三维重建法测量中国北方成人股骨膝外翻角(英文)   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究目的:利用三维重建影像模型获取膝外翻角,并通过使用这种方法来测量中国北方成人膝外翻角的平均估计值。创新要点:本研究所获取的膝外翻角平均值对于在中国北方人群进行膝关节置换术时有着重要的参考意义,新的三维重建测量法使得膝外翻角的术前个体化测量更加精确。研究方法:利用64名患者的CT血管造影(CTA)的DICOM数据获取共128件股骨三维重建模型。在重建的股骨模型上分别定位髁间凹最高点(点A)、膝关节线上20 cm截面的髓腔中点(点B)和股骨头旋转中心(点C)。之后膝关节外翻角即由股骨远端解剖轴(线AB)与股骨机械轴(线AC)所围成(上述定位过程详见图5)。经统计分析后,128件股骨的平均外翻角值为6.20°±1.20°。统计分析还发现,膝外翻角与个体年龄呈显著性正相关,同一个体的左右侧外翻角呈显著性正相关。重要结论:在对北方成年人群进行膝关节置换术时,选取外翻角为6°可会在重建人体下肢力线上获得更好的术后效果。在对年长患者进行手术时应选用更大的外翻角。  相似文献

Video analysis, using the program Tracker (Open Source Physics), in the educational process introduces a new creative method of teaching physics and makes natural sciences more interesting for students. This way of exploring the laws of nature can amaze students because this illustrative and interactive educational software inspires them to think creatively, improves their performance and helps them in studying physics. This paper deals with increasing the key competencies in engineering by analysing real-life situation videos – physical problems – by means of video analysis and the modelling tools using the program Tracker and simulations of physical phenomena from The Physics Education Technology (PhET?) Project (VAS method of problem tasks). The statistical testing using the t-test confirmed the significance of the differences in the knowledge of the experimental and control groups, which were the result of interactive method application.  相似文献

Recently, question series have become one focus of research in question answering. These series are comprised of individual factoid, list, and “other” questions organized around a central topic, and represent abstractions of user–system dialogs. Existing evaluation methodologies have yet to catch up with this richer task model, as they fail to take into account contextual dependencies and different user behaviors. This paper presents a novel simulation-based methodology for evaluating answers to question series that addresses some of these shortcomings. Using this methodology, we examine two different behavior models: a “QA-styled” user and an “IR-styled” user. Results suggest that an off-the-shelf document retrieval system is competitive with state-of-the-art QA systems in this task. Advantages and limitations of evaluations based on user simulations are also discussed.  相似文献

理论与计算对现代化学的发展起着至关重要的作用。通过电子结构计算我们可以获得体系的各种性质。电子结构理论与计算的发展方向是提高对某些复杂体系的计算精度,同时提高计算效率使处理更大的体系成为可能。对三原子反应,反应动力学计算已经可以精确地考虑量子效应。多原子气相反应和复杂体系的动力学行为是目前的研究难点。统计力学与分子模拟面临的最大挑战是构造普适精确的分子力场与粗粒化模型,以及多尺度模拟方法。近年来,我国的理论与计算化学发展很快,同时也面临很大的机遇与挑战。  相似文献

This study aimed to investigate the comparative value of experimenting with physical manipulatives (PM) in a sequential combination with virtual manipulatives (VM), with the use of PM preceding the use of VM, and of experimenting with PM alone, with respect to changes in students' conceptual understanding in the domain of heat and temperature. A pre–post‐comparison study design was used which involved 62 undergraduate students that attended an introductory course in physics. The participants were randomly assigned to one experimental and one control group. Both groups used the same inquiry‐oriented curriculum materials. Participants in the control group used PM to conduct the experiments, whereas, participants in the experimental group used first PM and then VM. VM differed from PM in that it could provide the possibility of faster manipulation, whereas, it retained any other features and interactions of the study's subject domain identical to the PM condition. Conceptual tests were administered to assess students' understanding before, during, and after the study's treatments. Results indicated that experimenting with the combination of PM and VM enhanced students' conceptual understanding more than experimenting with PM alone. This study examines the effects of the activity of building systems models for school-based problems on problem solving and on conceptual change in elementary science classes. During a unit on the water cycle in an Asian elementary school, students constructed systems models of the water cycle. We found that representing ill-structured problems as system models improves problem solving as well as creating beneficial conceptual change related to the topic.  相似文献
