近两届冬奥会女子自由式滑雪空中技巧比较研究

通过对 1998年第 18届冬奥会与 2 0 0 2年第 19届冬奥会女子自由式滑雪空中技巧比赛的动作难度、动作质量及实力格局的比较研究表明 :4年来世界女子自由式滑雪空中技巧项目的动作难度与动作质量呈显著同步提高之势 ,揭示了该项目的发展方向 ;从上届冬奥会的美、中、瑞、乌 4强到本届冬奥会的澳、加、俄、中 4强 ,世界女子自由式滑雪空中技巧项目的实力格局发生了变化 ;以李妮娜为代表的我国年轻运动员已跻身世界优秀运动员行列     

CAS理论视角下Web2.0序化研究

CAS理论认为宏观的演化过程可以从个体行为规律中找到根源,本文以此为依据从系统微观层面出发,探讨了Web2.0系统的序化机制。本文以CAS理论为蓝图,构建了Web2.0的理论模型,界定了系统主体及各特征机制,并结合豆瓣实例阐释了主体适应与交互导致有序的机理。     

Outstanding performances during elite-standard short and middle-distance finals and the hyperandrogenism regulation—A detailed analysis of Caster Semenya’s results

ABSTRACT

Recently, there has been much controversy over the International Association of Athletics Federation (IAAF) regulations regarding eligibility to compete and natural testosterone levels in female athletes. Much interest lies in the analysis of Caster Semenya's extraordinary performance. The objective of this work were, a) Complete an analysis of Caster Semenya's results during the 800m finals and b) search for existing similar performances by other female athletes. We analysed the results of the finals of all IAAF World Championships and Olympic Games from 1984–2016, including the 800m results of the Diamond Leagues 2016–2018. Exponential curves were fit to the data to characterise and predict performance for each event. Caster Semenya's finishing times before her ineligibility to compete and after the suspension of the IAAF hyperandrogenism regulation were found to be 1.24% and 1.49%, respectively, faster than the characteristic performance of the elite-standard in the women’s 800m final. Other female athletes, with finishing times faster than the ones predicted by the characteristic curves were also discovered. The percentage difference in performance between Caster Semenya and the other participants did not reach 3% in the 800m event. No conclusions can be drawn regarding extraordinary results ever performed during the 100m, 200m or 400m finals.     

Enhancing cellular immune response to HBV M DNA vaccine in mice by codelivery of interleukin-18 recombinant

Objective: To investigate the effect of interleukin-18 (IL-18) on immune response induced by plasmid encoding hepatitis B virus middle protein antigen and to explore new strategies for prophylactic and therapeutic HBV DNA vaccines. Methods: BALB/c mice were immunized with pCMV-M alone or co-immunized with pcDNA3-18 and pCMV-M and then their sera were collected for analysing anti-HBsAg antibody by ELISA; splenocytes were isolated for detecting specific CTL response and cytokine assay in vitro. Results: The anti-HBs antibody level of mice co-immunized with pcDNA3-18 and pCMV-M was slightly higher than that of mice immunized with pCMV-M alone, but there was not significantly different (P>0.05). Compared with mice injected with pCMV-M, the specific CTL cytotoxity activity of mice immunized with pcDNA3-18 and pCMV-M was significantly enhanced (P<0.05) and the level of IFN-γ in supernatant of splenocytes cultured with HBsAg in vitro was significantly elevated (P<0.05) while the level of IL-4 had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: The plasmid encoding IL-18 together with HBV M gene DNA vaccines may enhance specific TH1 cells and CTL cellular immune response induced in mice, so that IL-18 is a promising immune adjuvant.     

Studienförderung für Auslandsstudien

In der Entscheidung Morgan und Bucher hat der Europäische Gerichtshof zwei Regelungen des deutschen Bundesausbildungsförderungsgesetzes zur Ausbildungsförderung für Auslandsstudien als gegen die Freizügigkeit der Unionsbürger nach Art 18 EGV verstoßend und somit gemeinschaftsrechtswidrig angesehen. Das Urteil unterstreicht die Bedeutung, die der Gerichtshof der Freizügigkeit und der Gleichbehandlung von Unionsbürgern im Bildungsbereich zuerkennt. Dies wird von Österreich auch bei Klärung der Hochschulzugangsproblematik zu berücksichtigen sein. Das durch eine Novelle zum österreichischen Studienförderungsgesetz eingeführte Mobilitätsstipendium ist entsprechend den vom Europäischen Gerichtshof in Morgan und Bucher entwickelten Grundsätzen am Gemeinschaftsrecht zu messen.     

白细胞介素18及其生物活性

白细胞介素18(IL-18)是新近发现的一种细胞因子，能诱导TH1细胞等产生IFN-r，GM-CSF等细胞因子及Fas配体，具有增强THI细胞和NK细胞的细胞毒作用等免疫调节功能，在抗病原微生物感染、抗肿瘤及抗超敏反映等方面具有潜在的应用前景，同时，它也是内毒素诱导的小鼠肝坏死性休克的关键因子。     

中国科学院在我国纳米科技研究中的作用与地位分析

本文结合我国、中国科学院纳米科技研究的发展历程,从研究项目的组织与实施、研究资源的优化与整合及研究成果的获得与影响等各方面对中科院在我国纳米科技研究中的作用与地位进行了分析,同时提出了中科院乃至我国在纳米科技研究领域中存在的问题与建议,希望能对我国未来纳米科技发展有所裨益。     

基于CAS理论的有限理性项目经济评价研究

从复杂适应系统理论视角,应用CAS理论重新客观全面地描述了投资项目经济评价系统,建立了有限理性项目经济评价模型。有限理性项目经济评价模型将项目信息划分为三类,即确定性信息、风险信息和不确定信息,并从这三个信息维度综合评价投资项目,对传统经济评价方法作了探索和改进。     

<Emphasis Type="Italic">Mrakia psychrophila</Emphasis> sp. nov., a new species isolated from Antarctic soil

The yeast strain （Y18） was isolated from a soil sample collected from Fildes Peninsula, Antarctica. The strain is a psychrophilic yeast with optimum and maximum growth temperatures of 10 ℃ and 18 ℃, respectively. Teliospores were formed after 7 d on malt agar, when the germination of teliospores was observed. Both inositol and D-glucuronate were assimilated. Positive results of the DBB （diazonium blue B） color reaction, urease test, and starch formation were observed. The major CoQ is Qs. All results indicated that Y18 belongs to the genes of Mrakia. The 18S rDNA sequence analyses showed that Y18 is closely related to Mrakiafrigida. DNA-DNA relatedness study, and some biochemistry characteristics indicated that Y18 represents a new species for which Mrakia psychrophila sp. nov. is proposed.     

DS18B20在车载时钟系统中的应用

随着我国汽车产业生产消费的快速发展,将电子产品加载到汽车上已逐渐成为汽车后市场的首选新装备,本文侧重研究具有系统稳定性与实时信息数据处理精确性的车载时钟控制系统,将DS18B20应用于传统的车载时钟系统,通过单片机实现控制,在Proteus仿真平台验证了系统运行的准确性与可靠性。系统硬件简单可靠,成本低,软件编程容易,可方便地移植。
