运用溶胶-凝胶（sol-gel）法,在SiO2／Si衬底上制备了BiFeO3薄膜．研究表明,退火温度、退火时间分别为500％、1h的条件下,并且运用XRD及表面扫描电镜（SEM）分析,可制备出纯相的BiFeO3薄膜,R3m点群．     

低维非晶态硅酸盐材料的粒度和粘度分析

本文对在低温下采用溶胶-凝胶法制备的低维非晶态硅酸盐材料进行粒度和粘度测定,分析样品中的SiO2含量与其粒度和粘度之间的关系,探究SiO2含量不同的样品其性质发生规律变化的机理。从而为溶胶-凝胶法制备硅酸盐波相材料的研究提供信息。

Attrition resistant catalyst for dimethyl ether synthesis in fluidized-bed reactor

Fluidized-bed reactor is a candidate for dimethyl ether （DME） synthesis from syngas because of its excellent heat removal capability. In order to improve the attrition resistance of catalyst, an amount of silica sol as binder was added to the catalyst composed of methanol synthesis component CuO/ZnO/Al2O3 and methanol dehydration component HZSM-5, which was prepared by coprecipitation and shaped by spray drying to get spherical particles. The effect of silica sol on the catalytic activity was investigated in a fixed-bed flow microreactor. Based on the experiment results, silica sol in the range of 0-20wt% had small effect on the catalytic activity. Generally, the CO conversion and DME yield decreased with the increase in concentration of silica sol, while the attrition resistance of catalysts increased with increasing silica sol, indicating that it was feasible to improve the attrition resistance without greatly sacrificing the activity of catalyst. In addition, the characterizations of catalysts were carried out using Brunauer-Emmett-Teller （BET）, X-ray powder diffraction （XRD） and temperature programmed reduction （TPR）.

Nano-Ag particles/polyacrylamide （PAM） composites were synthesized by γ irradiation method and then blended with ethylene vinyl acetate （EVA）. Dielectric behaviors of the Ag/PAM/EVA composites are investigated as a function of both the concentration and size of Ag particles. When concentration of the Ag fillers is rarely low, dielectric anomalies were first observed in contrast to the traditional percolation theory. As concentration of Ag increases, volume resistivity and breakdown field strength are enhanced, loss tangent （tan δ） reduced and dielectric constant kept invariable. In addition, the above variation became larger when the diameter of the Ag nano-particles is smaller. Such dielectric anomalies may be understood by considering the unique ＂Coulomb Blockade Effect＂ of the nano-sized Ag particles.     

纳米TiO_2对染料敏化纳米薄膜太阳电池的影响

在染料敏化纳米薄膜太阳电池中 ,纳米TiO2 是重要的组成物质之一 .用溶胶 凝胶法制备纳米TiO2 的过程中 ,为了控制纳米TiO2 的大小及晶型采用了一系列方法 .主要介绍热处理方法及实验结果 .随着热处理温度的升高 ,纳米TiO2 的晶粒度随着长大 .而且当水解pH～1 ,热处理温度达到 2 70℃时就已经有 43 %的金红石相纳米TiO2 出现 .通过计算发现 ,其中金红石相纳米TiO2 比锐钛矿相纳米TiO2 的晶粒度大得多 .将制备的纳米TiO2 应用于染料电池 ,通过太阳电池的测试实验证实 ,合适的热处理温度可得到较好的光电转换效率

采用沉淀法结合徽波照射对硅酸溶液进行凝聚实验，发现在相同条件下利用微波照射可以大大加快硅酸溶胶的凝聚速度。通过物理参数的对比测定，得到了微波辐射下凝聚所产生的硅胶粒子具有更大的表面积和更强的吸附能力。
