军事化管理之于战士和大学生

大中专院校每年都要对新生进行军训,规模越来越大,内容也越来越广泛.很多高校都希望借助军训来给下一步的学生管理打下基础,但结果大多不理想.大学生不同于战士,想通过大学生军训达到与战士一样的效果,显然不现实,怎样结合,是一个值得思考的问题.     

曹操霸府的制度渊源与军事参谋机构考论——兼论汉末公府的"幕府化"过程

两汉时期将军制度发生了诸多变化,这与州府的军府化过程可谓一在中央层面一在地方层面,共同推动着两汉政治体制的演化。这两种演化趋势于汉末合而为一。曹操霸府就是这种演化的结果,亦即公府幕府化的完成。这一点在曹操霸府军事参谋机构的设置上可得到确证。而这些机构的设置以及制度上的规定也奠定了魏晋以后加兵公府及地方军府的基本框架。公府幕府化的结果也表明军事因素开始全面楔入国家行政体制,对魏晋南北朝的政治体制影响巨大。     

北洋时期地方军事化及其影响——以河南省为例

北洋时期,中国地方军事化已达到极点。由于执政当局无力提供过于膨胀的军事给养,更不能统御地方武装力量,军阀动辄以摊派、抢劫等手段疯狂掠夺地方生存资源。而地方社会在守护与争夺生存资源中,又分化出枪会、民团等武装组织。这些问题导致越来越多的民众深陷于军事化漩涡而不能自救。     

Theaters of war: Tracing the strange careers of Shina No Yoru in the military contact zones of the Pacific, 1937–1954

This article examines the ways in which multiple traditions of camp shows and the overlapping and relational layers of Imperial Japan and U.S. presence in Korea shaped Korean entertainers’ lives after 1945, producing their idiosyncratic performances in response to rapid shifts in Korea’s relations with Japan and the United States in the 1940s–1950s. When the United States sought to reposition Japan at the top of the newly emerging American hegemonic order of Asian countries, Korean entertainers who served the Imperial Japanese Army a few months earlier found themselves performing for American soldiers. The stage of the Korean native camp shows became a “strange and exotic” yet “familiar and even comforting” place where inconsistent logics, such as Imperial Japan’s pan-Asian ideology and American Orientalist fantasy, mingled. Under the complicated legacies of overlapping militarization and colonization in Korea, militarization has constituted a structuring force that enabled Korean women camp show entertainers generating their hybrid performance styles in ironies, contradictions, and complexities. Building on postcolonial theorists’ notion of hybridity, I argue that Korean entertainers’ performances were being shaped or negotiated in contact with different audiences and expectations as well as Korean entertainers attempted to navigate the acceptable ground of performances and womanhood in the constantly changing political and ideological environment.     

参谋意识的培养与国防教育专业的改革

随着经济建设的发展,地方院校国防教育专业培养目标已呈现出培养军事化,就业地方化的特色。在地方院校军事专业教育改革尝试中,以培养以培养学员参谋意识与能力为切入点的教学改革已初见成效。本文就教学改革中所涉及的主要问题展开探讨。     

波考克对马基雅维利德性语言的共和主义阐释

波考克把政治思想史视为政治论说的历史,包含两层意思:其一,一个政治作家的言说本身就是以语言表达或实现的行动;其二,作家在语言层面上与同时代人的交流和回应常带来了语言范式的转换。在《马基雅维利时刻》中,他通过对马基雅维利的"德性—命运"语言的探索,提出马基雅维利为公民共和主义带来了语言范式的革命。考察波考克对马基雅维利的德性语言的解读,可以看出其具有的三层含义:公民德性的普遍化、德性的政治化和德性的军事化。     

From school militarization to school securitization: national security finds its place in schools

This ethnography explores daily life at Milton High School, a US public school with its own specialized Homeland Security program. From ‘military grunts’ serving in distant theaters of war to Transportation Security Administration (TSA) agents defending the US borderlands to National Security Administration (NSA) technicians monitoring worldwide cyber communications, Milton’s Homeland Security program trained students for the multiple permutations of the global war on terror. Based on my ethnographic fieldwork conducted at Milton, this article offers an analysis of what I call ‘school securitization’. While growing critical education scholarship importantly investigates the intensification of militarized education evident in the rise of military charter schools and harsh disciplinary regimes, this ethnography documents how other actors like major defense contractors, security companies, and federal agencies contributed to the school’s remaking. Broadening the analytical framework of school militarization to school securitization accounts for the range of actors, institutions, epistemologies, and security-oriented beliefs beyond the military that shape public education for the production of violence.     

浅谈中学生宿舍管理——以海口市农垦中学为例
