Externalities, technological complementarities and sustained economic growth

Externalities as conventionally defined miss many of the spillovers that are both causes and consequences of the technological changes that underlie economic growth. We introduce a much wider concept called technological complementarities. New general purpose technologies (GPTs) rejuvenate the growth process by creating technological complementarities, which are adequately measured neither by total factor productivity (TFP) nor by externalities. There would be major gains from technological change even if the returns on capital invested in innovation never exceeded the returns on investing in existing technologies so that there were neither externalities nor positive changes in TFP.

通过对贵州省高等教育持续扩张的意愿和供给能力约束条件的分析,探讨约束和影响贵州省高等学校教育扩张的诸要素,分析贵州省大学教育扩张的调节机制和个人支付能力约束的条件,如生源情况约束、公众的教育需求、居民的教育支付能力等,为贵州省高等教育持续扩张提供理论支持并进一步推动贵州省高等教育的发展。     

Creating a model to examine motivation for sustained engagement in online communities

This paper considers factors that influenced long-term engagement in an online community. It draws on a case study of a 6 year online collaboration amongst a group of European teachers. The email interchange between these teachers was, with their agreement, saved and used as research data; intensive group interviews were also conducted, involving all the participants in the online group. Dynamic motivation models and Csikszentmihalyi’s concept of motivational flow were used to create a theoretical framework to analyse the email interchanges and group interview data so as to build an understanding of the teachers’ commitment to the online community. As a result of the analysis, the existing theoretical models were modified to produce a new combined model. This incorporates ideas grounded in the participants’ reasons for their sustained engagement in the collaboration. This combined model could provide a basis for planning future virtual interactions and for assessing their sustainability.

高效液相色谱法测定甲磺酸多沙唑嗪缓释胶囊的含量

用HPLC法,以Phenomenex C18柱（4．60mm×150mm）为固定相,甲醇-水-冰乙酸-二乙胺（700：300：10：2）为流动相,流速1．0ml·min^-1,检测波长249nm,进样量10μl,测定甲磺酸多沙唑嗪缓释胶囊的含量。结果甲磺酸多沙唑嗪在30．67—71．57μg·ml^-1范围内,其浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99．38％,RSD=0．83％．本方法快速,方便,准确,适用于甲磺酸多沙唑嗪缓释胶囊的含量测定。     

新疆金融可持续发展与经济增长线性回归模型探讨

本文阐述了金融可持续发展理论的内涵和意义，并结合新疆实际，建立了三个多元线性回归模型进行实证研究，得出新疆金融可持续发展与经济增长之间存在显著的正相关关系。实现新疆金融可持续发展需从完善新疆金融体系、鼓励金融机构创新和加强金融监管三个方面来着手。     

The Shaffer–Gee perspective: Can epistemic games serve education?

This paper addresses the issue of how games can reshape education by describing current educational practices. It argues that there are conservative camps that emphasize structure and development of basic literacy and numeracy skills in education as well as liberal camps that emphasize immersion, and notices that both camps fail to train students able to address the crisis of innovation. A post-progressive pedagogy that integrates both structure and immersion to address this innovation crisis is described in the paper. It is also emphasized that epistemic games can serve as excellent tools at the hand of this post-progressive pedagogy.

本文运用文献资料分析、逻辑推演及调研分析等研究方法，对高校竞技运动发展的现状及高校竞技运动可持续发展的对策做出研究。认为只有完善中学与高校之间的训练体系，重新确认高校竞技运动的培养目标，引进市场化运作来促进高校竞技运动的激励机制、管理制度的建立与完善，引进社会资源制度的改革，建立和完善高校竞技运动的竞赛体系，加快对高校竞技运动的立法工作等是高校竞技运动可持续发展的基本条件。
