对我国优秀男子三级跳远运动员跨步跳起跳三时相运动学参数的研究

运用定点高速录像(250帧/ s)的方法,对我高优秀男子三级跳远运动员跨步跳起跳过程中三时相(着地、缓冲、蹬伸)运动学参数进行了定量分析.分析结果表明:跨步跳起跳过程中,着地角、起跳幅度、着地时重心高度、离地时重心高度、离地时两大腿夹角对跨步跳离地时水平速度影响较大,是造成跨步跳阶段水平速度损失大的主要原因.我国优秀男子三级跳远运动员跨步跳起跳过程中,过分屈膝,蹬伸迟、不充分,摆动动作消极,不能有效地提高腾起初速度,提高起跳效果.

岸边集装箱装卸桥是港口集装箱装卸作业中的关键生产设备 ,由于其迎风面积大 ,故而对风特别是突发的强风十分敏感。顶轨器是岸边集装箱装卸桥上重要的防风装置。在对集装箱装卸桥不增加投资的情况下 ,对原来顶轨器控制程序中的不足之处进行调整和改造 ,以满足岸边集装箱装卸桥防风的要求 ,增强集装箱装卸桥的防强风能力方面进行了一些有益的探索与实践     

Elimination of lipaemic interference by high-speed centrifugation

IntroductionIn order to deliver high quality results, detection and elimination of possible analytical interferences, such as lipaemia, is crucial. The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of high-speed centrifugation in eliminating lipaemic interference and to define own lipaemic index (LI) for the studied biochemical analytes.Materials and methodsEvaluated analytes were: albumin, alkaline phosphatase, alanine-aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate-aminotransferase (AST), calcium, creatinine, gamma-glutamyltransferase (GGT), glucose, phosphates, total proteins, urea and total bilirubin. Those analytes and LIs have been analysed in duplicate in the Roche Diagnostics-c8000 analyser in samples centrifuged at 3000 rpm/10 minutes in the SL16 (Thermo Scientific, Waltham, USA) centrifuge and according to an own high-speed centrifugation protocol (12,900 rpm/15 minutes) in the MicroCL17R (Thermo Scientific, Waltham, USA) centrifuge. Lipaemia has been measured in each sample. The efficiency of high-speed centrifugation is verified by the Wilcoxon test (P < 0.05). In cases where significant differences are observed, our own LI is calculated. For ALT and AST, it is verified by McNemar test (P < 0.05). For creatinine, both Wilcoxon and McNemar test were applied.ResultsThere were statistically significant differences in analyte concentration before and after high-speed centrifugation for: albumin, creatinine, GGT, glucose, phosphates, urea and total bilirrubin. Own LI is calculated. McNemar test shows statistically significant diferences in the proportion of delivered results before and after high-speed centrifugation in ALT, AST and creatinine.ConclusionsThis study confirms the efficacy of high-speed centrifugation protocol for all the considered analytes, excepting calcium, alkaline phosphatase and total proteins.

近年来,我国城市轨道交通发展的重心已经从基础设施建设转变为运营管理,城市轨道交通运营安全管理的重要作用日益凸显。定位于应用型本科教育,基于城市轨道交通运营安全事故特征的分析,从凸显课程思政、优化教学内容、丰富教学资源和优化教学效果评价四个方面,探讨城市轨道交通运营安全管理教育教学的改革措施。     

轨道交通对城市发展的影响合肥高教园区周边轨道交通3号线建筑群为例

随着社会的发展,轨道交通建筑成为越来越多的建筑设计师关注研究的课题。城市的扩张,土地资源的稀缺共同提出城市轨道交通与建筑群必须立体化。轨道交通在解决交通问题的同时,轨道交通建筑也影响着城市建筑群的发展变化。合肥轨道交通三号线建筑群的建立为新站区周边城市建筑群带来较大影响,我们将从城市规划的角度,梳理轨道交通对城市规划和城市经济发展的影响。     

加工柴油机机体大进给量高速强力铣削专用夹具的应用研究

通过对加工柴油机机体(两侧面)强力高效铣削专用夹具的应用研究，不仅从根本上解决了机体两侧面加工长期存在的扭曲变形难题，而且还对在大进给量高速强力铣削的加工状态下，如何提高夹具的适应能力进行了有益的探索，并取得了明显的效果。

介绍基于行波测距的电缆故障测试装置的原理、结构及其设计方案。选择C类方法进行实现,设计脉冲发送电路及脉冲接收电路,在高速数据采集的支持下,完成对电缆故障定位。

Dynamic Stability Analysis of Cages in High-Speed Oil-Lubricated Angular Contact Ball Bearings

To investigate the cage stability of high-speed oil-lubricated angular contact ball bearings, a dynamic model of cages is developed on the basis of Gupta’s and Meeks’ work. The model can simulate the cage motion under oil lubrication with all six degrees of freedom. Particularly, the model introduces oil-film damping and hysteresis damping, and deals with the collision contact as imperfect elastic contact. In addition, the effects of inner ring rotational speed, the ratio of pocket clearance to guiding clearance and applied load on the cage stability are investigated by simulating the cage motion with the model. The results can provide a theoretical basis for the design of ball bearing parameters.     

高速铁路无线通信系统半实物仿真试验平台

介绍了高速铁路无线通信系统半实物仿真试验平台的结构、工作原理。该半实物仿真平台可以对不同移动速度,在干扰条件下接收信号电平,高速铁路无线电波传播环境进行准确的模拟,配合QoS测试系统与接口监测系统,实现了在实验室环境下对高速铁路无线通信系统的性能进行评估与异常情况分析。与当前广泛采用的现场测试相比,该平台上进行半实物仿真具有实施成本低、周期短,测试环境透明、可控、可重复,不受现场环境的限制,测试完备性有保障。
