Discrete Choice Modeling in Education: An Innovative Method to Assess Teaching Practices

Self‐reported measures are an easy, time‐efficient, and low‐cost way to collect research data compared to other assessment methods. They are, however, characterized by several limitations regarding the quality and the clarity of the data they produce, especially when they are implemented in education. The main purpose of the current study was to use a method called discrete choice modeling (DCM) in education, in order to develop a self‐reported instrument that will reduce the bias for socially desirable responses and to assess teachers’ practices in physical activity. DCM method has the ability to overcome the respondents’ tendency to answer in a socially desirable way. A nationally representative sample of 531 Greek early educators participated in this study and were administered a self‐assessment questionnaire based on DCM. Results showed that the DCM based newly developed instrument manages to assess effectively educators’ practices and provided evidence of the applicability of the method in education. Further implications and future recommendations regarding the effective application of DCM in education are discussed.

大型企业核心竞争能力的分析与评价

运用企业核心竞争能力的基本理论，分析了大型企业核心竞争能力的内涵和基本特征，进一步明确了大型企业的核心竞争能力应该是一个由多维度能力组成的综合体，而非单个或少数几项能力所能涵容。在此基础上建立了大型企业核心竞争能力的评价指标体系，并采用一种基于模糊综合评判的方法，构建了评价大型企业核心竞争能力的数量模型，最后，用实例说明了该方法的有效性。     

速度滑冰运动员心功能测评指标"心缩间期"比较研究

为了探讨简易无创方法监控速滑运动员身体机能,研究速滑运动员心功能监测指标的可靠性、实用性。本文采用心功能监测指标STI(心缩间期),测定运动员心功能水平,为训练选材提供数据。研究方法:随机试验性研究。研究结果:总电机械收缩时间(QS2)男384.87±18,女414.14±14,男女之间有显著性差异P<0.01。射血时间(LVET)男286.00±9.95,女318.00±11.00,男女之间有一定差异P<0.01。结论:速滑运动员STI各项参数,男女有一定差异,P<0.01,这一研究结果提示,应用测定STI监测运动员身体机能,评定有氧耐力训练有参考价值。     

国际组织开放政府数据评估方法的比较与分析

[目的/意义] 开放政府数据评估是开放政府数据的重要组成部分,目前正处于起步发展阶段,需要逐步形成一套科学适用的评估体系。[方法/过程] 通过桌面调查和对比分析,针对当前国际组织部分代表性开放政府数据评估项目的实施,着重从评估方法、评估对象以及指标体系与评估效果等角度分析不同评估项目的实际运行状况。[结果/结论] 归纳和总结各类开放政府数据评估项目的特色与不足,发现国际组织开放政府数据评估的一些规律性做法,如第三方评估保证了评估的客观公正,评估指标体系设计围绕主题科学制定,以数据开放为核心,注重评估方法的整体优化以及重视评估信息采集与处理的信度与效度等。     

教学形成性评价探析

通过交流与反馈使教学效果产生信息对流,并且结合赏识与激励调动教与学的积极性,最终达到改进教学环节和提升教学效果的目的。     

Analysis of Beijing Oral English Certificate Test

Nowadays, assessing speaking has received a great degree of attention not only because it is difficult to develop and administer, but also it plays a significant role in eliciting the purpose of foreign language learning. Studies on assessing speaking explored different proposals influencing the test of speaking, such as the nature of speaking, basic types of speaking, mode of test and rating scales. This study compares different proposals for assessing speaking in foreign language learning. Deep analyses according to Beijing Oral English Certificate(BOEC) testing will be presented with the improvement suggestions.     

健全科研制度体系 防范科研不端行为

当前我国的科研制度体系在科研法律制度的执行、科研评价制度、科研奖励制度、科研不端的惩处制度等方面都存在一定问题。防范科研不端行为的有效途径是健全科研法制宣传、科研查新、同行评议、考核评价以及科研惩处等制度。     

从课程入手完善网上资源考核体系

网上资源的建设和运用是远程开放教育办学的重中之重,如何从课程入手完善网上资源考核体系？我们设想了依据课程特点,建设创新、实用的课程资源;依托计算机网络平台,建设形成性考核完成体系;利用计算机网络平台,实施学习过程监控;结合课程特点,在考核平台完成终结性考试几条途径,以求使这一工作更为完善。
