Construction of query concepts based on feature clustering of documents

In Information Retrieval, since it is hard to identify users’ information needs, many approaches have been tried to solve this problem by expanding initial queries and reweighting the terms in the expanded queries using users’ relevance judgments. Although relevance feedback is most effective when relevance information about retrieved documents is provided by users, it is not always available. Another solution is to use correlated terms for query expansion. The main problem with this approach is how to construct the term-term correlations that can be used effectively to improve retrieval performance. In this study, we try to construct query concepts that denote users’ information needs from a document space, rather than to reformulate initial queries using the term correlations and/or users’ relevance feedback. To form query concepts, we extract features from each document, and then cluster the features into primitive concepts that are then used to form query concepts. Experiments are performed on the Associated Press (AP) dataset taken from the TREC collection. The experimental evaluation shows that our proposed framework called QCM (Query Concept Method) outperforms baseline probabilistic retrieval model on TREC retrieval.     

南宋江西禅僧释晓莹考论

释晓莹是我国佛教史上一位具有较大影响的佛教史家。有关释晓莹生卒年和《云卧纪谈》成书时间等未见记载,这些限制了后人对他生平及著作的研究。我们推论为：释晓莹生年大致在宣和四年即1122年;《云卧纪谈》成书时间大致在淳熙十年（1183）二月之后,淳熙十六年（1189）十一月之前。     

Adult mental health outcomes of child sexual abuse survivors born at extremely low birth weight

The high prevalence of child sexual abuse (CSA) is concerning, particularly as survivors are at increased risk for multiple adverse outcomes, including poor mental health across the lifespan. Children born at an extremely low birth weight (ELBW; <1000 g) and who experience CSA may be a group that is especially vulnerable to psychopathology later in life. However, no research has considered the mental health risks associated with being born at ELBW and experiencing CSA. In this study, we investigated the mental health of 179 ELBW survivors and 145 matched normal birth weight (NBW; >2500 g) participants at ages 22–26 and 29–36. At age 22–26, CSA was associated with increased odds of clinically significant internalizing (OR = 7.32, 95% CI: 2.31–23.23) and externalizing (OR = 4.65, 95% CI: 1.11–19.51) problems among ELBW participants exposed to CSA compared to those who did not, though confidence intervals were wide. At age 29–36, CSA was linked to increased odds of any current (OR = 3.43, 95% CI: 1.08–10.87) and lifetime (OR = 7.09, 95% CI: 2.00–25.03) non-substance use psychiatric disorders, however, this did not hold after adjustment for covariates. Statistically significant differences in mental health outcomes were not observed in NBW participants exposed to CSA compared to NBW participants who were not exposed. Survivors of significant perinatal adversity who are also exposed to CSA may be at higher risk for psychopathology through the fourth decade of life.

本否证了生育权视为一种夫妻之间的身份权的观点，并指出其本质归属应为人格权之构成部分。认为生育权的权能构成应该包括生育请求权、生育决权、生育方式选择权，以此为基础提出了完整的生育权体系的观点。最后，章对生育权的侵权损害赔偿责任认定以及法律上的必要限制也作了阐释。     

对国家性质与国家形式基本概念界定的商榷

高职高专《宪法》教材对国家性质与国家形式这两个基本概念所作的界定值得商榷。国家性质与国体，政权组织形式与政体在内涵与外延上应有区别，不能简单等同。     

审计为国有企业改革和发展服务的思考

审计要为国有企业改革和发展服务，首先要将服务的观念和意识贯穿于整个审计监督的全过程；其次，审计要在观念、内容和重点、对象和范围、方法等方面实现转变；最后提出审计服务的具体措施：一、转变观点．以全新思维开展工作；二、不断开拓审计工作新领域；三、明确国家审计、内部审计的职责．发挥其功能；四、执行审计法规，实现审计工作的制度化和规范化；五、进一步改进审计方法。     

树立具有现代文明意识的思想道德观念--新时期思想政治工作探讨之管见

明是社会进步的标志，是现代社会不可或缺的基本因子。然而，在我们的社会中，不明的人，不明的行为时常存在，并干扰着不断追求进步发展的现代生活，因此，树立具有现代明意识的思想道德观念，已成为我们思想政治工作的关节点和基础性要求。为此，需要做到，第一，强化现代明教育，培育世纪新人；第二，增强社会意识，培植明行为；第三，培养集体主义精神；第四，共产党员要做好现代明的表率。     

当代大学生恋爱道德观状况的调查

为了解当代大学生的恋爱道德观状况，课题组对2003年度在兰州大学、兰州交通大学、西北民族大学和兰州师范高等专科学校四所高校学习的大学生进行了抽样调查。该文在对调查结果进行统计分析的基础上，探讨了当代大学生在恋爱道德观方面存在的问题，并提出了相应的对策。
