用户人格特质对互联网信息采纳行为的影响研究

[目的/意义]探究互联网情境下用户人格特质对互联网信息采纳行为的影响,为规制互联网行业发展及引导互联网用户信息采纳行为提供理论依据。[方法/过程]基于信息采纳模型、人格特质理论,探究用户人格特质变量对互联网信息采纳行为的调节效应。采用综合社会调查数据(CGSS),使用ologit回归模型对理论假设进行分析验证。[结果/结论]研究发现,信息采纳模型在互联网情境下更为重要,互联网信息质量与来源可信度决定互联网用户信息有用性的感知水平,进而影响信息采纳行为;用户人格特质变量对互联网信息采纳行为存在显著的间接影响力,且这种影响力存在显著的性别差异。     

认知视域下社会化问答社区用户知识采纳行为的影响因素——基于扎根理论的探索性分析

【目的/意义】社会化问答社区目前已成为网络环境下用户搜寻和获取知识的重要途径。探析用户知识采纳行为有助于提升社会化问答社区知识组织与服务能力,对社区的运营管理方面也具有重要的实践意义。【方法/过程】本文选取知乎作为研究对象,应用扎根理论方法,通过数据资料收集、三级编码等过程,结合认知心理学的相关理论,构建了社会化问答社区用户知识采纳行为模型。【结果/结论】研究发现:自我认知、平台认知、社会认知三个维度对用户知识采纳行为具有显著影响,并通过认知有用性、认知易用性两个中介变量和技术、情感因素两个调节变量分别刺激用户知识采纳的意愿,从而影响知识采纳行为。【创新/局限】从认知视域基于扎根理论的方法探索社会化问答社区知识采纳行为的影响因素模型,但采集的知乎的样本容量较小,概念模型的信度和效度并未经过大样本检验。     

家庭农场数字农业技术采纳作用机制研究——基于ISM-MICMAC模型分析

家庭农场作为新型农业经营主体之一,在实现乡村振兴和农业农村现代化过程中有举足轻重的作用,因此分析其数字农业技术采纳的作用机制具有十分重要的意义。本文从家庭农场主个人特征、家庭特征、技术特征感知和外部环境4个维度18项家庭农场数字农业技术采纳的影响因素出发,将18项因素划分为直接因素、间接因素和深层因素3种类型;利用解释结构模型(ISM)对影响因素之间的内在联系进行剖析,得到各影响因素的作用路径;在此基础上利用交叉影响矩阵相乘法(MICMAC)对影响因素的依赖性与驱动力进行分析,揭示影响因素之间的作用机制。研究结果表明,技术安全性感知是影响家庭农场数字农业技术采纳的直接因素;社会网络、设备操作能力、家庭收入、耕地面积、组织化程度、土地细碎化程度、是否参加培训、技术有用性感知和技术易用性感知是间接因素,通过影响技术安全性感知对家庭农场数字农业技术采纳产生间接作用;深层因素包括家庭农场主的政治身份、受教育程度、年龄、家庭劳动力人数、居住地理位置、政府宣传引导、政府经济补贴和基础设施,对家庭农场数字农业技术采纳产生决定性作用。最后,根据ISM和MICMAC实证分析的结果,提出了相应的对策建议。     

Segmenting the audience of a cause-related marketing viral campaign

This paper analyses the attitudinal effect of a cause-related marketing campaign which becomes viral through social networks. This attitudinal response is observed in three Internet user segments with different affinity levels: i) strong (familiar with the sponsoring brand and the promoted cause); ii) intermediate (familiar with the brand or the cause); and iii) weak (without previous experiences of either the brand or the social cause). To develop our experiment, 360 Internet surfers agree to participate. Their attitudes were measured before and after the showing of a viral spot in which a pet food brand encourages pet adoption. Our results show that a viral campaign works perfectly for the strong-affinity segment and adequately for the week affinity segment. On the contrary, this viral campaign leaves the intermediate-affinity segment indifferent.     

‘It's The Catcher in the Rye… He said it was the kind of book you made your own': Finding Holden in Contemporary YA Literature

Published in 1951,The Catcher in the Rye encapsulated teenage angst. Some time ago David Belbin mused about the influence of Catcher on the proliferation and popularity of YA literature. Salinger's recent death has sparked a renewed interest in his work and more attention on Holden and his inheritors. This article discusses how five recent adolescent novels, with male protagonists, mirror Holden's adolescent paralysis. They exist in a liminal state between childhood and adulthood, attempting to understand the phonies around them. These protagonists help define the nature of the ‘lost’ adolescent in the current golden age of YA literature.

Teachers’ technology adoption and practices: lessons learned from the IWB phenomenon

The twenty-first century has seen unprecedented investment from governments around the world in educational technologies in schools. This paper investigates Australian teachers’ adoption and use of a popular technology that has been extensively supported by governments and school systems: the interactive whiteboard (IWB). The study suggests that a number of the barriers identified in the early days of adoption and use of this technology, such as professional support and access, still remain for many teachers, thereby impeding effective practices. The research also found that primary school teachers were using the technology in diverse ways, in contrast to secondary teachers who were using the IWB mainly for instructionist, presentational purposes. We conclude by considering various ways of reducing the effect of the identified barriers to support implementation of educational technologies in the classroom, especially the next generation of technologies promoted by governments and systems.
