黄冈职院附属医院抗菌药物应用情况分析

目的了解黄冈职院附属医院抗菌药物的使用情况,为规范医院使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法收集附属医院近三年来抗菌药物的用药品种、销售金额、使用频率,日均消费进行统计和分析。结果抗菌药物用药品种、金额、频率、日均消费、剂型较为规范,但国家基本药物抗菌药物品种的应用在逐年下降。结论附属医院对抗菌药物的临床应用基本合理,但是对国家基本药物应用的逐年下降趋势,应引起重视,及时调整。     

A class of quasi Bézier curves based on hyperbolic polynomials

This paper presents a basis for the space of hyperbolic polynomials Γm=span{ 1, sht, cht, sh2t, ch2t, ..., shmt, chmt} on the interval [0,α] from an extended Tchebyshev system, which is analogous to the Bernstein basis for the space of polynomial used as a kind of well-known tool for free-form curves and surfaces in Computer Aided Geometry Design. Then from this basis, we rameter variable t to arbitrary close interval [r, s] (r＜s).

Enzyme dynamic study on calmodulin Ca++-Mg++-ATPase system of red blood cells inhibited by α-anordrin and probimane

To clarify the possible mechanisms of α-anordin and probimane on calmodulin Ca⁺⁺-Mg⁺⁺ ATPase system, enzyme dynamic study was carried out by determining three dynamic parameters [the substrate concentration (ATP)-response curve, dose (inhibitors)-response curve and time-response curve]. Our data have shown that the inhibitory rates of α-anordrin and probimane are unrelated to substrate (APT) concentrations, but related to calmodulin concentrations. The inhibition of α-anordrin and probimane is very quick that is completed within 1 to 5 min and can maintain more than 1 hr in the same inhibitory rates. So it is possible that α-anordrin and probimane are calmodulin competitors with calmodulin-like binding whose actions can occur by affecting the reaction balance of substrate and product on target enzymes of calmodulin (Ca⁺⁺-Mg⁺⁺-ATPase).

无党派代表人士是中国政治生活中的一支重要力量。作为代为表达者,应当具有表率性、代理性和表达性。通过对H市和S县政协委员的个案研究,可以看到无党派委员正在发挥越来越大的参政议政作用,但也存在代理性不足和表达性不够的问题,总体上属于象征代理,而不是实质代理。如何使无党派代表人士从象征代理转变为实质代理,以发挥更大作用,这是摆在我们面前的一个重大课题。     

Information technologies and the tragedy of the Good Will

Information plays a major role in any moral action. ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) have revolutionized the life of information, from its production and management to its consumption, thus deeply affecting our moral lives. Amid the many issues they have raised, a very serious one, discussed in this paper, is labelled the tragedy of the Good Will. This is represented by the increasing pressure that ICT and their deluge of information are putting on any agent who would like to act morally, when informed about actual or potential evils, but who also lacks the resources to do much about them. In the paper, it is argued that the tragedy may be at least mitigated, if not solved, by seeking to re-establish some equilibrium, through ICT themselves, between what agents know about the world and what they can do to improve it.
