The rhetorical construction of Popular Front France in the fascist Italian press during the ‘Paris, 1937’ international exhibition

This article will discuss propaganda in the press used by the Italian fascist regime to create and disseminate a negative image of France and socialism. The ‘Paris, 1937’ exhibition represented a pretext for the Italian press to attack the Popular Front on both policy and competence. Manipulating information, the propaganda fabricated an idea of ‘otherness’, presenting France as the chaotic antithesis to the orderly Italian regime. France was presented as a country full of drunks and idlers, as a nation descending into chaos due to the social economic reforms of the Blum government; images that were juxtaposed with a state thriving under fascist corporatism. With the use of archive files and press-clippings, this work intends to illustrate the construction of stereotypes to feed the fear of socialism in Italy by the fascist press.     

法国公共部门集体谈判制度探讨

从法国公共部门集体谈判的准备、过程和结果三个方面入手,对其法律基础、谈判主体、协商范围、不正当的劳资做法和谈判诚意、僵局解决机制、罢工、成果——集体协议以及政府管理机构这八个主要问题进行了分析和探讨。     

论司马迁著《史记》时的流泪垂涕和废书而叹

《史记》中记载,司马迁在著述时曾流泪垂涕各一,废书而叹了三次,这叹息声和泪水,正当是史公在对两千年历史的观照中由时代冲击所流露的深沉感慨,同时,现实中的个人遭遇也是司马迁流涕和哀叹的重要原因。而司马迁的这三次"废书而叹"和两次流涕正是他感情的直接发抒和发泄,因此这叹息和流泪具有浓重的感情色彩和抒情意味。     

The effect of teacher strikes on academic achievement: Evidence from Colombia

International literature on the effects of teacher strikes on academic performance is scarce. Colombia offers a unique opportunity to study these effects given the high frequency of stoppages and the availability of high-quality data. Exploiting the exogenous variations of teacher strikes at school, municipality and department level, we find that those students who have been exposed to more and longer strikes obtain on average, lower scores in math and reading. We also find that students who were exposed to more strikes during secondary school score on average 41 % and 29 % of a SD lower in math and reading, respectively.     

“散打组合动作”的概念和分类研究

通过查阅近12年以来的有关武术方面的论文、论著,观察、统计全国散打锦标赛,特别是2002年全国散打锦标赛录像资料,并聘请专家、教练进行效度检验调查问卷,对武术散打组合动作的概念和分类进行了研究;界定了散打组合动作的概念,明晰了各类组合动作中的高频和高分组合的发展趋势,为散打技术、理论体系构建完善和科学有效地进行散打组合动作的训练提供参考和实践依据。     

罢工权中国化逻辑研究

罢工是市场经济国家普遍存在的现象,中国也不例外。近年来随着我国市场经济的发展,劳资纠纷逐渐增多,因劳资纠纷引发的罢工事件也呈上升趋势。由于罢工权法律规制的缺失,导致我国罢工处于无序的混乱状态。立法承认罢工权,并对其加以规制,有现实的必要性。我国应立法保障劳动者享有和有效行使罢工权,发挥罢工权在平衡劳资关系、解决劳资纠纷中的作用,同时应对罢工权进行必要的限制,保证其在法制的轨道上运行。     

The organizational impact of university labor unions

The current review presents both postulated and empirically tested consequences of university unionization and labor strikes on the North American institution’s administration, faculty, and students. The review explores the impact of collective bargaining on employee working conditions including job security, academic freedom, university governance, and due process. More importantly, this review examines the much neglected issue of organizational work relationships in a unionized academic environment. The relationships discussed include those between faculty members, between the faculty and administration, between the faculty and the university as an institution, and between the faculty and their union. The threat of unionization and labor strikes to the professor–student or mentor–mentee relationship has been a central concern of those opposed to graduate student unions, and this issue is also addressed here. The text concludes with the identification of potential areas for future research.

对中国矿业大学20052、006届网球专项班49名同学在一定目标设置前提下练习凌空抽击的技术问题进行分析研究,结果表明：明确的教学效果比模糊的教学效果好,明确的教学目标对学生的努力程度影响很重要。

武术是中华民族优秀的传统文化,具有浓郁的民族文化特征和民族色彩。然而,这个传承悠久的武术至今没有一个能被人们完全接受信服的定义。因此,在前人对＂武术＂概念研究的基础上,通过相关概念的分析,并结合武术内容,然后得出最能贴切表达＂武术＂内涵的概念,从而使人们从根本上了解、继承和发扬武术这一优秀国粹。
