我国注册会计师行业正面临着严峻的挑战.注册会计师迫切需要提高自身的业务素质,加强职业道德修养;会计师事务所必须加强制度建设.提高竞争力;注册会计师协会应强化监督职能.     

从科场魁元到学界泰斗——张謇兴教生涯考察

张謇是中国近代从科举营垒中叛杀出来的伟大教育家。他经过30年艰辛拼搏登上了科举制度的峰巅,这正好为他从教育的功能与地位、培养目标、教育方针、课程设置、教学方法、实业与教育的关系、教师与师范的地位、学校管理、教育发展规律等方面阐发新的教育思想,并最终创立新的教育体系准备了条件。而他之所以能从旧教育的科场魁元转变为新教育的学界泰斗,是因为他勇于并善于顺应时代潮流、实业先行、推陈出新、洋为中用和循序渐进的结果。考察张謇25年的兴教生涯,可以为今天更好地推进社会主义现代化的文教事业提供有益的借鉴。     

Teachers＇ Opinion Concerning Common Exams Administered in Elementary Schools

The common exams that have been administered in elementary school since 2007-2008 academic year are inter-classes mid-term evaluations. With these exams, measuring the teachers＇ performance as well as revealing the differences among the classes are aimed at. Therefore, evaluating these exams in terms of teachers＇ opinions is essentially important to realize the aim mentioned above. This study aims to get the teachers＇ considerations on common exams, if any, to determine the problems and their solutions related with common exams. Case study, one of the qualitative research methods, has been used in this research. The research group is consisted of 60 teachers working in a variety of elementary schools in Ankara province in 2009-2010 academic year. The interview form, prepared by the researcher, was administered to elementary school teachers in research group. The interview form was structured to explore teachers＇ views on common exams by using five questions. The content analysis was used in order to analyze, sort and quantify the written and verbal data. At the end of the study, it is stated that according to the teachers, the purpose of the common exams is to state the level of classes and the cooperation between classes and to determine whether the objectives of the courses has been achieved. It is concluded difficulties in giving lectures synchronously in school, non-existence of cooperation between teachers and having difficulties during the preparation of the exam questions are the main problems, which teachers faced with. Teachers participated in the interviews emphasized the advantages of the common exams rather than disadvantages of it.     

远程教育学习中心拓展非学历教育的模式研究

十年多的探索证明,现代远程教育很好地促进了优质教育资源的优化配置。随着国家终身教育体系和学习型社会建设的逐渐深入,继续教育人群的多元化及需求的多样化趋势给远程教育学习中心服务内容的单一化带来了挑战。远程教育学习中心需要在学历教育服务的基础上拓展非学历教育服务以满足社会各类人群不断增长和变化的学习需求。该研究通过多个奥鹏远程教育学习中心的实践探索,总结出了4种不同的拓展非学历教育的典型模式并进行了分析,提出了学习中心拓展非学历教育需要注意的事项。     

论高职院校的职业资格证书制度建设

高等职业教育与普通高等教育的专业建设有着很大的区别,高职教育的专业不是普通高等教育意义上的“学科专业,”而主要是“技术专业;”因此,高职院校推行职业资格证书制度也就显得尤为重要。就高职院校的职业资格证书制度建设的意义、发展现状及发展方向,结合国外职业资格制度发展经验,我国高职院校的职业资格证书制度建设势在必行。     

澳大利亚TAFE教育对我国高职教育实施职业资格证书制度的启示

对我国职业资格证书制度的思考

职业资格证书制度是人力资源开发与管理中一个不可或缺的重要手段。现阶段我国职业资格证书制度建设中存在着对职业资格证书认识不到位,职业资格证书的推行难度较大,缺乏统一的与学历文凭相沟通的国家职业资格框架,职业资格证书考核工作的社会化管理机制不完善等问题。要积极推进我国职业资格证书制度建设必须采取相应的措施:提高对职业资格证书制度的认识,加强对职业标准的研究和开发,建立双向沟通式的双证制;完善职业资格证书的考核管理。     

Retooling Education: Testing and the Liberal Arts

The motivation and methodology for measuring intelligence have changed repeatedly in the modern history of large-scale student testing. Test makers have always sought to identify raw aptitude for cultivation, but they have never figured out how to promote excellence while preserving equality. They’ve settled for egalitarianism, which gives rise to “culturally fair” tests that substitute vagaries for knowledge, deprive students of any real appreciation for language, and trivialize education. Robert Jackson yearns for traditional oratorical approaches to schooling that venerate and imitate essential, time-tested masters. Unfortunately, he writes, such an education defies measurement with today’s multiple-choice instruments.

红学研究中的泛娱乐化、非文学化、非学术化问题

红学研究中存在的单纯追求趣味化、泛娱乐化,对《红楼梦》解读的非文学作品化、神秘化以及红学文章（著述）的非学术化问题,已经超出了学术界,成为当前社会的一种文化现象。这是低俗、庸俗、媚俗文化风气在红学领域的表现,是对《红楼梦》的普及和传承的干扰和背离。这种情况之所以出现,从根本上讲是学术界（红学界）自身存在一些混乱理论没有得到很好地清理,背离了红学的宗旨。《红楼梦》是中华文化的精髓和代表。正确地普及、传承《红楼梦》,正确地向外国人介绍《红楼梦》,这关系到正确地介绍中华文化的问题。我们对《红楼梦》要有敬畏之心,不能任意解构、糟蹋《红楼梦》。
