对民主的思考——读王绍光先生的《民主四讲》

从古希腊发源的最初的民主发展到现代民主,到底什么样的民主才是好的民主呢?本文是笔者在读过王绍光先生的《民主四讲》后,对民主的简单思考。     

3D finite element analysis of the residual stresses in butt-welded plates with modeling of the electrode-movement

In this paper the residual stresses in a butt-welded plate of2.25Cr 1Mo has been analyzed using a 3D and transient finite element （FE） model. Also the effect of the welding-electrode speed has been studied using death and birth of FEs. For this purpose, a coupled thermo-mechanical FE solution has been used to obtain the temperature distribution and the resulting residual stresses. Also, the variations of the physical properties of the material with temperature have been taken into account. Results show that the residual stresses in the heat affected zone （HAZ） are maximum and change along the weld and also in the plate-thickness. It has been shown that use of the 3D and transient model will lead to more accurate and realistic results which are well compared with the experimental test data.     

渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮的参数化建模与应力仿真分析

利用Proe/Engineer软件的参数化设计功能进行渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮进行了建模.通过ANSYS有限元软件对渐开线齿轮考虑加工刀痕进行齿根应力分析.结果表明,力加载在渐开线齿廓上不同位置对齿根应力应变影响是不同的,在齿顶处影响最大SMX1〉SMX2〉SMX3,即在齿顶处加载轮齿容易破坏.在同一位置加载不同大小的力时,载荷大时齿根应力应变大,更易破坏.在有刀痕存在时,刀痕处易产生应力集中,并影响齿根应力分布,特别是在齿廓上时更易破坏。     

An inverse quasi-static steady-state thermal stresses in a thick circular plate

The present paper deals with the determination of unknown temperature and thermal stresses on the upper surface of a thick circular plate. A thick circular plate is subjected to arbitrary known interior temperature under steady state. The fixed circular edge and lower surface of the circular plate are thermally insulated. The governing heat conduction equation has been solved by using Hankel transform methods. The results are obtained in series form in terms of Bessel's functions. The results for displacement and stresses have been computed numerically and illustrated graphically.

本文从苟子所处的春秋战国的社会实际出发,从“性恶论”和工商业与农业在国民经济发展中的作用等方面,阐述了荀予的重农抑商思想。     

球坑释放法测定物体表层残余应力的探索

球坑释放法是一种新的测定体表残余应力的方法。它用球形刀具钻小球坑，通过电阻应变片的变化，测量释放应变，然后计算出残余应力。通过一系列实验优先了球坑直径，以保证此法具有较高的灵敏度。最后进行了小球坑试样与小盲孔试样的疲劳寿命的比较。     

浅析终身教育

章对“终身教育”概念内涵进了阐释，提出终身教育的必要性、现实性，认为：终身教育理论贯穿人的一生，要求人不断地学习，建立“学习化社会”，达到自我完善的目的，并使人们通过学会求知、学会做事、学会共同生活、学会生存四方面的学习和修炼，提高个人修养，促进社会进步。     

Changing Ideopolitical Emphases in Moral Education in China: An Analysis of the CCP Central Committee Documents

With the understanding that moral education is interpreted as both ideological and political education in China, this paper attempts to look at the ideopolitical emphases in government moral education documents since the adoption of the open policy in 1978. The analysis will be focused on three particular aspects, namely (1) the changing perception of the role of moral education, (2) the changing emphasis on what moral education should achieve, and (3) how such change of emphases would reflect the changing social and political circumstances in China. In sum, this paper argues that government documents on moral education can be a significant indicator for tracking social transition in China.     

浅谈英语作文批改与讲评

基于Ansys的齿轮仿真分析

文章利用Ansys软件对齿轮齿根弯曲应力进行有限元仿真分析,与理论结果做比较,从网格类型、网格精度、加载方式等方面寻求最佳模型,为齿轮的优化设计和可靠性设计奠定了坚实的基础。
