水松扦插繁殖技术的研究

水松为我国特有的珍稀濒危树种。本研究对水松扦插繁殖技术进行了探讨。通过研究母树年龄,采条部位,扦插基质,激素种类、浓度与处理时间,基因型等因素对水松扦插成活率的影响,初步总结出一套水松扦插繁殖技术。以1a生或2a生实生苗顶部枝条为插穗,用2000ppmIBA速蘸处理30s或用100ppmNAA浸泡插穗基部2h,然后扦插在混合基质（草炭：珍珠岩=7：3）中,可以获得较为理想的结果,扦插成活率可达85％以上。试验还发现,不同基因型间生根能力差异显著,表明通过优良单株选择可改良水松的生根特性。     

周作人散文中的英国情味

周作人以中国历史上的言志派散文为根基，在中国社会极为封闭的情状下接受了英国科学、哲学和浪漫主义文艺思潮的影响，开了中国小品文写作的风气，并使这种文体屹立于中国文坛，为当时的“五四”新文化运动输入了新鲜血液，在中国文学发展史上做出了重大贡献。     

玻璃钢复合材料板材Lamb波传播特性分析

基于Lamb波在各向异性材料的波动方程和频散原理,采用斜入射法激发A0模态兰姆波。针对板材的铺层角度、各接收点方向和频厚积等因素对衰减规律和传播速度规律有较大影响,采用有限元软件建立玻璃钢复合材料层合板模型,对各影响因素进行数值模拟研究。研究表明:Lamb波传播特性与纤维铺层方式有关,声速及衰减特性沿纤维方向和非纤维方向传播声速和衰减差异较大,并且呈对称现象,频厚积在0.6~1.8 MHz·mm,对传播声速和衰减影响为线性下降且趋于平稳。     

兰姆、梁遇春散文比较研究

从比较兰姆和梁遇春的性格特征与随笔观察点这两个角度,展开对兰姆和梁遇春随笔同中之异的分析与论述,从而具体、翔实地论证梁遇春的随笔既深受兰姆随笔的影响,又具有自己的独创性和中华民族传统的印记。     

杉木CAD基因生物信息学分析

杉木CAD片段为信息探针,利用序列拼接方法获得了738bp的cDNA序列.利用MEGA4.0软件对不同进化层次的代表植物相应CAD基因进行比对,构建系统进化树.利用生物信息学方法分析了杉木CAD基因的结构与功能,其中包括核苷酸序列的组成、ORF识别、CpG岛、限制性酶切位点分析、卷曲螺旋、亲水性、糖基位点及二级结构.结果表明:杉木与铁杉的CAD基因具有99.00%的同源性;该序列在88～737bp片段上有一个开放性阅读框,该序列编码的是一个碱性蛋白,亲水性较强,疏水性较弱,信号肽序列为第1位～第11位,二级结构以α-螺旋(27.50%)与不规则盘绕(41.50%)为主,延伸链(22.50%)也是该蛋白的重要结构元件,β转角区域仅为8.50%.

羔羊生后24小时内血液某些免疫功能指标变化特点

选用１２只自然分娩、初生重１．５—４．５ｋｇ的新生湖羊羔为对象，研究了生后２４ｈ内血液某些免疫功能指标变化特点。结果表明：羔羊生后２４ｈ内ＷＢＣ明显升高；中性粒细胞（％）生后１ｈ较低，８ｈ内明显升高，以后相对稳定，淋巴细胞和单核细胞（％）与中性粒细胞呈相反关系变化，淋巴细胞中Ｂ淋巴细胞比例１２ｈ内明显上升，以后下降，Ｔ淋巴细胞比例变化与其相反；血浆ＴＰ、Ａ、Ｇ、ｒ—Ｇ含量在生后１ｈ均较低，８ｈ吃初乳后明显升高，以后ＴＰ保持相对稳定的高水平，Ａ呈下降趋势，Ｇ特别是ｒ－Ｇ进一步上升。     

Quantization of the radiation field

I briefly review the seminal 1927 paper of Dirac which emphasized the need for the quantization of the electromagnetic field and then showed how to carry it out. After mentioning few historical developments, I then point out some of the outstanding successes of quantum electrodynamics —the kind of agreement which exists between theory and experiment is unprecedented in the history of science. Hans bethe, quantum mechanics, and the lamb shift

An elementary derivation of the Lamb Shift, as originally given by Hans Bethe, is attempted, with a short historical background on the evolution of QED since the beginning of the last century. The treatment is for a non-relativistic electron, in keeping with Bethe’s proverbial insight into the problem, which renders irrelevant the effect of the electron spin on the problem. The Kramer idea of renormalization is implemented through a simple subtraction of the self-energy of a free electron from that of the electron bound in a hydrogen atom. A N Mitra has had a long teaching service from 1955 to 1994 when he retired from Delhi University as INSA Einstein Professor of physics. He spent a year (1995) as visiting professor at NIAS (Bangalore).
