高职院校顶岗实习管理机制构建探析

顶岗实习是实现高职人才培养目标的重要途径。鉴于当前高职顶岗实习中学校、学生及教师各层面都存在的问题,重新设计了顶岗实习的流程体系,通过校、企、师、生、家五方联动,构建了五途径保障实习岗位、两维度驱动实习成效、四层次规范实习管理、三主体强化实习评价的“五二四三”顶岗实习模式,实现学生、企业、教师、家长、导师和学校的六方共赢。

In this ITEMS module, we introduce the generalized deterministic inputs, noisy “and” gate (G‐DINA) model, which is a general framework for specifying, estimating, and evaluating a wide variety of cognitive diagnosis models. The module contains a nontechnical introduction to diagnostic measurement, an introductory overview of the G‐DINA model, as well as common special cases, and a review of model‐data fit evaluation practices within this framework. We use the flexible GDINA R package, which is available for free within the R environment and provides a user‐friendly graphical interface in addition to the code‐driven layer. The digital module also contains videos of worked examples, solutions to data activity questions, curated resources, a glossary, and quizzes with diagnostic feedback.     

实施系统的心理训练提高速射运动员心理稳定性的个案研究

采用个案研究,考察了系统的心理训练对提高速射运动员心理稳定性的影响。结果表明:系统的心理训练能有效地提高速射运动员的心理稳定;心理训练必须与运动员的专项训练相结合,并且要长期有序的进行下去才可能取得良好的效果;利用目标设置和认知训练的有关理论能有效地帮助运动员的端正比赛时的心态从而促进运动员的比赛发挥。     

体育经纪人管理体制与运作机制研究

与国外体育经纪人管理体制比较，我国的体育经纪人立法管理“供给不足”。国外体育经纪人管理机构主要是国际和国家体育组织、国家和地方政府机构，以及体育经纪人行业协会。我国体育经纪人管理主要由国家体育总局各运动项目管理中心，以及地方体育和工商行政管理部门。目前的主要问题是：1)国家体育经纪人管理法规缺损；2)体育经纪资格征书的互认问题；3)体育经纪人培训考核规范问题。适合国情的立法体系是：“国家统一法规” “地方或行业配套法规”。管理体系是：“政府委托的协会监督” “行业自生的商会自律”。     

沈阳市青少年射击运动员认知调控能力的实验研究

运用心理测量法、个案分析法、实验法等研究方法 ,对沈阳市青少年射击运动员的认知调控能力 (即 :情绪调节能力、动机归因水平 )进行 41周的实验研究。研究结果表明 ,通过心理训练 ,运动员的认知调控能力有了一定的提高。

Tall Stories: The Metaphorical Nature of Everyday Talk

This article questions some popular cultural assumptions about the nature of everyday discourse. It claims that such discourse is in fact richly metaphorical and that, through the operation of metaphor, we fictionalise ourselves as we talk. Because literary writing has dominated our culture and curriculum, English teachers have not been encouraged to explore an aspect of language that is at the core of how we think and behave.

Zusammenfassung. Wir pr?sentieren ein Managementsystem, das insbesondere hinsichtlich der Dynamik von Entwicklungsprozessen über die Funktionalit?t kommerzieller Systeme zum Projektmanagement, Workflowmanagement und Engineering Data Management hinausgeht. AHEAD (Adaptable and Human-CenteredEnvironment for the MAnagement of Development Processes) unterstützt die Koordination von Entwicklern durch integriertes Management von Produkten, Aktivit?ten und Ressourcen. Für das Management von Aktivit?ten werden dynamische Aufgabennetze angeboten, die sich durch nahtloses Verschr?nken von Planen, Analysieren und Ausführen auszeichnen. Alle Managementdaten (z.B. Aufgabennetze, Versionshistorien oder Produktkonfigurationen) werden intern in einheitlicher Weise durch Graphen repr?sentiert. 英、美、中三国公民权利比较研究

权利是历史地形成并向前发展的。同样,历史也形成了英国、美国和中国等国的宪法规定的公民权利的内容和特点,也决定了他们不同的公民权利实现途径。对不同国家的公民权利进行比较,可以从比较中发现不足,取人所长,为我所用。这对发展我国的公民权利,完善我国的公民权利实现的机制具有重要的意义。     

运动性贫血的发生机制与监测

运动性贫血在体育运动 ,尤其是耐力运动中 ,不仅严重影响运动技能的发挥和成绩的提高 ,而且对身体也十分有害。高血容量反应是运动训练适应性表现 ,不会造成真正意义的贫血 ,而运动训练中红细胞溶血和铁储备状况的监测则是预防运动性贫血的重点。本文以近年来的研究进展 ,就运动性贫血的发生机制做一简述 ,并筛选取血量微、测试简易、灵敏的指标 ,加强运动训练中铁代谢和红细胞溶血等状况的监控 ,将对预防运动性贫血的发生有着十分重要的意义
