随着人民币国际影响的不断扩大,在朝鲜外汇资源稀缺、银行对外汇路不通等情况下,结算便利化原则使得人民币成为丹东地区对朝边境贸易结算的首选货币.由于缺乏操作性强的实施细则,增加了人民币反假、反洗钱以及外贸结算、出口退税等方面的难度,在客观上还推动了人民币和外汇现钞黑市交易规模的扩大.同时,由于没有规范有效的监测手段,在边境贸易中使用人民币结算额的不断增大的情况下,对边境地区经济的潜在冲击存在很大的不确定性,因此,银行、海关、税务等相关机构应采取措施,以积极应对.     

Sexua-romanticised pathways of transmasculine college students in the USA

Abstract

Much of the expanding literature positions trans college students as an overly homogenous population, lacking agency and wrought with hardship and tragedy. Drawn from a broader study on transmasculine college students’ conceptualisations of masculinity, this paper draws attention to the multiplicity of transmasculine voices navigating sexuality and romantic relationships. This navigation is embroiled in their negotiations with masculinity, dominance and cissexism, as they chart affirming sexualities and relationships. Participants’ unique and nuanced articulations are suggestive of the gender liberatory possibilities that derive from trans youth’s perspectives.     

Conceptualizing an East Asian popular culture

Since the 1980s, popular cultural products have criss‐crossed the national borders of East Asian countries, enabling a discursive construction of an ‘East Asian Popular Culture’ as an object of analysis. The present essay is a preliminary attempt to provide some conceptual and analytic shape to this object, delineated by its three constitutive elements of production, distribution and consumption. Each East Asian location participates in different and unequal levels in each of these component processes. Production can either be located entirely in a single geographic location or, alternatively, each of the necessary constituent sub‐processes can be executed from different locations; preference for either arrangement tends to reflect the relative dominance of the production location in exporting its finished products. Consumption and thus consumers are geographically located within cultural spaces in which they are embedded. Meanings and viewing pleasures are generated within the local cultures of specific audience. Conceptually, among the several possible consumption positions, the one in which an audience watches an imported programme is most intriguing. In this viewing position, differences between the cultures of the location of consumption and that of the production location become most apparent. The audience member has to bring his or her own cultural context to bear on the content of the imported product and read it accordingly. In this sense, the cultural product may be said to have crossed a ‘cultural’ boundary, beyond the simple fact of its having been exported/imported into a different location as an economic activity. Such an audience position requires the consumer to transcend his or her grounded nationality to forge abstract identification with the foreign characters on screen, a foreignness that is, in turn, potentially reabsorbed into an idea of (East) ‘Asia’; a potential ‘East Asian identity’, emerging from consumption of popular cultural products, is thus imaginable.

Queering Constructs: Proposing a Dynamic Gender and Sexuality Model

Abstract

Higher education educators commonly understand social identities, including gender, to be fluid and dynamic. Lev's (2004) model of four components of sexual identity is commonly used to demonstrate the fluidity of sex, gender, and sexuality for individuals, but it does little to address the fixedness of those constructs. Through a multipronged intersectional framework and by centering trans* -students, this article proposes a more dynamic model for gender and sexuality.     

非洲史研究的数字转向及其启示

从20世纪中后期开始,数字史学逐渐成为国际史学界的一股新潮流,而非洲史同样也在这一时期开始了自身的数字转向。非洲史的数字化既实现了部分宝贵史料的数字化保存,也在非洲史研究方法上进行了数字化探索,还在一定程度上向公众开放。作为非洲史数字化的典范,跨大西洋奴隶贸易研究的数字化进程不仅体现了史料内容的日益丰富、信息技术的不断进步和开放程度的空前扩大,还通过数据库大联通、跨库搜索和数字同行评审体系的建立等一系列颇具开创性的成果,为整个数字史学的未来发展指出了一个可能的方向。同时,非洲史的数字化还有着与欧美发达地区数字化截然不同的特征,那就是由于殖民历史包袱和南北现实差距而带来的数字"帝国主义"威胁以及这其中敏感的道德议题。     

‘It’s a hard line to walk’: black non-binary trans* collegians’ perspectives on passing,realness, and trans*-normativity

Being labeled as ‘abnormal, or deviant, or not being one of the rest of us’ has real effects for one’s life chances. Trans* people are one such group who have continually been codified as abnormal, abject, weird, deceptive, and social pariahs. The purpose of the following study was to explore how the concepts of passing, realness, and trans*-normativity influence the experiences of two black non-binary trans* collegians. Using queer and intersectional theoretical approaches to analysis, findings from this study highlight the various ways black non-binary trans* collegians view these concepts as both limiting and emancipatory.
