实现社会主义政治文明,要发展党内民主,坚持和完善党的领导,实行人大代表专职,建立决策咨询制度,保障公民被选举权,建立行业提名方式,按倍数原则推选候选人,不断扩大直接选举范围,实行党政领导干部职务任期制。     

丝绸之路申报世界遗产的理论与实践

在文献调研的基础上,本文将丝绸之路申报世界遗产的过程划分为理论探索阶段(从上世纪80年代末到2005年10月)和实施阶段(从2005年11月起)。从三个方面总结了理论探索阶段的工作:1.丝绸之路的传统研究、非物质文化遗产研究和环境研究;2.文化路线的研究;3.丝绸之路申遗的方法学研究。实施阶段从2005年11月开始,作为系列申报的第一个群集,我们乐观地期望丝绸之路中国和中亚段的文化遗产能于2010年列入世界遗产名录。     

语言生成过程中的艺术品性--对卡西尔语言生成论的一种解读

构成语言的基本单位之一是名称，名称最早产生于直觉的聚合。在人类的神话阶段，人们对神的崇拜实质上是对神的名称的崇拜，因为各种神灵的本质只是一种只有能指而没有所指的虚构。早期人类意识中的隐喻思维对名称的产生起了关键的作用。所以，语言生成的初始过程不是一个逻辑化的过程，而是一个诗性思维的过程。     

What characterizes children nominated as gifted by teachers? A closer consideration of working memory and intelligence

Teacher nominations are often used in school settings to identify gifted children. However, although high intelligence is part of almost all definitions of giftedness, prior research has consistently shown that not all children nominated as gifted by teachers have high intelligence. In order to further understand the characteristics of these students, we herein explore the role of another cognitive construct, namely working memory (WM). In a sample comprising N = 81 fourth graders, both WM and intelligence showed the same predictive value for characterizing teacher-nominated gifted children, pointing to the importance of the thus-far-unattended WM for characterizing these students.     

Peer assessment of class participation: applying peer nomination to overcome rating inflation

Having students actively engaged with each other in discussions has become an increasingly important and common aspect of the classroom environment. This increased emphasis has also meant that instructors need to find ways to effectively and efficiently evaluate class participation. In this paper, we describe the most common method used for these assessments and highlight some of its inherent challenges. We then propose an alternative method based on peer nominations. Two case studies illustrate the advantages of this method; we find that it is both easy for students to complete and provide instructors with valuable diagnostic information with which to provide feedback and assign grades.     

公共图书馆构建荣誉体系的实践与思考——以本溪市图书馆为例

[目的/意义]以本溪市图书馆建立荣誉体系的实践为例,探索公共图书馆荣誉体系建设的实践模式。[方法/过程]基于对公共图书馆荣誉奖励实践与研究现状的分析,介绍本溪市图书馆运用美国ALA奖励制度体系的先进理念,构建公共图书馆荣誉体系的实践模式,阐释针对该实践模式的几点思考,提出未来公共图书馆建设荣誉体系的可行性建议。[结果/结论]荣誉体系不仅体现在奖项的全面覆盖上,更加体现在机制的建设上,以不断鼓励馆员进步与成长,推动图书馆事业发展。     

试论金代宗室的入仕及升迁途径

在封建王朝中,宗室在政治上有着举足轻重的影响。在金朝,为了使宗室为维护王朝统治服务,为其提供了非常宽泛的入仕升迁途径。其中一些途径几乎为宗室所特有,如以军功、世袭和门荫入仕;还有其他一些途径如科举和出职等。在所有这些途径中,宗室成员或多或少都享有一些特权,可以更加容易地入仕或得到升迁。随着金王朝由盛转衰,宗室享有的入仕特权有所减少,这与金王朝内部的权力斗争紧密相关。     

First Year Medical Student Peer Nominations of Professionalism: A Methodological Detective Story about Making Sense of Non-Sense

This article explores the assessment of professionalism within a cohort of medical students during a sequential 13-week medical school histology and anatomy course. Across seven data points, students were asked to identify a professionalism role model from amongst their peers and to score Likert-structured rationales for their decision. Based on density scores, an initial social network analysis identified six peer-nomination “stars.” However, analysis of these stars revealed considerable variability and random-like “noise” in both the nomination and explanation data sets. Subsequent analyses of both data sets explored the possibility of underlying patterns in this noise using tests of reliability, principal components factor analysis, and fixed-effects regression analysis. These explorations revealed the presence of two dimensions (professional vs. supportive) in how students sought to explain their nomination decisions. Although data variability remained quite high, significantly less variability was present in the professional than in the supportive dimension, suggesting that academic helpfulness rationales are both empirically distinct and more mutable than rationales grounded in professionalism-related factors. In addition, data showed that the greater the stability in one's choice of a professionalism role model nomination over the T1–T7 data periods, the more stable one's reasons for that nomination—both for professionalism and supportive dimensions. Results indicate that while peer assessment of professionalism by first-year medical students may not be very reliable, students can differentiate between more personal and professional factors, even at this early stage in their professional development. Formal instruction within the pre-clinical curriculum should recognize and address this distinction. Anat Sci Educ. © 2018 American Association of Anatomists.

上博藏楚竹书《诗论》第三简“内勿”释读为“纳物”,从《左传》有关材料来看,应是春秋以来的成语,其内涵渊源有自。结合儒家的诗教传统,《诗论》谓《邦风》“纳物”,就是说其风物可以“纳民于物（轨）”而可施教化,也就是说可以“设教”,因而则可“溥观（示）人欲”。“敛材”应是“取材以章物采”之意。     

企业声誉测评研究综述

企业声誉是企业持续竞争优势的重要来源,对其准确测评是全面判断企业声誉水平的前提,而科学的定义则是企业声誉测评的基础。本文试图通过整理现有国外相关研究文献,进一步明确企业声誉的内涵,并在此基础上,对目前国外声誉评价最具影响力的两种测评方法即提名法和排名法进行梳理,分析这两种方法的操作过程、优劣势和应用情况。本文发现,关注"情境"因素、注重消费者群体在声誉测评中的作用,将有助于企业声誉测评的改进,而开发适宜中小企业的声誉评价体系将更具现实意义。
