论我国行政裁量的司法审查原则——兼及合理性原则和比例原则的互动与对话

行政裁量的广泛存在已成为不争的事实。它作为行政能动性的体现和实现个案正义所需的一种政府工具,只能在尊重其存在的同时给予其必要的控制。来自国外的合理性原则和比例原则历史久远,或许能为我国实现行政裁量正义带来一定的启迪。     

A Study of English Euphemism under Politeness Principle

English euphemism is a rather polite and appropriate language expressions used for the avoidance of taboo and inappropriate language.Politeness Principle is an important Pragmatic theorywhich is a remedy of the Cooperative Principle,their existence can make communication and talking between people proceed as expected,euphemism is a typical application of these two principles in practical context.In this essay,euphemism and the Politeness Principle are combined under the background of practical use of euphemism,the effect of the melting of euphemism with Politeness Principleare explained in Pragmatics in order to illustratethat euphemism bears a close relationship with pragmatics.The conclusion is that there exist elements of politeness in euphemism.     

基于IE流程分析提高超市服务效率的方法研究

本文通过应用工业工程(IE)中程序分析的方法,分析收银员的收银流程,发现整个收银过程中占据时间最长的是扫码和装袋两个过程,并结合流水线的相关知识,将扫码和装袋这部分流程分成两个阶段,采用增加一个收银员的方法直接提高收银效率。最后通过计算证明,该方法可以有效的提高超市的收银效率。     

浅析我国冷链物流发展对策

近年来,我国冷链物流行业随着市场需求的增大而不断发展,冷链物流在显示自己重要性的同时,也凸显出了成本高、建设难、管理难和具有滞后性等问题。我国冷链物流要健康发展应做到:出台相关政策,扶持冷链发展;加强行业监管,统一执行标准;加强共同配送,发展社会物流;降低管理成本,提供增值服务;加大人才培养,发挥协会作用。     

Young people’s views about their involvement in decision‐making

This paper reports on research conducted over a two‐year period in a large Educational Psychology Service (EPS) in England. Researchers were keen to ascertain the views of young people and EPS members about young people being directly involved in educational decision‐making and how their genuine involvement in such decision‐making might be best achieved. Focus groups were employed as a means of gathering data which were analysed using Content Analysis. Young people and EPS members ultimately identified “culture”, “attitudes”, “environment”, and “systems” as being the most important factors in ensuring the genuine involvement of young people in decision‐making.
