Fantastic Application of Foreshadowing and Irony in A Good Man Is Hard to Find

Mary Flannery O’Conner utilizes the literary devices of foreshadowing and irony(dramatic,situational and verbal) in her short story A Good Man Is Hard to Find to convey and emphasize the concepts that we each experience reality,however skewed,through the unique,sometimes morally-distorted lens of individual perception.The application of the literary devices certainly contributes a lot to the presentation of the profound import Flannery intends to express in her novel.
