记忆场、传统村落与我们的责任——档案部门参与村落记忆场保护的价值与策略

传统村落拥有丰富的自然和文化资源,凝结着历史的记忆,是社会文明的直接见证者。随着城镇化进程的推进,传统村落逐步消融在时代的印迹里。为促进传统村落在新时代的焕发新生,文章借助法国历史学家皮埃尔·诺拉的记忆之场理论,指出传统村落在历史、时间、变迁中凝聚成具有象征意义的记忆场。在此基础上文章剖析了档案部门参与村落记忆场保护的意义,阐释了村落记忆场赓续乡村记忆、留住乡情乡愁、传承文化遗产的功能,并提出了档案部门就如何推动村落记忆场实现功能最大化的策略,以期使档案部门更好地承担起传承、保护、赓续传统村落的主体责任。

Selection models in the music industry: How a prior independent experience may affect chart success

The is article analyses the two main approaches for artists’ selection in the recording industry: the direct model in which large major companies directly choose new artists from the supply market, and the agency model in which small independent labels realise the first choice and, subsequently, large organisations pick their new artists among those pre-selected by independents.An empirical analysis of chart sales reveals that artists selected through the agency model exhibit a longer presence on the chart due to repeated successes, while they are slower to reach heavy success once they have entered the chart. Conversely, the direct model leads to artists with a faster path to a strong success, but the same artists have a shorter presence on the chart due to the sporadic nature of their success. The profile of artists selected through these two models is also found to be different: big international soloist stars are more frequently selected through the direct model, while national bands are more frequently selected through the agency model.The insights suggest important implications for management in the cultural industries and especially in the recording industry. 畲族民间体育舞蹈是我国畲族民间传统体育中主要内容之一。本文采用文献资料法、实地考察法、综合分析等方法,就畲族民间舞蹈与传统体育的关系以及两者关系密切的原因等问题进行了论述,其目的是为了更好地继承和弘扬中华民族传统体育。     

Correlates of verbally aggressive communication in adolescents

This investigation identifies demographic, media, and social correlates of verbally aggressive communication in adolescence. Mail surveys were completed and returned by 2,300 adolescents between the ages of 13 and 15. These adolescents were asked about the prevalence of verbal and physical aggression, the context in which it occurred, demographics, and the interpersonal and media influences in their lives. The results indicate that verbal aggression is widespread, that committing and experiencing verbal aggression is largely reciprocal, that there is a strong relationship between committing verbal and physical aggression, and that peer social influence and listening to violently oriented music are mildly related to verbal aggression in adolescents. These findings suggest more resources should be allocated to teaching adolescents to understand and control verbal aggression. Further, they provide important answers to many prevention and intervention programmatic questions, including context, content, and targeting concerns. Since the negative consequences of verbal aggression are severe and long lasting, decreasing this destructive communication behavior should significantly improve the lives of many adolescents. These and other practical implications are expanded upon and discussed.
