关于中国法治现代化进程的再思考

中国法治的进程是漫长而曲折的，笔者试图从中国法治的百年历史历程中找到近代中国选择法治的被动性。针对目前我国的国情，提出现代中国选择法治的主动性，是现实的需要和理性思考的必然选择。     

1895～1937年华北农民与市场关系演变的特征研究

1895～1937年,随着通商贸易的日渐增多,华北农村社会经济有了一定程度的发展,农民的生产活动也纳入了市场体系之中,农民与市场的关系变得日渐紧密起来。受诸多方面因素的影响,这种关系带有自己一些固有的特征,即迟滞性、被动性、不稳定性和农民社会流动的频繁性。     

关于"人的本质是社会关系的总和"的再思考

人的本质问题是哲学上既古老又常青的永恒话题。早在三千多年前的希腊德尔斐神庙前的石碑上刻着“认识你自己”的铭文。马克思主义哲学产生以前，哲学家们对于人的本质问题的认识很不统一，马克思在《关于费尔巴的提纲》中指出“人的本质并不是单个人所固有的抽象物。在其现实性上，它是一切社会关系的总和”的论断，既克服了以往哲学家们对这个问题（人的本质问题）理解的片面性，又揭示了本质发展变化的源泉和动力，即人是能动与受动相统一的存在。     

Child Rearing: Passivity and being able to go on. Wittgenstein on shared practices and seeing aspects

It is not uncommon to hear parents say in discussions they have with their children 'Look at it this way'. And called upon for their advice, counsellors too say something to adults with the significance of 'Try to see it like this'. The change of someone's perspective in the context of child rearing is the focus of this paper. Our interest in this lies not so much in giving an answer to the practical problems that are at stake, but at disentangling the issues on a conceptual level. Within the so-called second part of his Philosophical Investigations , Wittgenstein deals with shared practices and with concepts such as 'seeing' and 'seeing as'. What he says there is in terms of content linked with his earlier Tractatus position concerning ethics, a matter which will first be dealt with. After that, the relevant sections of his later work are discussed. Following Cavell, it is concluded that to try to get someone to see what one sees, necessarily presupposes giving it out of one's hands. The passivity this points at highlights what Erziehung in the end comes down to.     

法英被动意义表达手段比较研究

就法语和英语共有的一种语法现象———被动意义,在表达方式,泛指代词on所隐含的被动意义等方面进行比较,指出学生在学习英语和法语两种语言时,要注意比较两种语言的共同点,抓住不同点,以使具有英语基础的学生提高法语学习的效率。     

马克思对“人的本质”的界定

马克思以有生命的、现实的、可经验的个人为其理论出发点,将现实的个人及其生命活动同人的本质相联系,通过对人能动而又受动的对象性活动的剖析,对人的本质进行了深刻的界定。在《1844年经济学哲学手稿》和《关于费尔巴哈提纲》中,马克思从不同的理论视角对人的本质进行了殊途同归的阐释,将人的本质在其现实性上归结为一切社会关系的总和。这些现实的社会关系是由人特有的＂异化劳动＂所创造,人周遭的社会关系建构着人的现实社会生存状态。     

Children’s sense of agency in preschool: a sociocultural investigation

This socioculturally informed study investigated children’s sense of agency in relation to their everyday life in preschool. The empirical data comprised focus groups reflection situations wherein Finnish preschool children (n. 19, aged 6–7) reflected on their everyday life with the help of photographs and drawings they made. Building on a situative and discursive take on the sense of agency, the results of this study highlight the different forms of the sense of agency talked into being in the focus groups. The results also provide evidence of the different activities within which children’s sense of agency was embedded. In addition, the study also engages with the notion of radical passivity to theoretically explore the borders of the concept of the sense of agency. In all, the study demonstrates the mundane side of children’s sense of agency and its subtle dynamics in day-to-day life in preschool.     

生态文明建设应重视人的受动性

生态文明建设必须充分发挥人的主体能动性,但人的能动性并非是无止境的,人还是受动的。在改造世界时,人还受到各种因素的制约,不能为所欲为。马克思关于人的受动性的思想对于当下的生态文明建设有着重要的指导意义。     

编辑活动规律论

编辑活动是编辑对精神产品的选择，加工，并使精神产品达到增值的文化实践活动，与其他实践活动一样，编辑活动也受到客观规律的制约，编辑活动作为有规律可循的文化活动，能动性与受动性相统一是编辑活动的基本规律之一。
