浅谈篮球比赛紧张心理的形成及对策

随着篮球运动的不断发展,比赛不仅是技战术及体力的较量,更是知识、智慧、心理素质的较量。但往往因队员过度紧张,心理承受能力差,而导致比赛中动作失常、过度抑制或过渡兴奋、情绪不稳定、注意力不集中的现象,不能充分发挥整体及个人应有的水平,直接影响比赛。就这一方面的有关问题根据多年的教学经验,总结出一些能够消除紧张心理情绪的方法和措施,希望引起同行们的讨论和研究。     

优秀耐力运动员逐级递增负荷运动中心钠素与心血管功能变化的研究

本文采用放射免疫方法测定血浆心钠素与采用超声心动法测定心功能相结合,对10名优秀的耐力运动员和10名普通大学生进行了逐级递增负荷运动试验,以探讨运动中心脏内分泌与心血管功能的变化及其相互关系。结果发现:心脏不仅是心钠素的产生和释放部位,也是心钠素作用的靶器官之一。     

太极拳运动对高血压患者血浆NO浓度及RBC膜钠、钙泵酶活性的影响

目的:探讨太极拳降压的作用机制.方法:采用随机对照临床试验,将40例轻中度高血压患者分为药物加太极拳锻炼(药炼组)和单纯药物组(药物组),观察实验前后血压、血浆一氧化氮(NO)浓度、红细胞(RBC)膜钠(Na -K .ATPase)、钙泵(Ca2 -Mg2 .ATPase)酶活性.结果:两组血压降幅存在差异(P＜0.05),血浆NO浓度、RBC膜钠泵活性变化存在差异(P＜0.05,P＜0.01),钙泵活性变化无差异(P＜0.05).结论:太极拳运动能改善高血压患者血管内皮细胞功能,增加NO合成与释放;促进RBC膜钠的活性;并影响中枢神经系统,降低平滑肌细胞对血管内皮收缩因子的反应性,改善血管内外阻力.太极拳运动能降低高血压.实验显示钙泵活性不活跃,证明太极拳运动并非通过影响细胞膜钙泵活性而对血管平滑肌细胞的反应性产生影响.     

燃气高温低氧燃烧特性的实验研究

研究表明,提高空气温度能扩大燃气稳定燃烧范围.在空气温度高于800℃,空气含氧浓度低于15%的条件下,丙烷能稳定燃烧,且火焰具有崭新的热力特性.在提高空气温的同时,降低空气含氧浓度,也可有效地调节火焰结构.     

针刺足三里穴对运动小鼠红细胞形态、血红蛋白浓度的影响

运用扫描电镜和全自动血球分析仪研究针刺足三里穴对运动小鼠红细胞形态和血红蛋白浓度的影响 ,结果发现运动组小鼠红细胞畸形率显著高于正常组、针刺组和假针刺组 (均P <0 0 1) ,针刺组小鼠红细胞畸形率分别高于正常组和假针刺组 (均P <0 0 1) ,正常组与假针刺组小鼠红细胞畸形率差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ,运动组小鼠HGB浓度显著低于正常组、针刺组和假针刺组 (均P <0 0 1) ,针刺组、正常组和假针刺组小鼠红细胞HGB浓度差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。表明针刺足三里穴能明显降低大强度训练小鼠红细胞畸形率 ,提高HGB浓度 ,为针刺足三里穴在体育实践中的运用提供了实验依据。     

The “Free Press” of Unionized Journalists and Students

This paper outlines a history of the union organizing of the American Newspaper Guild at Thomson Newspapers’ Peterborough Examiner in Canada from 1968 to 1969. It examines the communication tools that union members used to facilitate this labor organizing and “bite back” at the profitable Thomson chain. Peterborough newsworkers went on strike from November 1968 to April 1969 over union recognition. During the strike, the union members built an unprecedented alliance with Ontario university students, collaboratively launching a strike newspaper called the Peterborough Free Press. Expanding on the concept of temporary labor convergence, this paper considers how strike newspapers can be seen as a form of alternative journalism that newsworkers use as a campaigning tool to communicate their struggles to the public and put pressure on news corporations to bargain with them. This case study is situated in the local institutional contexts of labor relations at the Peterborough Examiner and the news industry in Peterborough, where Thomson Newspapers had a media monopoly. It is based on labor standpoint and signal juncture analyses of union archival documents and newspaper content. The research ultimately suggests that newsworkers should not only focus on communication tools but also build bridges with community members.     

食物浓度及低浓度镉对水螅种群动态的影响

在温度为20士1℃、自然光照(光照强度约为301x,L : D=14 : 10)条件下,分别以浓度为0.25ind/ml、0.5ind/ml、1.0ind/ml、2.0ind/ml枝角类(Cladocemans)为食物及在1.0ind/ml食物浓度下,应用单个体培养法及群体累积培养法研究了食物浓度及低浓度镉离子(0mg/l(对照组)、0.01mg/l、0.05mg/1)对水螅种群动态的影响.实验表明,食物浓度对水螅种群增长有一定影响,在较高食物浓度下水螅的种群增长率、净增长率普遍提高,而镉子浓度对水螅种群增长有显著影响.在较高离子浓度下,水螅种群增长率、净增长率较大,而世代时间相对缩短.

外币货币性项目,因资产负债表日即期汇率与初始确认时或前一资产负债表日即期汇率不同会产生汇兑差异,而外贸企业产生的外币交易业务的初始计价货币是外国货币,会计记录和反映却要求使用统一的货币计量单位,这样就引发外币的折算问题,即汇兑损益。文章就汇兑损益账务处理进行探析。     

植物叶片中叶绿素提取方法的比较研究

利用12种植物材料,应用分光光度法对分别以丙酮和乙醇作为提取剂,并同时各采用研磨与浸泡两种方法的叶绿素含量测定值进行比较研究.结果显示,4种方法测定的植物叶片叶绿素含量均具有一定的相关性,其中,乙醇浸泡法与乙醇研磨法的相关程度最高.且用乙醇作为提取剂测定植物叶片叶绿素含量比较稳定,尤其用乙醇浸泡法测定的人为误差相对较小.
