探讨了环境光的存在对谷氨酸钠溶液的514nm绿色激光激发的拉曼光谱的影响。研究表明不同的环境光、自然光和室内荧光灯光均会对514nm激光拉曼光谱产生干扰,存在着特征干扰峰。自然阳光干扰较小;而荧光灯光表现为1127、2107cm^-1和2170cm^-1等3个明显尖锐的脉冲峰,不能忽略。建议在进行谷氨酸钠溶液514nm绿色激光拉曼光谱检测时,须在暗室或暗罩中进行,以完全隔离环境光的影响。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

This paper presents results from a small-scale study of third-year Instrumentation and Control Engineering (n?=?37) at the University of Plymouth. The aim of the study was to enhance student learning and increase participation via the use of clickers. Clickers allow for student participation anonymously. The lecture content was modified to embed clicker questions at regular intervals to test knowledge, understanding and cognitive skills. Largely, the students preferred interactive lectures to traditional didactic lectures and using clickers increased student engagement and participation. Interestingly, compared to assessment results from the previous year, the increased level of engagement did seem to lead to an overall improvement in grades of approximately 10% in the subject of Control Engineering. However, in Instrumentation, the average fell by approximately 20%. One possible contributory factor of this drop could be the changed exam format for Instrumentation only. This year, the multiple choice section was removed from the Instrumentation examination paper. Furthermore, an analysis of variance showed that in addition to using clickers in the lectures, attendance plays a key role. Results of this small-scale study show that for a more complex subject like Control, student learning, engagement and attainment can increase by the use of clickers.  相似文献

In a chemistry instrumentation course, the teachers explain to students how instruments function and which their basic technical principles are. We integrated an interactive UV-Visible spectrophotometer simulator into a chemical instrumentation course in an attempt to improve the teaching procedure. The students were divided into two groups, the experimental group (EG) and the control group (CG). The students of EG participated in an instrumentation course in which we distributed to them the components of an old spectrophotometer and presented them with figures and animations about the component’s functions using Power-Point presentation. During the presentation a discussion took place and we posed questions to the students in order to make them think about the technical principles of the UV-Visible spectrophotometer. After the presentation, the students performed virtual experiments using UV-Vis spectrophotometer simulator on personal Computers and they shared measurements, observations and conclusions about their experiments using the LAN (local area network). In the students of CG we presented the spectrophotometer and its components following the traditional way, drawing the components’ function and the structure of instrument on the blackboard. Comparison of the two groups showed that the EG students valued the opportunity to collaborate with other peers during the lecture and also they found this teaching procedure useful. As a result they felt more confident to manipulate a real instrument and the EG students better understood the function and the technical principles of the instrument than the CG students.

Kinematic analysis is done by measurement of the position of bodies, followed by differentiation to get the accelerations of the centres of mass, and it is widely used in sport research. Another common approach is to measure the forces directly. Our intention here is to perform both a kinematic and a kinetic analysis of the same athlete-equipment system, in this case an athlete on a sliding kayak ergometer, with the aim of exploring the errors that may occur with each measurement type. The kayak ergometer with a sliding trolley, instrumented by seven uniaxial force sensors and two goniometers, was placed in a filming area. The instrumentation was validated in the direction of the anteroposterior axis using Newton’s second law. Ten athletes paddled at 92 strokes per minute, following a stationary phase. The comparison between the net force and the time-derivative of the linear momentum indicated a friction level of about 20 N between the trolley and the frame. Other errors came mainly from the inertial parameters of the trunk. A first analysis of contact forces shows a large inter-subject variability, in particular for the forces applied to the footrest and the seat.  相似文献
