加强和改进体育院校青年教师党员发展工作管见

按照“三个代表”的要求和与时俱进的观点，认为搞好体育院校青年教师党员发展工作，首先要统一思想，深刻认识其重要性和紧迫感；第二，正视现实，增强其主动性和责任感；第三，明确思路，抓住重点，扎扎实实把工作做细做好。围绕这三个方面，理论结合实践进行了分析与探讨。     

论新时期发展研究生党员的意义

高校是培养和选拔高素质人才的摇篮,在高校积极做好研究生党员发展工作,对实施"人才强国"战略目标,为改革开放和中国特色社会主义事业提供强大的智力支持和思想保证,具有重大的意义。     

If we build it,will they come? The effect of new athletic facilities on recruiting rankings for power five football and men's basketball programs

College athletics is currently in the midst of a building boom in which universities are competing with each other to reach an always-increasing standard of lavish athletic facilities. While these facilities are costing in the tens or hundreds of millions of dollars, little research is examining the return on investment for athletic programs. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of new athletic facilities on recruiting rankings for Power Five football and men's basketball programs. Data was collected on athletic facilities newly constructed or renovated from 2005 through 2015 at Power Five NCAA Division I programs. Using LSDV fixed effects regression models, results found a lack of significant improvement within football and basketball recruiting rankings following the completion of new athletic facilities, but some significance in the two years before the project was completed. Significant control variables also highlighted the effects that coaching changes can have on recruiting.     

The use of player physical and technical skill match activity profiles to predict position in the Australian Football League draft

This study investigated the extent to which position in the Australian Football League (AFL) national draft is associated with individual game performance metrics. Physical/technical skill performance metrics were collated from all participants in the 2014 national under 18 (U18) championships (18 games) drafted into the AFL (n = 65; 17.8 ± 0.5 y); 232 observations. Players were subdivided into draft position (ranked 1–65) and then draft round (1–4). Here, earlier draft selection (i.e., closer to 1) reflects a more desirable player. Microtechnology and a commercial provider facilitated the quantification of individual game performance metrics (n = 16). Linear mixed models were fitted to data, modelling the extent to which draft position was associated with these metrics. Draft position in the first/second round was negatively associated with “contested possessions” and “contested marks”, respectively. Physical performance metrics were positively associated with draft position in these rounds. Correlations weakened for the third/fourth rounds. Contested possessions/marks were associated with an earlier draft selection. Physical performance metrics were associated with a later draft selection. Recruiters change the type of U18 player they draft as the selection pool reduces. juniors with contested skill appear prioritised.

在介绍体育用品企业的相关概念、企业销售人员胜任力模型及结构化面试概述的基础上,阐述体育用品企业招聘销售人员中结构化面试的实施过程,分析体育用品企业招聘销售人员的结构化面试中所存在的问题,并基于此提出了相应的对策与建议,为各体育用品企业招聘销售人员提供参考。

学科群招生是培养综合性高层次人才的前提,但是,学科群混口招生模式下学生之间素质差异较大,挑战了传统的体育教学模式。结合学科群课程培养目标,教师要不断拓宽自己的知识面,结合学科群教学特点,选择与优化教学内容,综合考虑教学模式,适时调整教学方法,提高体育教学质量。     

论师资结构对高校体育教育可持续发展的影响

文章运用文献资料法、调查法和数理统计法,通过对甘肃高校公共体育课开设状况及特点、教师比例、学历、职称、年龄结构、教学能力和科研能力等现状的调查与分析.提出了通过增加教师数量,稳定教师队伍,提高教师素质等促进学校体育工作发展的措施.     

Analyzing Cataloging Job Descriptions: Are Cataloging Jobs Disappearing,Changing, or Merging?

Abstract

To determine the state of the cataloging job market, this study compares job advertisements from August 2016-August 2018 advertising for jobs with cataloging in the title, metadata in the title, and cataloging and metadata in the title. Given ongoing concerns about the impact of metadata jobs on the cataloging job market, this study asks the questions: Are cataloging jobs in fact “disappearing” and becoming metadata jobs? Are entry-level jobs disappearing, perhaps contributing to the idea that there is a lack of qualified catalogers? Is there a difference in position level between cataloging and metadata job advertisements that can account for a lack or perceived lack of available cataloging jobs? Are there more entry-level or mid/supervisory positions advertised? Are cataloging and metadata jobs really separate, or should they be considered one position called cataloging and metadata?
