大学新生心理适应不良的产生及预防浅议

由于校园环境、教学模式、人际关系、生活方式的变化,许多大学新生在由高中生向大学生的角色转换过程中,出现了程度不一的心理适应不良现象,这严重影响到了他们的身心健康与成长。文章针对大学新生心理适应不良症的形成及原因进行了分析,并提出了一些解决新生心理适应不良问题的对策。

Young adolescents' metacognition and domain knowledge as predictors of hypothesis‐development performance in a computer‐supported context

Recently, the importance of ill‐structured problem‐solving in real‐world contexts has become a focus of educational research. Particularly, the hypothesis‐development process has been examined as one of the keys to developing a high‐quality solution in a problem context. The authors of this study examined predictive relations between young adolescents' metacognition, prior domain knowledge, and hypothesis‐development performance in a computer‐supported environment. Data were collected from 11‐ and 12‐year‐old Korean students (N = 101). A hypothesised model in predicting hypothesis‐development performance was evaluated using structural equation modelling. Both metacognition and prior domain knowledge significantly predicted young adolescents' hypothesis‐development performance. Implications and limitations of the present study and issues, including the experimental design, are discussed.

商业银行大量的不良资产已经成为阻碍我国经济稳定发展的“绊脚石”。现有的解决思路立足于对不良资产的存量处理,不能从源头上避免不良资产的产生,而增量防范才是解决不良资产问题的关键。结合国际经验和我国具体国情,信用违约互换是最适合于我国现阶段解决银行不良资产增量的信用衍生产品。

Summary

Evening staff members of the Research and Information Services Department (RISD) at the North Carolina State University (NCSU) Libraries have recently noticed an apparent increase in the use of the library by people perceived to be mentally ill. RISD staff members have found themselves in some ways unpreparedtorespond comfortably to this change. This paper, a case study, proposes reasons for this increased visibility of mentally ill people, and describes the challenges the staff members faced and how they overcame them. The RISD staff members acquired the knowledge and confidence they need to work with mentally ill people through communication among colleagues, review of the literature, and staff training.

Results of a survey of serial use by psychology faculty at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign are compared with an Americal Psychological Association report published in 1963 and with data extracted from "SSCI Journal Citation Reports," 1978. The article profiles the relationship between the three and evaluates their usefulness in collection development.     

基于MQPSO-LSSVM的微博热点话题预测

微博热点话题预测是一类小样本、不确定性的复杂预测问题,传统线性方法不能刻画微博热点话题的变化规律,神经网络存在过拟合、泛化能力不强等缺陷.为了提高微博热点话题的预测精度,提出了一种改进量子粒子群(QPSO)算法优化LSSVM的微博热点话题预测模型(MQPSO-LSSVM).首先采用MQPSO算法优化LSSVM的参数,然后将优化后的LSSVM对微博热点话题变化趋势进行建模,最后选取具体微博热点话题数据进行仿真实验.实验结果表明,MQPSO-LSSVM提高了微博热点话题的预测精度,预测结果具有一定实用价值.
