Educators’ experiences in special education institutions during the COVID-19 outbreak

The COVID-19 outbreak has had a profound impact on education worldwide. As a result of the educational institutions closures, it is likely that the impact on special education would be more detrimental since special education population becomes more vulnerable in the aftermath of an outbreak. In the scope of this study, a researcher created survey was used to examine educators’ teaching experiences and their perceptions about the impact of COVID-19 outbreak on special education students. The sample included 215 educators working in the Special Education and Rehabilitation Centers (SERCs) in Turkey. Results indicated that a large majority of the SERCs were not able to continue their education during the COVID-19 outbreak. In addition, there was a difference in educators’ experiences by their educational practices (normal weekly schedule, reduced schedule, most of the educational activities are suspended, and all of the educational activities are suspended). Perceived level of COVID-19 outbreak impact on special education students were found to be significantly higher for autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, attention deficit and hyperactivity disorders, visual impairments, hearing impairments, specific learning disabilities and gifted students, respectively. The conclusion highlights the need of global collaboration, disaster preparation and management for students with special needs.     

The RIX Wiki: the use of multimedia advocacy to support person-centred planning in a special needs secondary school – implications for current policy and practice

The article documents findings from a pilot study undertaken in 2012–2013 in a special needs secondary school in the England, that trialled the use of a multimedia advocacy tool, “The RIX Wiki”. The trial was part of the pathfinder programme, which aimed to reform existing Special Education Needs provision, from the system of statementing to one of developing education health care plans. The reforms became enshrined in the Children and Families Act (2014). The findings were overall positive and helped with person-centred planning processes. The discussion is framed within current and future policy directives. We argue that multimedia advocacy approaches and software tools, like the “RIX Wiki” will have a continued role to play in ensuring the needs, aspirations and choices of children and young people with learning disabilities remain central.     

新冠肺炎疫情下专业图书馆科研新媒体服务探究——以中国科学院文献情报中心“中国科讯”为例

[目的/意义] 以中国科学院文献情报中心"中国科讯"为例，分析专业图书馆应急科学传播服务的举措及成效，为应急事件下专业图书馆科学传播服务提供借鉴。[方法/过程] 梳理新冠肺炎疫情期间"中国科讯"微信公众号推送的服务内容，从日均用户增长和阅读量分析用户对不同类型内容的关注程度，提出应急科学传播服务的思考。[结果/结论] 疫情期间，"中国科讯"日均用户增长明显，电子资源保障类内容阅读量最高，其次为新冠病毒科技攻关进展相关内容、科普类直播和信息素养教育直播观看人数达到数万人。应急事件下，专业图书馆应加强特色服务的宣传、加强信息甄选和审核机制，重大公共卫生事件下应急科学传播工作预案缺失也需引起重视。     

现阶段国内U-15少年足球守门员防守技术运用情况调研

运用临场观察、访谈、文献资料调研以及逻辑分析等研究方法 ,对现阶段国内U 15少年足球守门员防守技术运用情况进行统计与分析研究。研究表明 ,少年足球守门员防射门球的预测判断能力不足 ,导致选位差、反应慢和接球易脱手 ,防守的成功率低 ;出击时机把握不好 ,对抗条件下难以有效发挥位置优势 ,强干扰下争夺球失误多。加强足球意识与心理培养 ,提高反应和接球动作质量要求是加强少年足球守门员水平稳定的重要环节。     

培养学生运动技能学习策略的实验报告

运用学习策略理论 ,并结合运动技能学习的特点 ,在田径技术教学中对运动系 2 0 0 1级学生进行了教学实验 ,初步得出以下结论 :在学习运动技能过程中施加学习策略训练有助于学生掌握运动技术 ;在培养学生运用学习策略的能力方面 ,语言法、调控法、认知体验三项指标得到明显改善 ,学习策略能力的培养是一个长期的过程。     

浅谈气步枪比赛中的节奏

通过对上海市天山中学部分运动员参加上海市第十二届运动会气枪比赛前后经过的回顾和分析,认为气步枪比赛中存在的一个节奏现象是影响运动员技术水平和心理状态的重要因素,也就是最终影响成绩的重要因素.     

特殊体育教育中的舞蹈教学

舞蹈作为一项重要内容进入听力失聪学生的体育教学之中，不仅可以增强体质、促进身心健康，而且可以陶冶高尚的情操，锻炼坚毅的性格，树立正确的审美观念，形成优美的体态。此外，舞蹈还给体育教学提供了一条令人愉悦、易于接受的学习途径，可以丰富学生的肢体语言，并提高其表达能力，对于塑造良好的行为规范也起到较好的辅助作用。     

青少年篮球运动员基本技战术调练中的几个问题

通过调研和资料分析 ,指出我国青少年篮球运动员基本技战术训练中存在的主要问题是教练员对基本技术动作训练要求不严等 ,并提出相关解决方法 ,供同行参考。     

影响三级跳远成绩的若干因素

通过阅读、整理国内外有关三级跳远方面的献资料，阐明三级跳远中助跑速度、起跳技术、三跳比例、力量以及平衡对三级跳远成绩的影响，为三级跳远的研究提供参考。     

羽毛球运动员专项情境中信息加工阶段速度研究

选择44名专业羽毛球运动员和12名羽毛球初学者为被试,以羽毛球比赛情境片段和两种刺激信号为素材,对优秀运动员知觉技能中快速反应的内存机制进行了实验性研究。结果表明:1)在羽毛球专项情境中,与初学者相比,优秀运动员并不是在所有的三个信息加工阶段都表现出较快的加工速度;2)专业运动员比初学者具有快速的刺激辨别,这一指标是评价羽毛球运动员与非运动员的有效指标;3)不同水平运动员在反应选择阶段没有显著的加工速度差异;4)与中等和初学者相比,高水平运动员具有快速的应答编程速度,应答编程阶段的加工速度是水平相近的优秀运动员的有效评价指标。
