美国嬉皮士运动：对正统文化的反抗和颠覆

爆发于20世纪60年代的美国嬉皮士运动是对美国正统文化的反动,旨在通过毒品、摇滚乐、性自由和公社等形式挑战、对抗、颠覆和消解基于理性主义和技术治理的美国主流文化价值观．代之以基于非理性主义的价值观及其“另类生活方式”。这场以青年嬉皮士为主体的文化反叛运动不仅在当时名声显赫,引人关注,而且对美国人的价值观产生了深远和长久的影响,其“幽灵”仍徘徊在美国政治、社会、教育和文化的方方面面。

健康是人类生存发展的基本要素，随着科学技术的发展和人民生活水平的提高．生活方式的变化，出现许多现代文明病。本文主要探计生活方式、体育生活方式与健康之间的关系，以此促进人们提高生活质量，建立健康、文明和科学的体育生活方式。     

Outdoor experiences and sustainability

Positive outdoor teaching and learning experiences and sound pedagogical approaches undoubtedly have contributed towards an understanding of environmental sustainability but it is not always clear how, and to what extent, education can translate into action. This article argues, with reference to social learning theory, that role modelling, mentoring and sustainable practice, by outdoor educators and using outdoor experiences, can contribute to pro-environmental action by offering an array of possibilities to engender pro-environmental behaviour. Pro-environmental behaviour is situated on the spectrum towards the realisation of a sustainable ‘lifestyle’, which implies a stronger and more committed intent, but might constitute too radical a shift with implied structural change. Using Cooper’s theoretical framework of ‘awareness, empowerment and commitment’, the place of role modelling through long-term mentoring in real, lived, outdoor environments that embrace pro-environmental behaviour is illustrated but further empirical research is required to substantiate the evidence base.     

民族地区高校大学生适应现代生活方式新探

生活方式是人类社会发展变化的标尺,民族地区传统生活方式向现代生活方式的转变是社会的进步,适应了社会发展的规律。现代生活方式是社会化大生产背景下的产物,物质生活的富裕往往造成了人文精神和人类自身的迷失,严重的影响到当下年轻人精神与自控能力。民族地区社会转型时期。大学生怎样适应现代生活方式是民族地区高校思想政治教育的重要课题。     

Gendered pathways from child sexual abuse to sexual aggression victimization and perpetration in adolescence and young adulthood

This study aimed to examine the pathways from child sexual abuse to sexual assault victimization and perpetration in adolescence and early adulthood, considering risky sexual behavior and lowered sexual self-esteem as mediator variables. In a two-wave longitudinal study with 2251 college students in Germany, male and female participants provided reports of sexual aggression victimization and perpetration since age 14 (T1) and again a year later (T2), covering the last 12 months. In addition, child sexual abuse (CSA; before the age of 14), risky sexual behavior, and sexual self-esteem were assessed at T1, and risky sexual behavior and sexual-self-esteem were assessed again at T2. Experience of CSA was significantly associated with greater likelihood of sexual aggression victimization and perpetration, lower sexual self-esteem, and more risky sexual behavior in both gender groups at T1 and was directly related to victimization at T2 among male participants. In both gender groups, CSA indirectly contributed to a higher probability of sexual victimization at T2 via its impact on victimization T1. In males, the indirect path from CSA to T2 perpetration via T1 perpetration was also significant. Through its negative impact on sexual self-esteem, CSA indirectly increased the probability of sexual victimization among women and the probability of sexual aggression perpetration among men. Risky sexual behavior mediated the pathway from CSA to sexual victimization at T2 for men and women and the pathway from CSA to sexual aggression perpetration for women. The findings contribute to the understanding of gendered effects of CSA on revictimization and the victim-to-perpetrator cycle.     

Teaching about Different Lifestyles in Second Language Learning

Cultural learning is an indispensible part in both first and second language learning.One cannot learn a language without learning the culture where it operates.This literature review aims to clarify the relationship between language and culture and arouse language teachers’ consciousness of the benefits of integrating cultural teaching into language learning in second language classrooms by addressing the question:What are the benefits of combining language teaching and cultural teaching? Consequently it explains the nature of different lifestyles in different cultures and the process of second language learning.Also,it explores the significance of cultural awareness in second language learning and teaching and the strategies to incorporate lifestyles into second language teaching.The findings of this literature review strongly suggest the importance for second language teachers to incorporate culture into classroom teaching.Learning a second language cannot be separated from learning the target culture which facilitates successful language learning and reduces prejudice,misunderstanding and stereotyped notions towards the target language group.     

山西钢铁物流园区园区内员工的体育健康促进研究

本文以山西钢铁靳流园区园区内员工为调查对象,以健康促进理论为指导,通过问卷调查、访谈等方珐了解园区内园区内员工的健康状况和体育生活方式的现状,分析员工健康水平与体育生活方式之间的联系,最后在健康促进理论和相关应用模式的指导下,探索以园区内为主导,以体育活动为核心的受工健康促进对策,为相关园区内群体员工的健康促进提供一个个案参考。     

当代大学生的不良生活方式与健康促进

生活方式会对当代大学生的健康产生重要影响,究其体质健康状况较差的原因与广大大学生不良的生活方式有关,不良的生活方式直接或间接地影响着当代大学生的思想意识及身体状况,文章试图通过文献资料法,归纳众多学者对大学生不良生活方式的研究,结合健康促进等为干预手段,找出改变大学生不良生活方式的相应对策。     

Involvement in sedentary activities and academic performance in adolescents: differences according to sociodemographic variables / Implicación en actividades sedentarias y rendimiento académico en adolescentes: diferencias según variables sociodemográficas

This study provides a first-time analysis of the differences in the time dedicated each day to different sedentary activities (SA) (productive, technology-based recreation and social activities) and their relation with the academic performance of Spanish adolescents according to sex, school year and socioeconomic status (SES). The sample was made up of 681 participants (50.2% girls), between 12 and 18 years old, who completed self-reported questionnaires. The likelihood of obtaining lower levels of academic success increase in adolescents who spend two or more hours on social SAs and have a lower SES. With boys, this increases further if they spend four or more hours on SAs involving technology-based recreation and two or less hours on productive SAs. In conclusion, adolescents spend a high number of hours carrying out sedentary activities after school. This is something that needs controlling since it may have a detrimental effect on their academic success, especially among adolescent boys.
