日本教育领域的现状和问题   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
近一段时期,日本的教育领域出现了许多问题,突出地表现为:1)缩小教职员的决策权,教育行政部门通过“指导、建议”不断加强对学校的统治;2)教育领域中的歧视不断扩大;3)对侵略战争和殖民地统治采取肯定态度。对于这些问题,日本的教职员和学生家长、社会居民等采取了多方面的抵抗措施,主要包括:1)对缩小教职员的决策权、加强对学校的统治进行不懈地抵抗;2)为了克服不断扩大的“歧视”问题,而开展人权教育;3)为了阻止“肯定侵略战争和殖民地统治”的动向,而重视阐明历史事实,进行历史事实教育。今后,针对“推动战争和歧视扩大的力量”,形成“阻止战争和歧视扩大的力量”是十分必要的。  相似文献

Competence to work in schools is an important dimension of professional competence, although it is often a neglected dimension of teacher development. This article reports a qualitative study that examined student teachers’ learning experiences in initial teacher education (ITE) in relation to competence to work in schools. In-depth interviews were conducted with 12 student teachers on an undergraduate ITE programme in Hong Kong. The findings of the study show that competence to work in schools is characterised by student teachers’ deep contextualised learning. In addition, it offers a deeper understanding of this competence in the ITE context by identifying its three facets, namely understanding of the micro-political realities of schools, social capital building and social strategies. The study provides insights for ITE and schools to support student teachers’ development of their competence to work in schools, including the design of ITE curricula, ITE processes and co-curricular activities in undergraduate studies. Moreover, it suggests the importance of developing schools as growth-fostering and positive micro-political sites for ITE fieldwork and teacher induction.  相似文献

In this paper, we suggest strength-based approaches for the creation of sustainable rural learning ecologies. We have framed the creation of rural learning ecologies with appreciative inquiry (AI) as a framework and argue that it begins from understanding rurality from positive psychology. The premise within AI has been seen to be the shift from deficient understanding of rural spaces to consideration of them as areas with untapped potential. Arguments for strength-based approaches are based on the fact that they promote improvement from within. This is placing rural communities at the forefront and removing them from the receiving end. We argue that such approaches are giving acknowledgement to rural dwellers that they are better placed to address their solutions drawing from different forms of capital. This paper argues that rural education improvement strategies are possible when educational leaders draw from the capacities that exist in rural spaces.  相似文献

This study proposed and tested an integrated model of parental mediation involving family communication, parental mediation styles, children's perceptions of televised realities and the actual world, and perceptions of the negative effects of television viewing. A total of 348 Korean adolescents participated in a nationwide survey. The findings demonstrated that parental, instructive mediation, in combination with open family communication, increased not only children's perceived disparity between televised realities and the actual world, but also children's perceptions of the potentially negative effects of television. Restrictive parental mediation styles were also found to mediate the role of open family communication on children's perception of negative effects of television. In contrast, co-viewing mediation was not found to directly affect either the children's perceived reality or their perception of negative effects of television viewing.  相似文献

归有光的散文,相较于前代和同时代的散文家的作品,出现了很多新变因素,如:受心学的影响而将描写生活琐事的题材引入用以载道的古文中;体制日趋短小灵活,在文中突出了情、真、趣的审美特质。而这些新变因素,或直接影响了晚明小品文,或者由于历史的必然趋势,而在晚明小品文中获得了进一步发展。由归有光的散文到晚明小品文,反映了传统散文的转向与自我突破,对颠覆古典审美理想,起到了一定的启发作用。  相似文献

《论语》首章三句话,是理解《论语》的一把总钥匙。这三句话,提出了学者治学的总则,作出了孔子一生的总结,形成了《论语》一书的总纲。这三句话,是孔子两千五百多年前,提出的治学”三境界”。”学而时习之,不亦说乎”为第一境界,即能够感受辛勤学习温故知新之乐;”有朋自远方来,不亦乐乎”为第二境界,即能够感受朋友之间切磋批评之乐;”人不知而不愠,不亦君子乎”为第三境界,即能够感受只问耕耘不问收获之乐。这三句话概括出孔子一生发展的轨迹,给人展示出一个真实的孔子。一部《论语》,其实就写了孔子三件事:一是他怎样追求他的理想,二是他怎样对待别人的批评,三是他怎样看待别人的评价。  相似文献

乡土小说在中国文学史上一直占据着重要的地位,但在“80后”文学创作中似乎是一个空白,李傻傻的出现填补了这个空白。他以一种严肃的姿态进行写作,辗转在乡村与城市之间,游走并坚守,真诚地面对城乡之间的现实和困境。带着对乡村的眷恋与真实的体验,以及都市的新奇,李傻傻渴望找到一种解决城乡矛盾的办法,但却在一次次的寻觅中失望,于是,他对城市与乡村的种种不调和状态抱有了宽容的态度,为“80后”文学中的乡土创作提供了很好的范本与借鉴,也代表了乡土写作在青春文学中的长足发展。  相似文献
