“妇女解放的程度是衡量普遍解放的天然尺度。”确立白领女性成为企业高层次管理人才的地位，体现了马克思主义的基本原理和我国的基本国策，是建设社会主义和谐社会的必然要求，也是女性自身独特的优势和企业实践所证实了的，为此要冷静地分析白领女性在企业管理中存在的问题，并采取切实有效的对策。     

On the elephant in the room: toward a generative politics of place on race in academic discourse

Abstract

In our conceptual essay, we draw on an exchange between a White scholar and a group of panelists on Critical Race Theory at an international conference. Taking up this exchange as our point of departure, we work in dialectical and multidimensional ways between the essentialized politics of place on race and critical anti-essentializing foundations in recent Critical Race Feminism and Critical White Studies’ literatures. Working the dialectics and multidimensionality of the place that race makes in academic discourse, we recognize and ethically work through the essentialized politics of place in advancing anti-essentializing understandings of race. In articulating these anti-essentializing understandings, our conceptual essay drives at the notion of a generative politics of place on race in academic discourse. A generative politics of place holds essentialized realities and anti-essentializing foundations of race in dialectical and multidimensional tension for teaching, learning, and discussing race in local, national, and international contexts.     

Critically reflexive dialogue and praxis: Academic/practitioner reflections throughout a formative evaluation of Circles® USA

Reflections about the use of critically reflexive praxis by academic/practitioners are offered based on a case study of a formative evaluation of Circles^® USA, a nonprofit organization coordinating initiatives across the U.S. working to move families out of poverty. Critically reflexive praxis is theorized as featuring several themes including acknowledging different levels of context, critical dialogue with collaborators, engaging cultural difference and intersectionalities, problematizing power relations and relationships among researchers and collaborators, and occurring throughout the research project. Examples of critical dialogic reflexivity and navigating common tensions that emerge throughout such community engagement projects are detailed during three phases: planning and design; fieldwork and interviews; and outcomes, applications, and implications.     

《白噪音》中的异化消费

美国当代著名作家唐·德里罗的小说《白噪音》艺术地再现了后现代美国人的生存环境和生存状态。美国消费社会建构的三个关键领域——媒介影像、消费行为和大众文化,成为美国后现代社会的景观。《白噪音》展示了后现代美国社会的两大消费行为——看电视和购物,同时,揭示了美国大众文化甚至学术研究也趋向商业化。这些异化消费使得人们丧失了主体性,陷入了精神空虚、焦虑、孤独与异化,并导致垃圾激增、环境污染和生态灾难。     

《探险家沃斯》中的沃斯形象解读

澳大利亚作家帕特里克.怀特笔下的沃斯,集中体现了人性的弱点与冲突,是一个善恶并存、动态发展的人。沃斯探险的失败是其人性冲突的必然结果,同时也是沃斯重新认识自我不可缺少的一部分。沃斯矛盾冲突的人性背后,是现代人面对生存困境信仰缺乏的真实反映,也是怀特对现代人的精神世界的探索与关注。     

《紫色》中聂蒂的"解域"之旅

早在《紫色》发表当年,就有评论家把书中所插入的聂蒂自非洲的来信看成是小说结构上的一个弱点。实际上,聂蒂的非洲之旅展现出很强的意识形态功能。法国哲学家德鲁兹与心理学家瓜塔里提出的"解域"思想为客观阐述聂蒂的非洲之旅提供了新的理论范式。概括起来,聂蒂的非洲之旅对白人文化代码的解域体现在两个方面:一是解域了"白人优越论"的种族代码;二是解域了(白人)基督教的宗教代码。因此,聂蒂自非洲的来信不仅在小说结构上与茜莉的信件构成了对称美,而且进一步深化了小说的主题。     

Using Multicultural Resources for Teachers to Combat Racial Prejudice in the Classroom

As the American population continues to become more diverse there is a need to provide children in early education with factual information about all ethnic groups to decrease prejudice. First, teachers must examine their own beliefs prior to implementing a multicultural approach into the curriculum. Three questions are presented that will assist teachers in evaluating their views and behaviors toward ethnic groups. Informative resources are provided for teachers to educate themselves, parents, and students. Through children's literature, instructional materials, and Internet sources, teachers can promote more positive attitudes among students and educate children to be respectful and accept the individuality of others.     

1942年香港秘密大营救评述

本文以个案研究的方式,就发生在1942年的香港秘密大营救进行研究,概括其四个特点。指出:中共组织运转的高效、充分发挥武装斗争在白区斗争中的作用、把武装斗争与统一战线直接结合起来、把统一战线和地下工作进行结合是大营救成功的重要因素。     

皖西白鹅消化系统的解剖学研究(Ⅰ消化管的形态特征)

本试验研究了成年皖西白鹅消化系统消化管的组成和形态位置特征.试验应用60只成年皖西白鹅(公母各半),进行解剖学观察.结果表明皖西白鹅消化系统消化管由口咽、食管、腺胃、肌胃、小肠(十二指肠、空肠、回肠)、大肠(盲肠和直肠)和泄殖腔等器官构成.其中肌胃和盲肠(两条)发达,缺少唇、齿、软腭和结肠等.     

种族与性别的双重压迫：普里查德土著题材小说中的澳大利亚土著女性

澳大利亚作家凯瑟琳·苏珊娜·普里查德,在她的土著题材作品中,努力克服种族偏见,对土著民和土著文化倾注了同情、理解和尊重;不仅如此,作为一个女性作家,她还对土著女性的不利生存地位给予了特别的关注,这使得她的土著题材作品既有反对种族主义的一面,又有关注性别歧视的一面。本文结合《库娜图》等四部作品,探讨了澳大利亚土著女性在19世纪末至20世纪初的殖民时期所遭受的种族和性别的双重压迫。
