[Bmim]BF4离子液体中微波辅助制备TiO2催化剂及活性研究

采用微波加热合成离子液体[Bmim]BF4,以该离子液体为反应介质,在微波辐射条件下制备TiO2光催化剂,在高压汞灯下用甲基橙溶液测试其光催化降解性能;并用XRD,IR,TG对其进行测试和表征。结果表明,制备TiO2光催化剂的较佳条件是:离子液体2.0mL,微波辐射功率600W、反应温度70℃、反应时间35min。并且用[Bmim]BF4作为反应介质,能够显著提高TiO2的光催化活性,所制备的TiO2不需要经过高温煅烧,就表现出极高的光催化活性。该催化剂对甲基橙的降解率在1.5h就可达到93.7%。     

国际商会跟单信用证统一惯例（UCP）500和600比较

跟单信用证统一惯例子1933年发布,数十年间几经修订不断完善,其中的UCP500有些条款已难以满足部分行业发展的需要。ICC银行委员会在2006年10月25日的巴黎秋季例会中,全票通过新修订的UCP600文件,并于2007年的7月1日起开始实施。UCP600与UCP500相比较,在结构、措辞、内容等方面有了很大变化,通过案例分析的方式认识、熟悉、掌握新施行的UCP600文件内容可为今后的工作提供理论依据。

UCP600提出的信用证新审单标准奠定了信用证单据审核的新规则,将对信用证的运用产生巨大的影响。文章分析了新审单标准的内涵,探讨了新审单标准对信用证运用的影响,并提出了运用信用证新的审单标准时应注意的问题。

Changing academic task persistence through a self-instructional attribution training program

The purpose of this investigation was to determine whether a self-instructional method of attribution training could effectively alter both academic task persistence and effort attributions for success and failure. Ninety children with low-effort attributions were identified and randomly assigned to three groups. The two experimental groups (experiential and formal presentation) were given training with two slightly different self-instructional procedure and compared to a control group receiving no such training. The results revealed that both experimental groups receiving the self-instructional attribution training evidenced significant differences from the control group in both academic task persistence and effort attribution.     

论UCP600对信用证审单标准的重构

审单标准关系到信用证交易各方利益的平衡乃至信用证的生命力。传统的镜像标准、实质相符标准以及严格相符标准的固有局限减损了信用证的价值和功能。UCP600和ISBP681重构了信用证的审单标准。要想使信用证焕发出新的生命力,必须准确把握新的审单标准的精神和实质。     

配置高强非预应力钢筋的预应力混凝土梁受弯试验研究

通过对配置HRB600非预应力钢筋的预应力混凝土梁进行受弯试验,分析了混凝土及非预应力钢筋应变的发展规律,研究了预应力筋预应力损失的计算方法,提出了试验梁短期抗弯刚度的计算修正公式。研究结果表明:试验梁跨中截面平均应变符合平截面假定,HRB600钢筋的受力过程呈现显著的三阶段发展规律;计算预应力筋的预应力损失σ_4和σ_5时,引入时间影响系数可以有效提高准确性;通过引入综合配筋率影响系数,可以有效提升试验梁的短期刚度计算精度,配置HRB600非预应力钢筋的预应力混凝土梁在正常使用阶段满足挠度限值要求。     

UCP600与UCP500相比的主要变化

跟单信用证统一惯例简称为UCP，是国际银行界、律师界、企业界自觉遵守的“法律”，是全球同业公认的一套非官方规定。国际商会经过三年多的努力，在UCP500的基础上重新修订了有关规则，命名为UCP600将于2007年7月1日起正式实施。此次修改对企业以信用证结算的进出口业务影响较大。通过对UCP500与UCP600的比照，介绍UCP600所作的具体修订，帮助广大国际贸易从业人员深入理解UCP600内容，适应新的国际贸易规则，提前做好履行UCP600的准备。     

数字PID控制器的硬件优化设计

研究了PID控制器的数字电路实现方法. 通过对数字PID算法进行流水线设计,提高了算法运行效率;通过对加法器和乘法器采用有符号二进制小数操作,减小了电路面积. 该算法在Actel AFS600芯片上实现,仿真结果表明了该方案的可行性和有效性.     

Innovation in times of financialization: Do future-oriented innovation strategies suffer? Examples from German industry

Shareholder value, short-term strategies, quarterly financial reports, and performance-based remuneration are strong indicators of a financial market-oriented company. It is questionable whether innovativeness and sustainable innovation capabilities can be maintained in times of financialization focused on short-term efficiency instead of free space for creativity and learning. Using the example of established German industrial companies, I examined the extent to which financialization and financial market actors steer innovation strategies and practices. In-depth interviews with companies, cluster managers and banks and reviews of financing data do not reveal a direct influence of financial investors on innovation activities. On the contrary, companies’ managements still have the power to decide how much financial control and standardization they allow for their companies’ innovation practices. The pressure on these German companies to innovate comes from their strong market orientation rather than from financialization.
