分层"完整教学法"在体育院系普修跨栏技术教学中的实验研究

教学方法的研究是教学改革的重要内容。以广州体院96级、97级本科生为研究对象，设计并运用了跨栏跑技术教学的“分层‘完整教学法’”。通过教学实验研究，结果表明：新教法教学总体效果优于传统的常规教法。

京族民族民间体育起源分类特征的分析与研究*

采用文献资料、田野调查、访谈法等对我国唯一海洋民族京族的民族民间体育的起源、分类、特征以及发展方向进行分析,认为京族民族民间体育可分为嬉戏娱乐、节庆习俗、比赛竞技三类,并具有亲海性、宗教性、娱乐性的特征.课题根据“四层文化理论”对京族民族民间体育进行分析与研究,科学而准确地把握其的产生、分类和发展方向,促进京族民族民间体育的发展,努力发掘京族民族民间体育文化资源,推广民族体育文化.     

Microanalytical identification of Pb-Sb-Sn yellow pigment in historical European paintings and its differentiation from lead tin and Naples yellows

The work is focused on identification of lead tin yellow types I and II, Naples yellow, and also on discrimination of a less common, distinct yellow pigment, the ternary Pb-Sb-Sn oxide.The knowledge about all those Pb-based yellows was in fact forgotten after introduction of modern synthetic yellows in 19th century. As late as in the last decade of the 20th century, the existence of Pb-Sb-Sn yellow and its production have been rediscovered, and only then it has been identified in colour layer of artworks.Pb-Sb-Sn yellow has recently been identified in colour layer of 17th century Italian paintings by Sandalinas and Ruiz-Moreno [C. Sandalinas, S. Ruiz-Moreno, Lead tin-antimony yellow, historical manufacture, molecular characterization and identification in seventeenth-century Italian paintings, Stud. Conserv. 49 (2003) 41–52], and here we report the finding of this pigment in Mid-European painting of the 18th and 19th centuries. Lead tin yellows, lead antimony yellow (Naples yellow), and lead antimony tin yellow were synthesized in laboratory following historical recipes, their colour was analyzed, and their structure was confirmed to provide a basis for their routine identification in microsamples of artworks by X-ray microdiffraction. Unequivocal identification of Pb-based yellows could help in authentication of traditional European paintings, because their use was temporally and also geographically specific. Combination of elemental microanalysis (X-ray fluorescence electron microanalysis) and X-ray powder microdiffraction were found very efficient in the microanalysis of colour layers of artworks with Pb-based yellows and their unequivocal identification.     

MT对体外培养松果体细胞GnRH-Ⅰ mRNA表达的影响

通过胶原酶、胰蛋白酶双消化法获取蛋鸡松果体细胞,分为对照(培养基)、酒精(溶剂对照)和褪黑素(MT)三组进行原代细胞培养,采用相对定量RT-PCR方法检测褪黑素(MT)对培养的松果体细胞促性腺激素释放激素-Ⅰ(GnRH-Ⅰ)基因表达的影响。结果表明:MTT检测正常培养的松果体细胞增殖速度第9d达高峰,11d缓降。与对照组比较,MT处理1周显著上调其表达丰度(P<0.05);与酒精溶剂组相比,MT处理1周具有上调其表达的趋势(P<0.1);对照组与酒精组之间没有明显的差异(P>0.05)。从而提示:体外培养松果体细胞的GnRH表达受MT的调控。     

The case of EAI facilitating knowledge management integration in local government domain

Information Technology (IT) infrastructure integration and knowledge management (KM) share communal objectives e.g. to transform organisations into more effective and efficient, agile and innovative, and more responsive to market changes. Such an association when assimilates bona fide knowledge management philosophy, it offers the IT departments a headship opportunity for organisational transformation in correlation with the rest of the organisation. Despite more than a decade of active research and practice in this complex problem area, advocates still perceive that Local Government Authorities (LGAs) lack integrated IT infrastructures that have resulted in the generation of data inconsistencies and redundancies, inefficient knowledge exchange and reduction in service quality and delivery. In the recent years, several LGAs have implemented Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) solutions to integrate their IT infrastructure. However, on analysing the relevant research studies, it is noticeable that application of EAI has been practiced at a larger scale in the private domain but to limited scale in the public domain. The shortage of such research studies presents a knowledge gap that needs to be endorsed. This research adapts a Revised Model for Integration Layers (REAL). By adapting to this model, it is exemplified that EAI achieves integration at five layers namely: connectivity, transportation, transformation, process integration and knowledge integration. The methodology for validating this model included a qualitative analysis of data gathered from formal interviews, observations and archive documents guided by initial conceptual observations from the literature. The findings indicate that cases leading to data inconsistencies and replication can be prevented by integrating knowledge through EAI.     

平板边界层扰动演化特征的研究

基于空间模式计算不可压缩边界层,基本流选用平板层流Blasius解,采用高精度的紧致有限差分格式数值模拟三维边界层扰动方程。并应用具体的算例,研究了入口不同扰动幅值对转捩位置的影响,以及不同小幅值下扰动的演化特征。     

涂覆层数对Ru-Ti-Sn涂层阳极性能的影响

采用热分解法制备RuO2-TiO2-SnO2/Ti氧化物涂层,探究不同涂覆层数对涂层性能的影响。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)对涂层的组织结构进行分析;采用极化曲线、循环伏安曲线和强化电解寿命等对阳极的电化学性能进行评价。结果表明:涂层样品主要由RuO2、TiO2、SnO2金红石相固溶体相组成。不同涂覆层数阳极的电化学性能不一样,涂覆层数为12的样品涂层的综合性能最好。     

Implementing VuFind: A Public Library Improves Electronic Search Quality and Saves Searcher Time

Web-scale discovery services (WSDs) are a widespread phenomenon sweeping university libraries across the world. In this article the authors discuss this trend and their experience working on a test server with the open source discovery layer VuFind. Developed by Demian Katz of Villanova University, VuFind’s potential to index not only the library’s catalog but also proprietary databases through the integration of application program interfaces (APIs) offers public libraries the opportunity to develop a seamless website-to-catalog experience, thereby building a true virtual branch for their patrons.
