本文通过文献资料法、比较研究法、案例法，对学校体育伤害事故的有关法律问题作了初步分析。     

大学图书馆现代化指南针报告

教育部高等学校图书情报工作指导委员会和北京大学图书馆合作研制《大学图书馆现代化指南针报告》,报告主要采用德尔菲法对34位图书馆学、情报学领域的专家和学者进行了三轮意见征询,集成专家智慧,总结出大学图书馆现代化在核心理念、主要目标、实际问题、理论问题、关键要素和生态关系等方面的发展趋势,为实现大学图书馆内涵式发展、整体发展、高质量发展、科学发展、可持续发展提供方向指引,成为新时代新征程上大学图书馆谋划新思路、推动新发展、构建新格局的“指南针”。     

计算机网络信息专业伦理守则制定问题初论

信息生态的建设需要伦理规范作为基本价值理念，而计算机网络信息生态则更需要相关伦理规范机制的调节与控制，其核心是伦理守则的制订和实施，文章讨论了信息专业伦理守则的基本范畴和功能，对国内外现有计算机网络信息专业伦理守则的发展脉络进行了分析并探讨了其中的规范主题和价值取向。提出了完善相关守则需要注意的问题。     

Four pitfalls in normalizing citation indicators: An investigation of ESI’s selection of highly cited papers

InCites Essential Science Indicators is becoming increasingly used to identify top-performing research and evaluate the impact of institutes. Unfortunately, our study shows that ESI indicators, as well as other normalized citation indicators, have the following flaws. First, the publication month and the online-to-print delay affect a paper’s probability of becoming a Highly Cited Paper (HCP). Papers published in the earlier months of the year are more likely to accumulate enough citation counts to rank at the top 1% compared with those published in later months of the year. Papers with longer online-to-print delays have an apparent advantage for being selected as HCPs. Research field normalizations lead to the third pitfall. Different research fields have different citation thresholds for HCPs, making research field classification important for a journal. In addition, the uniform thresholds for both articles and reviews in ESI affect the reliability of HCP selection because, on average, reviews tend to have higher citation rates than articles. ESI’s selection of HCPs provides an intuitive feel for the problems of normalized citation impact indicators, such as those provided in InCites and SciVal.

略论想象竞合犯的基本特征

想象竞合犯具有两个方面的基本特征,一方面,事实上只有一个行为,但是行为事实却是非常复杂的;另一方面,该一个行为触犯了数个罪名,但是这只是观念上触犯数个罪名。很好地把握想象竞合犯这两个基本特征,是解决想象竞合犯的本质,即想象竞合犯的罪数的前提。     

美国在网络主权问题上的立场变化及启示

[目的/意义]在网络空间这个新颖而又无处不在的领域中,主权原则如何运作一直是国家实践和学界理论研究中的硬核问题。厘清美国在该问题上的立场变化对我国参与网络空间国际治理具有积极意义。[方法/过程]利用历史分析法、文献研究法和对比分析法对美国《情报活动中的国际法律问题评估》(1999年)、《网络行动国际法塔林手册2.0》和《在军事行动中使用网络能力的国际法框架》(2017年)进行法律考察。[结果/结论]研究表明,为应对美国在网络主权问题上的立场转变,我国应坚持领土主权原则的拘束力,平等地尊重各国网络主权,并积极参与网络空间国际规则制定的实践,推动网络空间命运共同体理念的国际法构建。     

大型团体操与文体表演、舞台表演的比较研究

运用文献资料、录像分析、比较以及逻辑分析的方法,对大型团体操、文体表演及舞台表演三者之间共性与差异进行比较分析,经研究发现它们在本质与内涵、主题思想、表演形式、表演舞台、表演规模以及表演人员等方面存在着明显的差异,并在此基础上,总结出大型团体操有别于文体表演和舞台表演的本质特征。

将追求公正置于经济与伦理之间论析 ,厘清了追求公正问题的源起及目标性公正的分类 ,分析了公正的现状及缺失的原因 ,提出了架构公正状态的若干对策性措施     

Cytotoxicity and effect of extraction methods on the chemical composition of essential oils of Moringa oleifera seeds

Renewed interest in natural materials as food flavors and preservatives has led to the search for suitable essential oils. Moringa oleifera seed essential oil was extracted by solvent-free microwave and hydrodistillation. This study assessed its chemical constituents. Cytotoxicity of the oils was investigated using hatchability and lethality tests on brine shrimps. A total of 16 and 26 compounds were isolated from the hydrodistillation extraction (HDE) and solvent-free microwave extraction (SME) oils, respectively, which accounted for 97.515% and 97.816% of total identifiable constituents, respectively. At 24 h when the most eggs had hatched, values of the SME (56.7%) and HDE (60.0%) oils were significantly different (P<0.05) from those of sea water (63.3%) and chloramphenicol (15.0%). Larva lethality was different significantly (P<0.05) between HDE and SME oils at different concentrations and incubation periods. The median lethal concentration (LC₅₀) of the oils was >1000 mg/ml recommended as an index for non-toxicity, which gives the oil advantage over some antioxidant, antimicrobial, therapeutic, and preservative chemicals.
