Educators’ experiences in special education institutions during the COVID-19 outbreak

The COVID-19 outbreak has had a profound impact on education worldwide. As a result of the educational institutions closures, it is likely that the impact on special education would be more detrimental since special education population becomes more vulnerable in the aftermath of an outbreak. In the scope of this study, a researcher created survey was used to examine educators’ teaching experiences and their perceptions about the impact of COVID-19 outbreak on special education students. The sample included 215 educators working in the Special Education and Rehabilitation Centers (SERCs) in Turkey. Results indicated that a large majority of the SERCs were not able to continue their education during the COVID-19 outbreak. In addition, there was a difference in educators’ experiences by their educational practices (normal weekly schedule, reduced schedule, most of the educational activities are suspended, and all of the educational activities are suspended). Perceived level of COVID-19 outbreak impact on special education students were found to be significantly higher for autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, attention deficit and hyperactivity disorders, visual impairments, hearing impairments, specific learning disabilities and gifted students, respectively. The conclusion highlights the need of global collaboration, disaster preparation and management for students with special needs.     

The RIX Wiki: the use of multimedia advocacy to support person-centred planning in a special needs secondary school – implications for current policy and practice

The article documents findings from a pilot study undertaken in 2012–2013 in a special needs secondary school in the England, that trialled the use of a multimedia advocacy tool, “The RIX Wiki”. The trial was part of the pathfinder programme, which aimed to reform existing Special Education Needs provision, from the system of statementing to one of developing education health care plans. The reforms became enshrined in the Children and Families Act (2014). The findings were overall positive and helped with person-centred planning processes. The discussion is framed within current and future policy directives. We argue that multimedia advocacy approaches and software tools, like the “RIX Wiki” will have a continued role to play in ensuring the needs, aspirations and choices of children and young people with learning disabilities remain central.     

新冠肺炎疫情下专业图书馆科研新媒体服务探究——以中国科学院文献情报中心“中国科讯”为例

[目的/意义] 以中国科学院文献情报中心"中国科讯"为例，分析专业图书馆应急科学传播服务的举措及成效，为应急事件下专业图书馆科学传播服务提供借鉴。[方法/过程] 梳理新冠肺炎疫情期间"中国科讯"微信公众号推送的服务内容，从日均用户增长和阅读量分析用户对不同类型内容的关注程度，提出应急科学传播服务的思考。[结果/结论] 疫情期间，"中国科讯"日均用户增长明显，电子资源保障类内容阅读量最高，其次为新冠病毒科技攻关进展相关内容、科普类直播和信息素养教育直播观看人数达到数万人。应急事件下，专业图书馆应加强特色服务的宣传、加强信息甄选和审核机制，重大公共卫生事件下应急科学传播工作预案缺失也需引起重视。     

档案机构微信推文行业辨识度之省思

档案机构微信推文的行业辨识度是档案机构微信质量建设的重要组成部分。文章用例证法从行政性、文化性和娱乐化三方面分析了档案机构微信推文行业辨识度问题产生原因。基于议程设置原理对档案机构微信推文推送优先度提出建议,从"多推档案事"和"多用档案说事"两个角度提出解决档案机构微信推文内容行业辨识度问题的方法,融入历史主义思想和档案表征解决档案机构微信推文形式创新问题。     

跳远助跑速度变化对起跳效果的影响——国内外优秀运动员与我院选手的比较分析

笔者采用高速摄影、影片解析、数理统计等方法对西安体育学院男子跳远运动员和国内外优秀选手助跑速度变化而影响起跳效果的因素进行比较研究。结果表明:跳远助跑各段落速度的变化对起跳效果及成绩产生很大影响;西安体育学院男子跳远运动员绝对速度低,起跳前两步速度、速度利用率呈下降趋势,影响起跳初速度;跳远起跳前一步的速度、速度利用率对提高起跳效果要比起跳前9—10m段的速度、速度利用率更具有实际意义。     

关于举办沈阳体育学院“散打王”比赛的构想

借鉴全国“散打王”比赛的成功经验 ,通过对沈阳体育学院民族传统体育系学生和选学民族传统体育专业方向的部分学生及武术系、武术教研室全体教师进行问卷调查 ,对举办沈阳体育学院“散打王”比赛可行性进行分析和论证 ,并根据沈阳体育学院学生现有学习训练的具体情况 ,制定符合沈阳体育学院实际状况的“散打王”竞赛规程 ,同时从安全角度出发 ,选用有利于学生更好地发挥技、战术水平的全国散打锦标赛规则。     

熵的微分统计法

运用累加局城熵的思路,参考经典统计和量子统计原理,建立一种通俗、直观、朴实的统计法,依据它可顺利地求得体系的熵。     

特殊体育教育中的舞蹈教学

舞蹈作为一项重要内容进入听力失聪学生的体育教学之中，不仅可以增强体质、促进身心健康，而且可以陶冶高尚的情操，锻炼坚毅的性格，树立正确的审美观念，形成优美的体态。此外，舞蹈还给体育教学提供了一条令人愉悦、易于接受的学习途径，可以丰富学生的肢体语言，并提高其表达能力，对于塑造良好的行为规范也起到较好的辅助作用。

体育文化作为文化的一个分支，不可避免地会受到各自不同国家、民族和地区的文化背景的影响，而深深地打上各自极具国家、民族和地区鲜明特点的烙印，但与此同时，体育文化作为全人类共同的文化财富，它们之间存在着共性。
