溶胶-凝胶法制备BiFO3薄膜的结构研究

运用溶胶-凝胶（sol-gel）法,在SiO2／Si衬底上制备了BiFeO3薄膜．研究表明,退火温度、退火时间分别为500％、1h的条件下,并且运用XRD及表面扫描电镜（SEM）分析,可制备出纯相的BiFeO3薄膜,R3m点群．     

低维非晶态硅酸盐材料的粒度和粘度分析

本文对在低温下采用溶胶-凝胶法制备的低维非晶态硅酸盐材料进行粒度和粘度测定,分析样品中的SiO2含量与其粒度和粘度之间的关系,探究SiO2含量不同的样品其性质发生规律变化的机理。从而为溶胶-凝胶法制备硅酸盐波相材料的研究提供信息。     

Abnormal gel flotation in a patient with apperant pneumonia diagnosis: a case report

Introduction:

Serum blood collection tubes with separator gel are widely used by many laboratories for chemistry analyses. We describe a case of a primary blood collection tube filled with blood sample and a floating separator gel.

Materials and methods:

The blood sample was collected from a 51 years old female in intensive care unit with the diagnosis of pneumonia into a BD Vacutainer SST tube (Becton Dickinson, NJ, USA) containing serum separator gel and conveyed to the core laboratory of Marmara University Hospital within 30 minutes from collection. Sample was immediately centrifuged at room temperature at 1500 × g for 10 minutes.

Results:

The analyses revealed a highly increased total protein concentration of 145 g/L (reference interval 64–83 g/L). The nephelometric analyses showed an elevated serum IgG concentration of 108 g/L (reference interval 6.5–16 g/L) and IgG lambda monoclonal band was determined by serum immunofixation electrophoresis.

Conclusion:

Limitation of the separator gel tubes in patients with a high plasma density and its possible effects on test results and laboratory costs should be remembered. The clinical diagnosis stated in the information system should also reveal known comorbid conditions besides the apparent admission reason. This information would avoid resampling, additional testing, and communication efforts with the clinicians.     

多酸基壳聚糖复合材料的制备及吸附脱硫性能研究

以多酸盐和壳聚糖为构筑基元,采用离子凝胶法合成了多酸基壳聚糖复合材料．FT-IR、XRD、TG及SEM等测试结果表明,复合材料中的多酸阴离子仍然保留其基本的骨架结构,多酸与壳聚糖之间存在很强的化学作用,复合物的结晶性大大降低．多酸基壳聚糖复合材料热稳定性较强,具有一定的吸附脱硫性能．     

互联网上的蛋白质二维凝胶电泳(2DE)数据库资源

为了有效地实现信息资源的交换和共享 ,很多国际知名的实验室和研究机构均建立了各种蛋白质相关数据库。相对蛋白质序列数据库而言 ,蛋白质双向凝胶电泳 ( Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis,2 DE)图谱数据库分布比较分散。本文介绍了发布蛋白质 2 DE数据的主要研究机构 ,分门别类地作了综合性、哺乳类、植物类、微生物和真菌类等专业蛋白质 2 DE数据库的数据内容、特色评价 ,并对两个 2 DE专业搜索引擎的数据来源、检索功能等方面作了描述与评价。本文最后提出 ,今后蛋白质 2 DE数据库的建设过程中应加强数据的标准化、图谱显示格式的统一化     

纳米TiO_2对染料敏化纳米薄膜太阳电池的影响

在染料敏化纳米薄膜太阳电池中 ,纳米TiO2 是重要的组成物质之一 .用溶胶 凝胶法制备纳米TiO2 的过程中 ,为了控制纳米TiO2 的大小及晶型采用了一系列方法 .主要介绍热处理方法及实验结果 .随着热处理温度的升高 ,纳米TiO2 的晶粒度随着长大 .而且当水解pH～1 ,热处理温度达到 2 70℃时就已经有 43 %的金红石相纳米TiO2 出现 .通过计算发现 ,其中金红石相纳米TiO2 比锐钛矿相纳米TiO2 的晶粒度大得多 .将制备的纳米TiO2 应用于染料电池 ,通过太阳电池的测试实验证实 ,合适的热处理温度可得到较好的光电转换效率     

Science Letters： In-situ synthesis and luminescence properties of titanium oxide gels containing 1,10-phenanthroline europium（Ⅲ） complex

It is difficult to directly dope europium complexes in gel because the excessive water or high acidic condition may lead to their decomposition. We prepared a novel homogeneous TiO2 gel containing Eu-phen complexes by using an in-situ synthesis method. The formation of Eu-phen complexes in sol-gel derived TiO2 was confirmed by luminescence excitation spectra. The effects of temperature and aging time on in-situ synthesis are discussed. The luminescence spectra of gel containing europium complexes were also compared with the pure Eu-phen complexes.     

Proteomic analysis of the serum in patients with idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension

Idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension(IPAH) is a rare disease of unknown etiology.The exact pathogenesis of pulmonary arterial hypertension is still not well known.In the past decades,many protein molecules have been found to be in-volved in the development of IPAH.With proteomic techniques,profiling of human plasma proteome becomes more feasible in searching for disease-related markers.In present study,we showed the protein expression profiles of the serum of IPAH and healthy controls after depleting a few high-abundant proteins in serum.Thirteen spots had changed significantly in IPAH com-pared with healthy controls and were identified by LC-MS/MS.Alpha-1-antitrypsin and vitronectin were down-regulated in IPAH and may be valuable candidates for further explorations of their roles in the development of IPAH.     

Excimer紫外灯辐照法钽氧化物膜XPS分析

报道了利用新型紫外光源—Ｅｘｃｉｍｅｒ紫外灯辐照制备钽氧化物薄膜的新方法,并对所制备的薄膜进行了Ｘ光光电子能谱（ＸＰＳ）分析,分析结果表明：所制备的钽氧化物薄膜不含碳而且符合化学计量比,有望获得好的介电性能     

聚乙烯醇缩甲醛的缩醛度过大的再生处理

根据在酸性介质中羟醛缩合反应是可逆的原理,对聚乙烯醇缩甲醛的制备过程中出现的凝胶进行再生处理,减少了原料浪费。经处理后的产品能够达到产品质量指标的要求。
