扩孔锚索在软土深基坑中的应用

通过对厦门软土中某深基坑支护实例分析,揭示在软土地区深基坑采用扩孔锚索取代排桩的内支撑,结合坡顶放坡或水泥土搅拌桩支护设计方案的可行性,探讨支护结构周边土体的变形和锚索拉力的发展特性,为今后类似的深基坑维护工程提供借鉴和经验。     

骑浪/横甩薄弱性衡准的评估方法

针对目前国际海事组织(International Maritime Organization,IMO)正在讨论制定的第二代完整稳性衡准草案中的骑浪/横甩这一稳性失效模式,研究第二层薄弱性衡准评估方法.基于波浪理论计算波浪纵荡力,运用Melnikov方法预报骑浪临界值,采用数值分析方法求解推力和阻力平衡方程,开发骑浪/横甩第二层薄弱性衡准的计算程序.结果表明,C11集装箱船计算结果与IMO给出的参考值相差3%.该方法可为建立新一代完整稳性的衡准技术框架提供参考.     

Multicultural and Social Justice Competence in Clinical Supervision

The authors apply the Multicultural and Social Justice Counseling Competencies (Ratts, Singh, Nassar‐McMillan, Butler, & McCullough, 2015) model to clinical supervision, highlighting ways for supervisors to intentionally integrate multicultural and social justice practices into the supervision enterprise. They offer specific implications for supervision practice, including a focus on broaching strategies.     

Predictors of Broaching: Multicultural Competence,Racial Color Blindness,and Interpersonal Communication

Predictors of broaching race for trainees and professionals (N = 85) seeing clients were examined in a correlational design. Results showed multicultural competence was a strong positive predictor of broaching, color blindness was a moderate negative predictor, and interpersonal communication as a predictor was mediated by multicultural competence. Demographics and experience were also studied to guide recommendations for broaching.     

扩孔锚杆在软土基坑中的应用实例分析

为了表明扩孔锚杆在软土基坑工程中的应用价值,文章对福建沿海地区的一个软土基坑工程实例进行了分析。结果表明,扩孔锚杆不仅显著提高了其抗拉承载力,而且施工速度快,有利于基坑土方的开挖。因此,扩孔锚杆在施工工期短或不适合布置内支撑的基坑支护工程中具有十分广阔的应用前景。
