试论袁宏道游记中人与自然的亲和

文学与大自然有不解之缘，从二者的关系来看，进入文学中的自然经历了一个从简单比拟到水乳交融的深化过程。晚明的袁宏道就以其自身的情趣爱好、人生游历、采用多种艺术手法给我们描绘了一个审美视野中的自然，展现出人与自然无比亲和的审美境界，提升了人与自然的审美关系，拓宽了我国游记文学的审美空间，表达出浓厚的人文气息和新鲜的审美意趣。     

“大五”模型与亲密关系中的伴侣人格结构探微

Horney,Sullivan和Rogers等临床心理学家很早发现亲密关系对心理健康有重要作用。20世纪70年代末,社会心理学家开始了亲密关系的研究。大量研究表明伴侣的人格特质是亲密关系的众多影响因素之一,父母教养方式、依恋类型和归因风格对伴侣间的亲密关系起调节作用。作为人格分类理论的“大五”模型能够较好描述和解释伴侣的人格结构,并通过NEO-PI五因素调查表对伴侣的人际行为作出预测。     

基于节点间亲密度的DTN路由策略

为改进面向社会环境的延迟容忍网络中的路由策略,引入亲密度关系的概念.基于人与人相处的时间呈幂率分布这一规律,提出基于节点间亲密度的路由策略(Human Intimate DegreeBased Routeing,HIDBR).根据人与人相处时间较为稳定的特征确定人与人之间的亲密度,再用亲密度辅助路由.基于节点真实移动轨迹的实验表明:与延迟容忍网络中现有的几种路由策略相比,这一路由策略可更好地实现数据传输的成功率与传输能耗、传输延迟之间的平衡。     

对国际私法中“特征性履行说”问题的探讨

“特征性履行说”以合同的特征性履行性质对合同进行划分,并以“特征性连结点”为最密切联系的连结点,与其采取“形式正义”的价值取向是分不开的。主要强调对受雇人正当利益的有效保护,致力于选择适用较为均衡地协调雇佣人和受雇人之间权利、义务关系的法律,而将受雇人提供劳务的行为,视为特征性履行行为;将对受雇人相对有利或比较熟悉的国家的涉外民商事法律作为合同准据法。     

Education,gift and reciprocity: a preliminary discussion

This paper analyzes the importance and role of the reciprocity relationship in education. It presents a review on the mobilization of the principle of reciprocity—in the anthropological but also sociological and economic senses—in educational processes, especially in adult education. The study is divided into three parts. The first part analyzes the importance of reciprocity in education according to Mauss and to the theory of reciprocity. The second part discusses recent contributions on the role of reciprocity relationships in adult education, expanding Piaget’s perspective on the relation between autonomy and cooperation in education and learning. The third part illustrates this approach with three case studies in Brazil.     

“Strictly an act of street violence”: intimate publicity and affective divestment in the New Orleans Mother’s Day shooting

On May 12, 2013, two men opened fire on a Mother’s Day second line parade in New Orleans’s Seventh Ward. This essay attends to discourses from public officials and news media following the shooting that reified what we describe as affective divestment from the suffering of historically marginalized bodies and communities. Specifically, public discourse characterized the shooting as an episode of “street violence” that did not warrant sustained national attention. Affective divestment is the consequence of rhetorical maneuvers that signal a pushing away from certain bodies by intimate publics—an estrangement at the symbolic level that has naturalized or rationalized the neglect of certain forms of suffering. Such estrangement, we argue, is a function of neoliberal logics that devalue and, at times, necessitate the suffering of disposable populations.     

非典型官场小说——评铁戈《非典型公仆》

《非典型公仆》关注官场选人用人这一官场根本问题,揭示了官场任人唯亲现象的普遍性、危害性及其难以根除的根本原因,体现了独特而深刻的思想性。同时,它又具有鲜明的讽刺艺术,在人物形象塑造方面也有特点。这样,同其他的官场小说相比,它在思想内容和艺术上都体现了鲜明的非典型特征,《非典型公仆》可以说是一部非典型的官场小说。     

大学生亲密关系适应问卷的编制及信效度检验

通过对国内外亲密关系适应文献资料的分析与整理,在开放式问卷调查的基础上获得了大学生亲密关系适应的理论结构。在此基础上编制了大学生亲密关系适应初始问卷,形成由38个项目构成的初始问卷。此后,在全国四省市高校大一至大四学生中选取827名大学生作为被试进行施测,经过探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析技术对数据进行处理,最终形成由23个项目构成的大学生亲密关系适应问卷。结果发现:大学生亲密关系适应由四个维度组成,即亲密满意、成长凝聚、自主独立和交流沟通;大学生亲密关系适应问卷编制严谨合理,符合心理测量学的要求,信度和效度较高,适合作为测量大学生亲密关系适应的有效工具。

‘I’m Strong for Her’ versus ‘I Rely on Him’: male and female victims’ reasons for staying reflect sex-gender conflations

Male and female victims’ communication of intimate partner violence to others in the face of potential repercussions shows how language reflects/is reflected by relational identities when deciding to stay/leave abusive relationships. In this study, a non-clinical sample (N?=?484), self-identified as male (n?=?156) or female (n?=?331) victims, indicated reason-messages used with self and/or others for why they stayed in these violent relationships. Analyses of both independent messages and grouped themes showed victims’ communication as inherently (and perhaps, falsely) gendered. Viewed through a gender- (versus sex-) lens, victims’ reasons for staying suggest barriers to support may be communicated as gendered.
