本文总结了我馆做VOD点播系统时音频文献数字化过程中的几点经验,涉及到采样率、降噪、标签的编辑等内容。     

高职院校精准扶贫路径研究

文章分析了高职院校精准扶贫的重大意义,并结合所在学院实际,提出了高等职业院校精准扶贫的途径,要发挥高职院校重要作用,实现精神脱贫,深化院校招生制度改革,实现精准招生,完善贫困学生资助体系,实现精准资助,推进人才培养模式改革,实现精准培养,优化贫困学生就业帮扶,实现精准就业,紧贴需求进行结对帮扶,实现精准服务。     

基于粗糙集理论的知识发现

粗糙集理论是一种新型的处理模糊和不确定知识的数学工具。目前已在人工智能、知识与数据发现、模式识别与分类等方面得到了广泛应用。介绍Rough Set理论的基本思想及分析了粗糙集方法的特点,描述一种基于粗糙集理论的知识发现步骤,并以实例作出说明。     

Critically reflexive dialogue and praxis: Academic/practitioner reflections throughout a formative evaluation of Circles® USA

Reflections about the use of critically reflexive praxis by academic/practitioners are offered based on a case study of a formative evaluation of Circles^® USA, a nonprofit organization coordinating initiatives across the U.S. working to move families out of poverty. Critically reflexive praxis is theorized as featuring several themes including acknowledging different levels of context, critical dialogue with collaborators, engaging cultural difference and intersectionalities, problematizing power relations and relationships among researchers and collaborators, and occurring throughout the research project. Examples of critical dialogic reflexivity and navigating common tensions that emerge throughout such community engagement projects are detailed during three phases: planning and design; fieldwork and interviews; and outcomes, applications, and implications.     

试析生态精准扶贫法治保障的优化路径

生态精准扶贫法治保障有利于确保生态精准扶贫的实施及其可持续发展,但也存在一些不足。通过调研,不足主要体现在生态精准扶贫法律法规体系尚未建立健全、参与主体法治意识及权利保障不足和公权力失范等问题。针对这些不足,提出加强生态精准扶贫法律规范体系构建、提升生态精准扶贫各参与主体法治意识、强化生态精准扶贫参与主体权利保障及救济、平衡生态精准扶贫法治调控经济健康发展机制等优化路径,以期实现生态精准扶贫的法治化运作及其成效的持久巩固,为促成脱贫攻坚目标如期完成和全面建成小康社会发挥应有的作用。     

雷公山区贫困问题及扶贫开发--以雷公山国家级自然保护区乌东村为例

以雷山县丹江镇乌东村为例，对该村的贫困原因进行了分析研究，并提出了扶贫开发的思路及措施。     

Reducing students’ carbon footprints using personal carbon footprint management system based on environmental behavioural theory and persuasive technology

This study applied environmental behavioural theories to develop a personal carbon footprint management system and used persuasive technology to implement it. The system serves as an educational system to improve the determinants of students’ low-carbon behaviours, to promote low-carbon concepts and to facilitate their carbon management. To assess the validity of the system, high school students were chosen to participate in an experiment, the results of which reveal (1) the system has significant and positive short-term and relatively long-term effects on the reduction of their self-reported carbon footprint, (2) the system significantly improves their carbon footprint awareness and perceived behavioural control (PBC), and it also promotes behavioural subjective norms, (3) reduction of their self-reported carbon footprint is significantly correlated to PBC, carbon footprint awareness and attitude and (4) PBC is the most critical determinant of carbon reduction. Suggestions are accordingly made.     

高校贫困生心理初探

近些年来,随着我国高等教育政策的调整,高校贫困生的比例也呈上涨趋势。贫困生心理问题已成为高校思政工作关注的一个重要内容。如何有效帮助他们克服这些问题已引起每一位思政工作者的深深思考。本文就这一问题从两个方面做一些粗浅的探讨。     

精准扶贫背景下广西义务教育均衡发展研究

精准扶贫是全面建设小康社会的重要举措,发展教育阻断贫困代际传递是我国精准扶贫的重要部分,教育推动社会进步和民族振兴,社会公平的实现以教育公平的实现为基石,实现教育公平重点在于推进义务教育的均衡发展。本文通过梳理以往研究成果,构建测度民族地区义务教育均衡发展的指标体系,以广西为例,实证民族地区的义务教育均衡发展现状,剖析广西义务教育发展的薄弱环节,顺应精准扶贫的大趋势,有针对性的补齐"短板",防止出现义务教育的"低度均衡"。
