英国高等教育改革法述评

本文旨在透过对英国高等教育法的述评，观察英国政府强化“国家权力”所采取的措施，为中国高等教育在政府控制“松绑”的过程中，起到一些借鉴作用。     

动态语境对间接言语行为制约的运作机制研究——以赵本山小品《不差钱》为例

间接言语行为的实施和理解受到动态语境的制约。本文旨在探讨动态语境对间接言语行为制约的运作机制。在对动态语境的定义作进一步梳理的基础上,提出动态语境对间接言语行为制约的要素包括语境中的＂有言在先＂、社会文化背景和交际双方互动的即时语境。语境中的静态语境在交际双方互动时,被激活而成为动态的语境。所谓动态语境其实是动态语境与静态语境的结合,它是在语用中由交际双方协同构建的。     

经济法对社会利益实现的保障

经济法的利益观是社会利益观,社会利益是经济法产生和存在的天然基石;经济法以社会利益为本位是为了更好地保护和实现个人利益,以充分体现经济法的人文关怀;经济法为社会利益的实现提供了制度保障,即市场规制法律制度、宏观经济调控法律制度、社会分配法律制度和经济公益诉讼制度。     

关于体育比赛庆祝动作的研究

从比赛庆祝动作研究的全新视角出发,界定比赛庆祝动作的作用,探讨比赛庆祝动作的语言符号,通过对国内外运动员体育比赛庆祝动作观察与剖析,对体育比赛中运动员的庆祝动作进行分类,阐述分析不同类型庆祝动作的特点及庆祝动作的产生原因,挖掘体育比赛庆祝动作的内涵．     

翻译过程论--论翻译的过程与过程的翻译

本文通过对英语语言学一些重要发展阶段的追溯，证明了语言的本质即是过程的反映，并由此得出结论，语言的研究从根本上来讲其实是关于客观世界行为过程(包括静态过程)的研究，只不过由于历史的尘封而被蒙上了一层神秘的面纱。笔者只想通过对它的回顾，还其本来面目，同时也想说明，翻译的过程本身其实是对语言过程中所包含的行为过程的翻译，从而还翻译实践者一个切实可行的理论出路。     

An exploration of educative praxis: Reflections on Marx’s concept praxis,informed by the Lacanian concepts act and event

This article explores an aspect of Karl Marx’s concept, praxis. Praxis is meaningful work, through which we fulfil ourselves by fulfilling others. The discussion draws on the author’s work with postgraduate student teachers, where both students and author were researching their own practice. Reflecting Marx’s conception of praxis as subjective fulfilment in the objective world, this activity was intended to trouble and complicate the categories ‘subjective’ and ‘objective’, whilst enabling students to become both more autonomous and other-oriented. The intention behind this article is to develop the theoretical vocabulary of praxis available to educational researchers and practitioners. Some ideas from Lacanian psychoanalysis are introduced, followed by extensive discussion of Slavoj ?i?ek’s concepts, ‘act’ and ‘event’. The key argument is that in a nascent educative praxis, ‘subjective’ and ‘objective’ perspectives can be understood not as fixed points of reference, but as dual orientations on a flow of signification. These ideas are developed alongside detailed examination of two university-based research sessions with student teachers. With reference to session activities, a rationale is provided for an emerging educative praxis, in which students explore creative tensions between ‘subjective’ and ‘objective’ perspectives on school-based practice.     

使役性言语行为醒示语分析

本文将醒示语分为称呼语和提醒语两类,认为醒示语具有拉近或推远交际双方之间的社会关系及情感距离、提高或降低尊崇的等级、调节醒示与恳请的强度等语用调节作用.醒示语的选用受使役的内容、使役的场合及交际双方之间的关系等因素的影响.醒示语的正式程度往往与使役要求的正式与严肃程度、场合的正式与紧迫程度、发受话双方之间的权势和距离差成正比.     

言语行为语际语用研究综述

通过文献研读可以看出,国外学者对言语行为语际语用策略对比研究比比皆是．然而这些研究散落在不同时期的文章中,缺乏统一的梳理与整体画面。本文拟通过对国外言语行为语际语用研究方法和言语行为语用策略研究的综述,以期达到对言语行为语际语用策略研究有个较全面的了解。     

Editorial statement

Grounded in the interdisciplinary educational work of Cultural Studies, this paper examines the pedagogical potentials of narrative and performance for the teaching of writing as a mode of public discourse. Guided to address a wide readership, students engage in critical communication aimed at linking self inquiry and narrative discourse to the contextual analysis of the social. Drawing on research findings derived from the undergraduate teaching of cultural criticism as a genre of public writing at Lingnan University, Hong Kong, we look at how educational drama mediates the work of narrative and performative acts involving the young learner-writers and contributes to the shaping of a dialogic mode of address and communication, thus articulating the process and impact of writing to the public-oriented discourse in Cultural Studies education. In light of such acts in critical discourse and imagination targeted at the potential reader, we show how the young writers' own engagement with critical thinking and communication are opened up by drama-in-education adopted in the class, and argue how, in this sense, both writing and its learning process become effective stages in the making of the kind of cultural criticism we want to help students to learn.     

英语委婉语与间接言语行为的语言间接性比较研究

间接性是人类语言的共有现象,在人们的言语实践中发挥着重要作用。英语委婉语与间接言语行为都研究语言的间接性,产生的前提及动因有相通之处,出发点均含礼貌因素,有些实例相互交织,互为所属。然而,虽然二者的语言间接性存在共性,但它们在理论依据及侧重点等方面存在差异：前者的产生机制主要借助委婉语理论解读,强调表意的间接性;后者的理解则依赖间接言语行为理论,强调实施言语行为的间接性。对比分析英语委婉语与间接言语行为的语言间接性异同有助于人们更精准、得体地运用语言,促进理想交际效果的达成。
