美国示范中学辐射作用的实验研究——以加利福尼亚州圣地亚哥市普瑞斯学校为例

美国为了提高基础教育质量,选择了一些学校作为示范中学,在这些学校进行教学改革实验,希望这些学校可以发挥辐射带头作用,推动整个中学教育质量的提高。普瑞斯学校就是实验比较成功的一所学校,该校采取了延长教学时间,增加对学生的个别指导,加强学校与家庭和社会的配合等措施,这些措施产生了很好的效果。同时该校的规模、财政投入、硬件设备和生源等办学条件和普通中学相仿,这样就增加了该校的示范性。对普瑞斯学校示范性研究进行分析,可以对我国的示范中学的辐射作用研究和实验提供启示。     

Responding to Concerns About Online Radicalization in U.K. Schools Through a Radicalization Critical Digital Literacy Approach

This article discusses the two main strategies commonly used to safeguard children and young people online; namely, Internet filtering and digital literacy education. In recent U.K. government guidance, both are identified as means to prevent online radicalization in schools. However, despite the inadequacies of filtering, more attention is usually paid to technical solutions than to pedagogic ones. In this article, a critical digital literacy approach is proposed to allow students to explore and discuss the types of controversial issues they may encounter outside school within a supportive environment. Such an approach can allow schools to meet their responsibility to help young people to develop appropriate skills to engage with the Internet as it actually is, not as we might like it to be.     

Violent Extremism,National Security and Prevention. Institutional Discourses and their Implications for Schooling

Currently, threats to societal security from extremist groups are high on the political agenda in many countries. Politicians, policymakers at various levels and communities are searching for methods to counteract recruitment to violent organizations. These efforts are often referred to as Prevention of Violent Extremism (PVE-programmes). One of the earliest PVE programmes in Europe was the British PREVENT programme, and it has to some extent served as a model for other countries, including Sweden. In this article, we scrutinize a particular method, inspired by the PREVENT, and developed by the Swedish National Coordinator against violent extremism, called The Conversation Compass (CC) intended for so-called front-line workers. This article reports an analysis of this method in order to provide a broader understanding of how the discourse on preventing violent extremism meanders from political and policy discourses into claims about how to organize educational practices and social work and the regulations under which these institutions operate. The results show that the CC contributes to a securitization of the educational system in ways that are not in line with educational traditions of schools in Sweden, or with the laws and policies that regulate the educational system.     

革命与抚慰：现代性激进化中的农村叙事——重论五六十年代小说中的农村题材

论文试图从现代性视角去审视中国五六十年小说中的农村题材问题,既看到它的历史合理性,也看到它的种种过度意识形态化。中国革命要把历史重新建构为以贫困农民为主体的社会基础上,这就要在文化上开创一种新的历史,那就是把中国现代性开始建立的以民族资产阶级为基础的启蒙文化驱除出去,把文化的方向确立在以农民和农村为主体的基础上。赵树理的作品作为社会主义革命文学中最初建构的资源,它既没有那么强烈的阶级斗争,也不那么血腥暴力。但革命在那个时期需要赵树理这样的“温和情感”来抚慰农民。这也说明文学与革命构成的现实关系。社会主义革命既需要文学来建构激进的未来形象,也需要它现实地以民族传统的“喜闻乐见”的艺术表现方式来抚慰以农民为主体的社会,这就是“农村题材”所承载的思想的革命性与艺术形式的民族形式之间的悖论所在。     

民办高等教育在城市化进程中的辐射功能——以北京市为例

城市化促进了产业结构的升级和人才需求的变化。民办高等教育在城市化的进程中,具有本位功能、经济功能、稳定功能。政府应支持发展民办高等教育,民办高校也要走与城市化相结合的道路,促进城市化进程。
