论终身教育思想对体育课程改革的影响

为了适应现代社会的快速发展 ,人类改变了将人生划分为学习和工作两个阶段的观念 ,产生了终身教育的思想。终身教育思想又对教育的组成部分———体育产生影响 ,促使了终身体育思想的产生。终身体育思想对体育课程改革起到十分重要的影响作用 ,主要表现在对体育课程目标、体育教学内容、体育教学模式和体育教学评价等方面改革的影响 ,使改革充分体现了体育课程为终身体育打基础的思想     

高Tc氧化物超导体与稀土永磁材料的一点类比

本文定义了稀土元素与其它元素之间的加权平均电负性差P和加权平均原子赝势半径差Q.发现具有较好磁性能的稀土永磁材料的P,Q值点基本上分布在一个特定的狭带区范围内,而高Tc氧化物超导体的P,Q值点基本上也分布在另一个特定的区域范围内,而且这两个区域的走向基本平行.上述结果将有助于人们探索新的高Tc氧化物超导体.

Matrix permanent inequalities for approximating joint assignment matrices in tracking systems

This paper examines some of the combinatorial issues associated with the batch data association problem arising in tracking and correlation applications. A procedure is developed that addresses a large class of data association problems involving the calculation of permanents of submatrices of the original association matrix. This procedure yields what is termed the Joint Assignment Matrix (JAM), which can be used to optimally rank associations for hypothesis selection. Because the computational cost of the permanent scales exponentially with the size of the matrix, improved algorithms are developed both for calculating the exact JAM and for generating approximations to it. Empirical results suggest that at least one of the approximations is suitable for real-time hypothesis generation in large scale tracking and correlation applications. Novel theoretical results include an improved upper bound on the calculation of the JAM and new upper bound inequalities for the permanent of general nonnegative matrices. One of these inequalities is an improvement over the best previously known inequality.     

Projects as communicating systems: Creating a culture of innovation and performance

Although often downplayed and instrumental, there is evidence that communication in projects is essential in achieving value creation. Our main interest in this paper is on temporary continuity, a situation where the temporary becomes a permanent condition in social systems. The question that we have address is: What characterizes project communication in a situation with temporary continuity?We argue for the need to transform communication processes into communication capabilities. In a situation with temporary continuity, there is a need to connect to a large number of value-creating processes, and communicating capabilities need to be a part of a communication system, where the aim is to bind together value-creating processes and communication capabilities. We construct a viable system consisting of five sub-systems. To become a viable system, projects in the form of temporary continuity, must handle the potential conflict between a culture of performance and a culture of innovation. This involves developing social mechanisms for coordination and interaction, with a focus on developing communication capabilities, in parallel with focusing on all of the five value-creation processes.

New analytical solution for the analysis and design of permanent magnet thrust bearings

On the basis of the current sheet model, a new analytical solution for permanent magnet （PM） bearings is developed. Compared with analytical methods based on the coupling energy model and the magnetic dipole model, the proposed one is more physically intuitive and convenient for engineering designers. According to the analytical model, the thrust characteristics of a novel PM thrust bearing is studied and verified by finite element analysis （FEA）. In the proposed thrust bearing configuration, the rotor is composed of stacked PM tings with alternative axial magnetization directions, and the stator with alternative radial magnetization directions while copper rings are used to separate adjacent PM rings. A prototype PM thrust bearing with the proposed configuration is designed and fabricated. The performances of the PM thrust beating are experimentally validated. It is shown that the calculation accuracy of the presented analytical solution is satisfying.     

永磁开关电磁吸力特性有限元分析

采用有限元电磁仿真的方法,对永磁开关的电磁吸力进行了仿真分析,同时设计了测试样机对电磁吸力进行了测试。电磁吸力的仿真结果和测试结果的比较证明了仿真结果的正确性。采用本文提供的有限元方法,可以进行永磁开关的进一步优化设计。
