能,护色、护纸及去酸作用。其清洗技法及水温选择等,均具有科学性。     

A rapid and accurate 3-（4,5-dimethyl thiazol-2-yl）-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide colorimetric assay for quantification of bacteriocins with nisin as an example

The objective of this study is to propose a more accurate and faster MTT 3-(4,5-dimethyl thiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide colorimetric assay (MCA) for quantitative measurement of polypeptide bacteriocins in solutions with nisin as an example. After an initial incubation of nisin and indicator bacterium Micrococcus luteus NCIB 8166 in tubes, MTT was added for another incubation period. After that, nisin was quantified by estimating the number of viable bacteria based on measuring the amount of purple formazan produced by cleavage of yellow tetrazolium salt MTT. Then MCA was compared to a standard agar diffusion assay (ADA). The results suggested a high correlation coefficient (r2=0.975±0.004) between optical density (OD) and the inhibitory effect of nisin on a bacterial strain Micrococcus luteus NCIB 8166 at a range of 0.125～32 IU/ml. The MCA described in this study was very quick. Quantification of nisin took only 7～8 h and the detection limit was at the level of 0.125 IU/ml when compared to 12 IU/ml and 24～28 h for ADA. The MCA provides an accurate and rapid method for quantifi-cation of nisin in solutions and is expected to be used for quantification of other antimicrobial substances.

北京高校馆际文献传递服务用户兴趣关联研究

[目的/意义]关联数据分析和个性化信息推送是图书馆联盟建设的重要内容。文章引入关联分析挖掘技术为北京地区高校图书馆联盟馆际文献传递中的个性化推送服务提出建议。[方法/过程]以2018年BALIS北京地区高校图书馆文献传递服务数据为基础,对不同专业用户群体和不同高校用户群体文献传递申请单数据进行分析,并利用FP-growth关联分析算法技术对数据进行相关系数分析。[结果/结论]数据挖掘结果较好地挖掘出北京地区各高校图书馆用户的跨校、跨专业文献借阅偏好,可实现有效和有针对性的文献推荐服务,同时能够为区域图书馆联盟的资源共建共享提供数据参考。     

Big and open linked data analytics ecosystem: Theoretical background and essential elements

Big and open linked data are often mentioned together because storing, processing, and publishing large amounts of these data play an increasingly important role in today's society. However, although this topic is described from the political, economic, and social points of view, a technical dimension, which is represented by big data analytics, is insufficient. The aim of this review article was to provide a theoretical background of big and open linked data analytics ecosystem and its essential elements. First, the key terms were introduced including related dimensions. Then, the key lifecycle phases were defined and involved stakeholders were identified. Finally, a conceptual framework was proposed. In contrast to previous research, the new ecosystem is formed by interactions of stakeholders in the following dimensions and their sub-dimensions: transparency, engagement, legal, technical, social, and economic. These relationships are characterized by the most important requisites and public policy choices affecting the data analytics ecosystem together with the key phases and activities of the data analytics lifecycle. The findings should contribute to relevant initiatives, strategies, and policies and their effective implementation.     

BIBFRAME的理论及应用研究

为了适应网络环境,国会图书馆提出BIBFRAME书目格式。作为新的书目数据格式,BIBFRAME对内容不作限制,适用范围广,面向语义网。给出的用例看出,BIBFRAME的使用能够方便用户和图书馆员。目前,一些机构开始对BIBFRAME进行实证研究。本文从BIBFRAME的理论和应用两方面全面介绍BIBFRAME的进展。
