对湖南省部分高校学生余暇体育活动的调查分析

通过对湖南省部分高校学生参加余暇体育活动的问卷调查与分析，发现高校学生参加余暇体育活动具有以集体形式为主体，活动项目偏爱三大球，活动目的呈现出健身、社交、娱乐等多元化特征，余暇体育已成为体育教学的延续和补充。     

浅论中学业余田径训练的特点及其控制过程

采用文献资料等研究方法,对我国中学业余田径训练的特点进行了初步分析,根据控制论、信息论和系统论的原理和方法,对中学业余田径运动员的选材、训练目标的确定、训练阶段的划分、训练计划的制定、训练计划的实施、训练结果的检查和评定等进行控制,旨在为中学体育教师和教练员控制业余田径训练过程提供参考.     

农地使用制度的完善与农民农耕权的确立

我国农村改革开放之初确立了以家庭联产承包经营为特色的农地使用制度。目前农地使用制度面临若干问题需要解决。完善农地使用制度的当务之急是在民法物权法中确立物权化的土地承包经营权，在此基础上确立与土地流转相适应的农耕权制度。     

中国农村土地权利冲突及制度生成

中国农村土地权利冲突问题实质上是中国政治、经济、法律、社会、道德、习惯等各种力量的冲突,冲突的复杂性造成了中国农村土地使用规则的不确定性。只有建立起农村土地“制度生成”的“公共议论场所”,让各种对立的权利和主张权利的力量和利益充分地博奕,才能从根本上化解权利冲突,生成制度,从而促进制度文明的进步。     

古代亚述奴孜地区土地所有权和收养问题研究

根据对奴孜地区原始收养文件的研究，可以看出其收养制度不同于现代通常意义上的收养，它们大多与土地所有权有着直接的联系。具体而言这些收养分为三种类型：赠送土地所有权的收养、购买土地所有权的收养和涉及兵役份地条款的收养。这三种类型收养的发生与发展都主要以获得经济利益为驱动力，尤其是后两者，更是体现了赤裸裸的金钱关系。     

休闲体育消费与大众传媒的互动

本文运用文献资料和归纳分析等方法,就休闲体育消费与大众传媒两者之间的相互关系进行阐述。探讨了媒介与现代休闲体育消费互动的空间和潜力,试图寻求现代休闲体育与大众媒介之间携手联袂合作,并对如何正确引导和促进民众消费,推进休闲体育消费的行为方式朝着健康的方向发展提出几点看法。     

Young people's perspectives of parent volunteerism in community youth sport

This interpretive study sought to critically examine young people's subjective meanings and experiences related to parent volunteerism in community youth sport. Using a constant comparative method of data analysis, the perspectives of 19 participants from 7 different family units (9 sons and 10 daughters) in Ontario, Canada were examined. The findings call attention to the gendered importance of fathers in highly visible volunteer roles (e.g., coach, game announcer) and the lack of recognition or appreciation for mothers’ formal volunteer roles (e.g., assistant coach, league's board of directors) as well as informal volunteer roles (e.g., fundraiser). Moments of conflict in relation to peer groups as well as siblings and the potential for volunteerism to enhance a sense of connection through moments of togetherness and skill development are also emphasized.     

农村改革的核心:土地产权制度的改革

农村改革举措甚多,但从我国农村经济发展历程及国外农业发展的经验来看,农村改革应以调节产权关系、建立科学的产权制度为核心,使农民与土地之间形成有效的权责利关系,才能合理酡置资源,推进农业发展,促进农村的繁荣。

以＂天府＂作为区域文化形象概念,其内涵随着社会发展应予以丰富和发展,才能适应时代需要。结合历史和当代人对＂天府＂内涵的认识,作为世人向往的地方,＂天府＂象征着＂富庶、兴旺、和谐、智慧、美丽、幸福＂。按照＂天府＂内涵的六大要素,四川在古史神话、历史文明与现实世界三个层面形成了形象叠加,＂天府＂既是古今四川的区域文化形象,也舍四川莫属!     

Land degradation,government subsidy,and smallholders’ conservation decision: the case of the loess plateau in China

Land degradation is one of the severe environmental problems in China. In order to combat land degradation, a soil conservation program was introduced since 2000 to reduce soil erosion by converting slope-cultivated land into forestry and pasture. This paper represents the first systematic attempt to investigate the impact of the soil conservation program on land degradation in the loess plateau. The results indicate that the soil conservation program to convert slope fields into forest or pasture is an effective way to combat soil erosion. However, a subsidy that is higher than profit of land use activity of slope fields before their conversion into forest and pasture is needed to encourage farmers to join the conservation program. A policy measure to encourage and assist farmers to develop sedentary livestock by using crops produced from fields as well as fodder and forage grass from the converted slope fields might contribute to combat soil erosion. Increase in off-farm job opportunities may encourage households to reduce cultivation in slope fields. That implies a policy measure to encourage rural urbanization might contribute to combat soil erosion.
