高职院校顶岗实习管理机制构建探析

顶岗实习是实现高职人才培养目标的重要途径。鉴于当前高职顶岗实习中学校、学生及教师各层面都存在的问题,重新设计了顶岗实习的流程体系,通过校、企、师、生、家五方联动,构建了五途径保障实习岗位、两维度驱动实习成效、四层次规范实习管理、三主体强化实习评价的“五二四三”顶岗实习模式,实现学生、企业、教师、家长、导师和学校的六方共赢。     

面向新生的“微视频+代入式体验”信息素养教育研究

[目的/意义]基于建构主义学习理论，借鉴翻转课堂先进理念，以提高个人信息素养能力的初学者为主要教育研究对象，调研分析其个性特征、信息行为和教育方式偏好。[方法/过程]通过调研分析，总结教育方式与学生需求之间的矛盾成因，提出面向新生的"微视频+代入式体验"信息素养教育创新模式，着重分析模式特点、构建策略和实施方案，并提出可行性组织策略。[结果/结论]"微视频+代入式体验"信息素养教育新模式，综合运用微视频所特有的视觉冲击力，克服教师语言抽象化的不足，同时通过代入式情境体验，完成知识吸收内化、高层次思维认知，有效提升学生的信息素养综合能力。     

巧用迭代法

基于不动点原理的迭代法,有很广泛的应用.本文运用迭代方法,在代数与几何问题中进行了有趣的实践.     

金属铝置换硝酸中氢的实验设计

成功地设计了金属铝置换硝酸中氢的实验装置与方法，旨在探索金属铝与硝酸的化学性质以及深刘理解硝酸浓度影响其产物的规律．研究发现，室温下用去膜并经氯化汞溶液处理过的铝箔与一定浓度的稀硝酸作用可产生氢气，而未经氯化汞溶液处理的铝箔与稀硝酸作用几乎检测不到氢气的生成．进一步研究显示硝酸的最高浓度为1．6mol／L，产生氢气最快时硝酸浓度为0．07mol／L．     

Research on Ellipsis and Substitution—A Prototype Theory Perspective

Though ’clearly’ defined by traditional grammar,the boundary between ellipsis and substitution is actually fuzzy.The author infers that the psychological principles which govern all kinds of human behavior of categorization the concrete world also applies to their linguistic behavior.Thus,this thesis attempts to acknowledge the principle of family resemblances in its interpretation while analyzing the grammatical phenomena of ellipsis and substitution from the perspective of prototype theory.Then it concludes that substitution can be considered "entity substitution" and ellipsis can be considered "zero substitution"in the category of SUBSTITUTION,and there is a gradient continuum between them.     

Effects of La^3＋on microwave dielectric properties of（Pb0.5Ca0.5）（Fe0.5Ta0.5）O3ceramics

This work investigated the microwave dielectric properties of A-site substitution by rare earth La3+in(Pb0.5Ca0.5)(Fe0.5Ta0.5)O3(PCFT) system.A single perovskite phase was obtained only when the doping content was 2%.Suitable La3+ doping improved microwave dielectric performances.Excessive La3+doping caused the formation of secondary phase,which resulted in the decreasing of permittivity εrand quality factor Qfvalues.Especially,when the doping content is 2%-5%,permittivity εrwas above 75 and Qfvalues were 6...     

基于虚拟现实技术的企业认知实践教学设计与仿真实验开发

机械类专业学生企业认知学习的目标和任务是使学生了解企业生产和工作环境,增加学生对机械专业工作岗位群的感性认识,并通过理论联系实际初步培养学生的工程意识、工程素质和工程实践能力,为今后进一步学好各门专业课奠定基础。而由于实习学生人数多、学生实习既耽误工作又妨碍生产,因此很多企业都不太愿意接收学生在企业实习,实习企业难找是目前大部分机械类专业面临的共性问题。本论文针对实习企业难找的问题,利用虚拟现实技术设计了以真实存在企业环境为基础的虚拟认知实践教学环境,并开发了可完成仿真实验的数字化虚拟工厂。基于虚拟现实技术的数字化工厂有效解决了学生实习企业难找的问题,为实习学生提供了不到工厂也能参观企业的各个部门及生产车间、了解生产流程、熟悉各类生产设备和工艺的平台。     

On strategies of educational innovation: Between substitution and transformation

The innovation of education seems to beself-evident. Boosted by a wide range of newtechnologies, educational institutes all overthe world are innovating their educationalsystems, in order to extend their services, toimprove their performances or to reduce costs.The apparent self-evidence of educationalinnovation hardly prompts the educational staffto reflect on the very idea of innovation andits consequences. This paper treats the basicprinciples that support the phenomenon oftechnology-induced educational innovation. Itaims to contribute to a better insight andunderstanding of its implications to anyoneengaged in education. It also aims to effect agrowing awareness of the premises on technologyand to support the right attitude to realiseimprovements in practice. The paper goes intostrategies of change, while discussing bothsubstitutional and transformational strategies.It explains its supposed differences byreferring to the philosophical frameworks ofJaspers, Heidegger and Borgmann. Starting fromBorgmann's ``devices paradigm', four principlesfor educational innovations are formulated,referring to the transparency and interactivityof educational technologies, the socio-culturalsignificance of products, the importance ofvalues beyond efficiency and the political biasinvolved with technological innovation.     

基于“5个对接”的高职院校医学生实习管理督导的探讨

本文通过对高职院校医学生实习管理进行调查,了解他们对高职院校医学生实习管理教学督导、督导结果等问题的看法,构建实习生实习管理督导流程与质量监控环节的对接机制,以充分发挥教学督导在高职医学专业学生实习管理中的作用为目标,构建符合高职院校医学实习教学的"五位一体"督导模式。     

论公司司法解散之审慎适用

为保护中小股东利益,打破公司僵局,新《公司法》明确规定了公司司法解散制度。但司法解散是一把双刃剑,特别是在我国公司司法解散制度并不完善的情况下,适用它需要更大的成本。因此对于公司解散之诉,司法者考量的不应仅仅是公司自治,而更需要对现实情况予以效率和公平的权衡,在用尽司法解散的替代制度之后,审慎适用公司司法解散。
