高校学报用稿方式的改革与思考

高校学报是高等学校学术水平的窗口,稿源的内向性是其鲜明的特征.采用外稿是不同层次的高校学报解决优质稿件不足的途径.正确处理内外稿关系,可以促进学术质量的提高,同时体现高校学报的属性与功能.     

“Save our students”: contesting discourses of racist attacks against Indians down under

This paper seeks to understand the dominant civic discourses of accusation of racism leveled against the Australians as expressed by the victims of racist attacks and Indian Government officials in the Times of India and Outlook India news magazines. The aim of the paper is to understand how the logics of the discourses have constituted the racially motivated attacks on the Indian diaspora in Australia, and how the nationalistic sentiments are fostered among the diasporic Indians and the Indians in India. The paper argues that there is a mutual production of diasporic and homeland nationalism in the face of a crisis that hits the Indian diaspora in Australia. This analysis also brings to fore the ideology of multiculturalism in Australia.     

The “sacred” standing for the “fallen” spirits: Yasukuni Shrine and memory of war

This essay examines the rhetoric/politics of Yasukuni Shrine as an experiential memory-scape, a material and discursive ground to frame and enact banal patriotism and militant nationalism. As a powerful mnemonic and rhetorical institution, Yasukuni Shrine (re)produces a nationalistic narrative and identity by (con)fusing natural feelings of individual grief and cultural tradition of commemoration with national heritage of banal patriotism. By (con)fusing what is “particular” and “universal,” Yasukuni Shrine establishes its rhetorical ground to justify a “banal” sense of patriotism that slips into the “ordinary yet honorable” fervor of militant nationalism, while effectively evading its moral/ethical reflexivity.     

Propaganda and Censorship for the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games: The Internal Politics of Ceausescu

The aim of this paper is to present an overview of the USSR boycott of the 1984 Olympic Games and Nicolae Ceausescu’s decision to send the Romanian Olympic team to Los Angeles, from an internal politics perspective. All the existing analyses study the situation from the perspective of international relations but the aim of this paper is to analyze the ways that Ceausescu incorporates this decision into his own ideology and how the Romanian people were informed. The sports news was published in the newspaper Sportul and some in Scanteia (‘The Official Newspaper of the Central Committee of the Romanian Communist Parti’). We will analyze all the relevant material from January until the end of August 1984 and will focus on the characteristics of propaganda and censorship used to convince the population about Ceausescu’s reasons to participate at the Olympic Games despite the situation. Dominated by the idea of a ‘multilateral developed society’, Ceausescu incorporated sport as part of this ideology and in the case of the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games, he manipulated the population through the media in a particular manner, centred on his ‘cult of personality’.     

论清末广东的地方主义与民族主义——以欧榘甲的《新广东》为考察对象

清末广东革命人士欧榘甲通过著名政论《新广东》一文,试图统一广东的内部族群,既表达了追求广东独立的地方主义思想,同时又把民族国家的建设要求置于眉睫之前。他的思想经历了地方"民族主义"的胎动和消解。对此政论深入研究,可以对清末南方地区知识分子的民族主义的复杂思想做一管之窥。     

1957-1966:报刊民族主义话语的褊狭性

首先,只说西方发达国家的"坏",只说自己的"好",说"坏"说得一无是处,黑暗无比,说"好"说得无一不是,无一瑕疵;其次,"居天下之中心"的思想,都是1957-1966年我国报刊话语的重要的言说内容;按照阶级斗争的观点来阐释民族问题,认为"民族问题的实质是阶级问题",则是此一时期报刊话语关于民族问题的一个基本理论观点。     

动态车辆调度系统的滚动时域调度算法

提出了一类特殊的动态车辆调度问题--动态独占性带时间窗口装卸货问题.给出了问题的数学描述,分析了其静态性质,并把问题简化为不对称带时间窗口旅行商问题.提出了求解该动态问题的滚动时域调度算法,通过时域的不断滚动,不仅可以跟踪问题的动态变化,还由于每次滚动只对部分客户进行处理,可以减少问题的求解时间.并分析了算法的3个要素:当前客户窗口、当前客户窗口的调度和滚动策略.测试结果验证了算法在求解动态车辆调度问题中的有效性.     

教育与文化

教育作为一种文化 ,实质上蕴涵着教育的文化价值的判断和选择问题。考察教育、文化、价值、选择以及它们之间的关系 ,当属教育哲学的使命。文化差异性的影响和教育文化的价值迷失 ,在某些时候或某些地方往往表现出文化教育上的教条主义及狭隘的民族主义。只有坚持文化相对主义和本真的教育理念 ,恪守以人为本 ,时时反省人的存在和价值准则 ,执著于个体人的全面发展和全体人的共同发展 ,才能以健全的理性澄清这种教条主义和狭隘的民族主义。     

统一性和多样化并存的日本大学招生考试制度

日本现行的大学招生考试制度是由全国统一学力考试"大学入学考试中心考试"和各高校自行组织的单独考试两个阶段组成。这种考试制度作为紧密联系中等教育和高等教育的一个重要环节,解决了考生共性与个性、聚合思维与发散思维以及中学教学的基础性和高校选拔的专业性等矛盾,最大限度地克服了"一考定终身"的弊端。     

Factors associated with exclusive breastfeeding 2 to 4 weeks following discharge from a large, urban, academic medical center striving for baby-friendly designation

Substantial evidence documents the superiority of breastfeeding for mothers and breastmilk for babies. Although the American Academy of Pediatrics and the U.S. Healthy People 2010 initiative promote breastfeeding, current breastfeeding rates often fall short of recommendations. This study determined factors associated with exclusive breastfeeding 2 to 4 weeks following discharge from a large, urban, academic medical center striving for Baby-Friendly designation. Results indicated that mothers who breastfed within the first hour of birth (61%) were significantly more likely to be exclusively breastfeeding 2 to 4 weeks after discharge. Incorporating care practices that include a number of the "Ten Steps to Successful Breastfeeding," as recommended by the Baby-Friendly Hospital Initiative, may increase the duration of exclusive breastfeeding after discharge.
